Called the store for two days, no answer and VM full, had to email them. Finally received a call back that they are currently working on my pieces and almost done. What?!? I asked her what happened to the proof they promised? Her response "Oh yes, I forgot. I can stop the machine and send you a picture." At this point the pieces were already ruined, there was no way they could remove what they already started. Went to pick up the pieces, same lady just worse attended. Put the bag on the counter and walked away, no greeting, didn't even bother to check if the work was done. The pieces I dropped off were brand new, we even opened it when I dropped them off and they broke the zipper of the chair cover! When I realized it, she said, "nope they didn't happen here, we didn't need to open it. I'm not taking these order anymore". Unacceptable. Review of All Uniform Wear - Hialeah Gardens (Visit on July 1) then on July 14…read more I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with All Uniform Wear in Hialeah Gardens. On July 1, I dropped off six polo shirts I had purchased from another vendor, asking only for the school logo to be embroidered on them. I paid for the embroidery service in full and was told I'd be contacted when the shirts were ready. No one ever called. After several days, I called the number listed online for the Hialeah Gardens store and was routed to a general customer service line. That's when I was told the shirts had actually been ready since July 3. When I finally picked them up, I was shocked by the poor quality of the embroidery. Two shirts had the logo stitched directly over the seam of the sleeve and the rest were off-centered or completely out of proportion for the shirt size. The placement was careless and rushed. It seemed like no effort was made to align the embroidery properly, and honestly, the results were unacceptable. When I voiced my concern, the staff told me they couldn't offer a refund because I had signed a waiver saying they weren't responsible for the condition of the shirts. But the issue wasn't the shirts themselves -- it was the sloppy, unprofessional embroidery. The placement was obviously incorrect and poorly executed. To make matters worse, the only "solution" offered was this: if I bought two polos from them, they would embroider them for free. That meant I would need to spend another $37 just to get two usable shirts -- on top of the $60 I already paid for unusable work. To me, it felt like I was being penalized for not buying their merchandise. If they're not willing to guarantee quality embroidery on outside garments, then they simply shouldn't accept them. Instead, they took my money, gave me poor-quality work, and offered no real accountability. No apology. No customer care. I won't be returning to this location, and I hope this review helps others make an informed choice.
