Customer Service is non-existent...mailbox has been full, and I'm unable to leave a message for two weeks now,11/29/23. Strike one: I purchased 7 pairs of tights paid extra for expedited service only to receive my order 3 days after I needed them. Strike two: Wore my new tights to work, the whole middle section ripped. Tights were more in line with pantyhose, not $17.50 tights. Strike three: The customer service mailbox has been full and not accepting messages. read more

We Love Colors - Hole in seat of tights after 1 use. - Women's Clothing Near Me - Miami, Florida

I got pink and blue tights, and love it! They feels a little heavier in quality than typical tights, making them feel like they'll last a lot longer. The color is beautiful, it does lighten as it streches over your skin a bit but i like that look personally. Im 4'7 and 85 lb, the smallest size fit on me perfectly without it feeling too loose or too long Also shipped really quick with some freebies as well! Definitely would get more! Looking at getting the thigh highs next. read more

Oh yea, now I know where to order from, next time I need a pair of tights or certain apparel that you normally can't find in the store. This place is perfect to find dance wear, leggings, tights, sport bras etc. I ordered the Splash blue tights for yoga. I ordered them a size bigger, 1X so they would not be so see through. They fit perfect and the color is so funky, I love them! I had to contact the company to ask about sizing and they were fast to respond and super helpful. The delivery was fast as well, received within 5 days. Courtney & Aminta were extremely professional in answering all my questions. Pricing is reasonable as well. Now I know that next Halloween or when in need to dress up, instead of waiting in line at a "party store" or racing through the isles only to find out that the tights you're looking for are sold out or they don't have the color you need are not available, I can go online and look through their vast selection of tights. read more

I ordered 3 pairs of tights (one opaque and two fishnet). They shipped and arrived fairly quickly, and the selection on the website was very extensive, but that's where the positives end. These are not quality tights at all. The very first time I wore them, the opaque tights I got started to pill where the tops of my shoes rubbed them. There are also very few size options. Definitely not adequate. The fit isn't good. I'm only 5'2" but they're too short even for me. The fishnets don't have toe caps so my toes kept sliding through, and they didn't form to the bend at the top of the ankle. The waistbands are thin and roll easily... uncomfortable. Definitely regret my purchase and won't be ordering again. read more

Ordered and paid extra shipping to get my tights for a costume. Now it's two days since I was supposed to receive my purchase, and they still show as in transit. The event is over, so I wasted money on faster shipping for nothing. Their return policy says I'll have to pay shipping back. So I get a refund minus shipping costs which DID NOT get the items here in time, and I have to pay to ship it back. I love throwing money away... read more

Amazing selection! 50+ colors and great for layering. I love pairing monochrome colors and using We Love Colors tights and socks to create a colorful top to bottom look. Size inclusivity offering sizes up to an 8x and they have amazing stretch! I'm definitely a fan for life! read more

Received my awesome fishnet stockings & tried them on for the first time to see if they would be comfortable to wear for long periods of time. Like my other fishnets, I wear a basic nude pantyhose first before I put the fishnets on so my toes don't poke out of the holes. The quality of these nets are sturdier than the ones I usually buy with Leg Avenue, they're very comfortable & not at all itchy on the skin. I tried them without the nude pantyhose & was pleasantly surprised at how I forgot I was even wearing them! I'm happy that these also had a better fit since I'm very curvy around the hip area, and I felt that I there was still a lot of room in them & they didn't feel like they were constricting any part of my leg or upper torso. I'll definitely be back to purchase more of these & also to check out their other style offerings in apparel and accessories. I want to thank Courtney & Aminta for being so helpful with the recommendations! 5 stars for a 10 star experience! read more

I ordered 3 pairs of tights with priority shipping to ensure they arrived in time for Halloween. The website said they would be delivered by Saturday, October 22nd. However, it's now 6 days beyond that and they still haven't arrived. We Love Colors customer service has told me to wait to see if they still get delivered, and said nothing to my request to have the shipping charge refunded. When I reached back out told me to instead contact USPS. Just really a terrible experience, very disappointed in the way this is being handled. read more

I am the costumer for our Youth theater -Christian Youth Theater. We recently ordered striped tights for our elves for or production of Elf the Musical. They were awesome!!! The colors were beautiful and the quality was amazing!! We had a week of dress rehearsals and 11 shows and not one pair of tights got ripped or torn!! And this is an active show. The kids had to change tights and were dancing around a lot!! I ordered extra tights for them because we always have kids get holes- not this time! I am very impressed with the quality of the tights and we will be ordering for future shows! And the colors are endless!! So many to choose from!! Thank you We Love Colors for a great product!!! And awesome customer service as well!! Thank you Courtney!!! read more

Just before I clicked on the 'submit' button, I decided to check the Yelp reviews and wow, I almost didn't place my order. I'm sorry to see that some of you have had issues. I was looking for a leotard of a particular color to go with my Halloween costume and We Love Colors offered such a range of colors at a reasonable price that this was really my only option. I mean, where else was I going to find a Rust colored tank leotard for $22? It just so happened that the leotard I wanted was in stock (I was told this on the ordering website before I submitted my order) and would ship the next day, which it did. Based on previous comments I was really nervous, but the quality was better than I had expected, but I am also not using this for a performance/recital. My only advice to those who also see these reviews is to plan ahead. If your item isn't in stock then you might want to have a plan B. I can't comment on customer service as I never had to contact them. read more

I spent more money to order plus size fishnets from this company thinking they'd be roomy and comfortable. Online they were described as 1x-3x. When they arrived the tag said one size fits all. They fit my 1x body very tightly. I would've purchased cheaper fishnets if I'd known I was going to receive the same "one size" product anyway. False advertising. read more

Very impressive selection and they use a large range of models to represent their brand which I love. It's high quality material and excellent customer service. I back this brand 100%! read more

Re: Plus Size Tights Oh My GAWD!!! I've bought these plus size tights for the last few years. I've loved them. I've recommended them to fellow plus sized pals. I've worn them in spring/summer/fall/winter. They are perfect. How perfect? Well let me tell you a tale... Let me preface this with I've been crazy clumsy my entire life... Today after a bit of a snow storm and in negative 15 weather I decided to pull on these tights and hoof into work with a cutesy skirt and ankle boots. Decidedly not my best decision but I've been trying to look less like I've given up on myself and more like a 28 year old semi-professional. Somewhere between my home and the train station I took a massive tumble. Snow on the ground is not my friend. I fell straight forward and ended up face first on the ground. In addition to being in pain and soaked from the snow, I was already dreading taking in the state of my tights. I fell on jagged ice/concrete sidewalk and was convinced it was going to be a wrap for these tights. I expected runs and holes and destruction. I was wholly mistaken. After brushing off the excess snow/ice I saw that the tights were in one piece! Perfect condition! I've never been more delightfully surprised by a piece of plus size clothing. TL;DR : Serious talk, these tights are ah-mazing. read more

Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 pairs of socks, Baby Blue & Sky Blue. I contacted their customer service to inform them that they sent me Aqua instead of Sky Blue, so the sent out a replacement package. It contained Baby Blue... When I contacted them to get the replacement corrected they almost sent me a pair of Aqua, but luckily I caught the mistake and got it corrected. There definitely seems to be an issue with their customer service as it is extremely difficult to deal with. read more

I had pretty much given up on tights. As a plus sized women, the tights being made were just not made for my shapely body. When I found We Love Colors, I decided to give tights one last try. They fit! I have not worn them much yet, but the fact I can wear a pair of tights is very exciting. I like options! read more

I was also told via email on Nov. 19th that they would send me a prepaid envelope so I could return these without having to pay for return shipping myself. I still haven't received this and it's Dec. 5th. read more

Truly low quality products. Leotard is very thin and you can almost see through the fabric. Not proper for little girl dignity. Do not recommend it! Moreover, when I returned the product, the company lied that they had posted the refund. Had I not checked my credit card statement, I would have spend $40+ and shipping for nothing. I am going through dispute process with my credit card company now. Will have to be at the mercy of Amex!!!! read more

It took a week - and an angry email - but they finally refunded the remainder of my purchase. Interestingly enough, they did it from a different, non-"We Love Colors" Paypal account - this is some guy's account. ... sent as though it's purchasing something from me, so I had to pay a fee for my refund. Ugh. ... complete with an obnoxious note: "Customer is requesting about a FULL REFUND because we received her package FOUR months later so we will be granting this request. WLC" ... uh, no. That was sent back on July 7th, and they claimed to have "discarded" the package before they could double check when the received it. Given the levels of ridiculous that this transaction has reached, I have an easier time believing that they sat on the package for four months, than to believe it took USPS 4 months to return a priority mail package to sender. read more

This place is AMAZING! Ive had nothing but the best experience with this company. I order in bulk for my athletes and they are just awesome. The website showed low in stock and I called and spoke with Amanda wanting to make sure I got the laces in time for our Homecoming game. She took care of me right away, spoke with the factory and got my laces out that day. I am so happy to know I can get a quality product for a great price and super fast. Thank you again for such a great experience. You guys rock! read more

We ordered tights for a dance recital over 1 month before the recital. One week before the recital we still had not received the tights. I called, they said they would overnight the tights. 3 days later we received a completely wrong order, ( it belonged to someone else). I called again, now we are down to 2 days before dress rehersal, they sent the wrong order AGAIN!! This time I got orange leotards and I ordered green tights. I called AGAIN this morning and said, "maybe you should hire someone who can read and knows their colors before you hire them!! Don't expect much if you order from this company. I also agree the tights and leotard we did receive WRONG, we very poor quality. I like others would only give this company 1/2 star for answering the phone! read more

Pros: Fast shipping. Minor attempt to rectify my purchase by offering a refund. Cons: Order a pair plus-sized tights that did not fit properly and now have to eat the money spent. These tights were too tight in the hips and thighs (SO tight they pinched), and so large on the legs that they sag around the ankles. Would not recommend for anyone who carries their weight in their hips or thighs. read more

I have always been a fan every product offered in OVER 50 COLORS thats too perfect!!! :) & those shoe laces are such a great price!

I read all the reviews about comfortable tights with a non-binding waistband. I ordered 1 pair. They were too small, couldn't even get them up to my knee on one leg. I wear size 16 in women's clothing. I returned them. Heard nothing. Finally sent a response to an advertising e-mail and got back the following: "We are sending back the return we have received today, I have attached photos down below. This is your 2nd attempt to return the items and we can not accept them. They are clearly worn. Have a great day, WLC Customer Service " No photos attached. No idea what this is about. I do plan to have a great day. read more

Amazed at how buttery soft their tights are. Not only were the tights buttery soft, it never ripped no matter how much I tugged, pulled and washed them constantly. Mind you, I was also 7 months pregnant at that time so I wasn't the most delicate with them. Highly recommend this product! In fact, I'm gonna place an order here soon. :) read more

I bought girls Dusty Green Tights. The color swatch showed them to be the palest palest green; almost a linen green. Perfect to go with an aqua marine dress. I received, Scrub green. I've gotta say, there is NOTHING in a little girls closet that goes with Scrub green. Maybe that's why hospitals choose that color. 10.50 absolutely wasted! read more

Irresponsible and unreliable is what they have shown me. I placed an order for my girls to have new leotards to dance at church for Easter Sunday. I noted with these people on two different occassions that I needed to have the order by that date. Please note the order was placed on 3/21 and estimated to ship on 3/26. My order didnot ship until Friday NIGHT APRIL 6 after 6p.m. There was no way that order would arrive by Saturday as promised on 2 seperate occasions. 17 days to even ship with no call about a possible delay, really. The remedy from the company was to send the package back whenever it comes and THEN they will refund my money. Damn skippy I want my money back and you take back your crap. A willful disregard for customer needs, I've never seen such. I don't recommend that you refer these people to anyone else. The online customer service rep through their chat function left me hanging in the middle of a conversation. I ultimately had to call in to speak with someone. As I stated they are unreliable. I will NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN read more

I ordered a shipment from We Love Colors a few months ago. My package arrived torn open and one of the items was missing, while the others were dirty. It has now been almost 3 months since they received my return and I have STILL not received my refund. Buyer beware!! read more

Terrible items and the WORST customer service!!!! Order placed on April 10. On April 26, I was notified that there was a delay. They sent the first half of my order though. But I got a huge customs fee (that no one told me about...) that covered the FULL order, not just the part that I received. On May 31, I was notified that there was still a delay. One June 5, I was notified there was still a delay. I sent an email asking about the delay and got a response on June 11. I was told they were ready to go in 1-2 days. On July 6, I still had not received the items. They claimed Fed-Ex tried to deliver the items although they hadn't. I have been living in my apartment for over a year, haven't changed my phone number in three years - I'm not sure who to blame, Fed-Ex or the company. Regardless, I still didn't get it. After confirming my address on July 8, they stopped emailing me. On July 17, I was told they had already sent a replacement. I confirmed that I had not received the replacement and that I was still waiting on it. On July 30, I had to follow up again because I hadn't received any of the items or a refund. I was apparently emailing with the "manager" Jonathan Gutierrez who was unable to check my account on his end (I had to send him a screenshot) and who was unable to pull up my previous emails. I had to forward them multiple times to the customer service email. I was told they would look into the issue and get back to me. This was two days ago. I have yet to receive my items, or receive a refund. I would think they'd refund me for shipping, the items I didn't receive, and the customs fee I paid for items that I didn't receive. But I haven't heard back and I am seriously considering reporting them for fraud or something. They are unprofessional and I would NOT recommend dealing with them! read more

We Love Colors has such a huge section of colors it's astounding! i'm only giving this company 1 star because i have to give them something. for starters their color chart is completely off. don't expect to get the color you see in the swatches. also, if you want something that isn't covered in disgusting stains, once again, don't expect to get it. I received a unitard with stains on the front and back. Not only was it unwearable but more importantly I have no idea what the stains were from, I can't imagine it was hygienic. But my biggest complaint is that it has been over FOUR weeks since they received my return and I have yet to be refunded. They claim their system is down and they are doing the refunds by hand. The kicker is they say they have orders that are older than mine that have to be processes first. So I'm to accept that it'll take over a month, maybe two, for them to return my money to me. This is completely unacceptable for a company. If they have a day or two with issues with their return system I can accept that but clearly they are doing nothing to fix it. After THREE weeks of waiting for my return they told me they would process my return ASAP. Over a week is not ASAP in my terms. Seriously people DO NOT use them. You will regret it. Trust me. I had heard great things about their products but they could have the best products on earth and I would never ever use them based off of their customer service, or lack there of, and the company in general. Seems like it's being run half asses by a bunch of school children. Stay away. And you will thank me later. read more
