Review of All Uniform Wear - Hialeah Gardens (Visit on July 1) then on July 14. I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with All Uniform Wear in Hialeah Gardens. On July 1, I dropped off six polo shirts I had purchased from another vendor, asking only for the school logo to be embroidered on them. I paid for the embroidery service in full and was told I'd be contacted when the shirts were ready. No one ever called. After several days, I called the number listed online for the Hialeah Gardens store and was routed to a general customer service line. That's when I was told the shirts had actually been ready since July 3. When I finally picked them up, I was shocked by the poor quality of the embroidery. Two shirts had the logo stitched directly over the seam of the sleeve and the rest were off-centered or completely out of proportion for the shirt size. The placement was careless and rushed. It seemed like no effort was made to align the embroidery properly, and honestly, the results were unacceptable. When I voiced my concern, the staff told me they couldn't offer a refund because I had signed a waiver saying they weren't responsible for the condition of the shirts. But the issue wasn't the shirts themselves -- it was the sloppy, unprofessional embroidery. The placement was obviously incorrect and poorly executed. To make matters worse, the only "solution" offered was this: if I bought two polos from them, they would embroider them for free. That meant I would need to spend another $37 just to get two usable shirts -- on top of the $60 I already paid for unusable work. To me, it felt like I was being penalized for not buying their merchandise. If they're not willing to guarantee quality embroidery on outside garments, then they simply shouldn't accept them. Instead, they took my money, gave me poor-quality work, and offered no real accountability. No apology. No customer care. I won't be returning to this location, and I hope this review helps others make an informed choice. Today, I had a terrible experience with the store manager at Hialeah gardens, they treated me not nice at all and did not offered me a solution for a mistake in buying uniforms. I removed tag and still have receipt and not used shirts but just because of the tags I cannot have my money back or exchange of product? This is ridiculous and unfair to me. Customer service is the worst! Their policy is absurd, how come you cant return a product because it doesn't have a tag! read more

Horrible customer service. I've been told twice my order has been ready, only to arrive and be told it's not. Their system of throwing bags in clear bins to have to sort through every single bin to find an order is a disaster. I'll be searching for another uniform store before next year. And $60 to embroider 2 polos and 2 scrub tops? Ridiculous. read more

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I literally only go here because this is the only place I know that sells my daughters uniforms but for next school year I will look into somewhere else. For my little ones they sell 3t polos for $16 a shirt!!!! Plus $5 a shirt for embroidery. I went to buy 4 shirts plus embroidery and it was $80!! After realizing the stupid mistake I made I went right back and asked for a refund. Yea their receipt says no refund only store credit but I had literally just walked out. As for someone who works in retail I know how this system works. And if the cashier and manager really wanted to help they could have returned my money. Will never go back there again! read more

If I could give a zero star I would. There's no options for different body types. All their clothes run small, so you have to buy a bigger size, so that it fits, but still not correctly. When we picked up our items, we found out that the person who helped us gave us the wrong information regarding colors and sizes and now we are stuck with shirts that won't be used because they were embroiled and there are no returns or exchanges. On top of that one of the shirts was stained. Definitely not going back. read more

I had a terrible experience at this location, so unprofessional. I ordered curbside pick up, as it was advertised on their website, it's listed on their door and it's advertised here on google. When I arrive to pick up my order they informed me they only had one employee, and that I had to come inside. Once inside I see multiple employees, I stood there for a few minutes and no one greeted me. I walked up to the counter and the woman proceeded to speak to me in Spanish, I replied in English, she quickly sent me over to someone who spoke English. I understand this location is in Hialeah, but we're still in the US and you cannot assume someone speaks Spanish. Lastly, on their website and on google it states they close at 7pm. I had to return to the store because I ordered a size 14 and they gave me a 4, I arrive to exchange for the correct sign only to see that they now close at 4pm due to COVID which again, is no where on their website, or google. read more

Good selection of uniforms, however not a pleasant customer service at the store. At the time of me paying at the register a short pregnant-looking lady 40'ish named Guadalupe kept insisting x3 for me to provide my phone number. Every time I would decline to provide my phone number, which is used for promotional purpose only, she insisted more to the point I was feeling uncomfortable. Finally, she would reply that she gives out her number at all stores that requested it, information I did not care nor I asked her for. If I could give this place no stars, I would!! Completely disorganized and the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. Let me start off by saying I'm not one to write negative reviews, but this LOCATION deserves to have the review written. To start off with, the place charges you an arm and a leg for a shirt that you can buy somewhere else. I went it to get some shirts and they told me they no longer made them, then I spoke to one of the girls at the register and she assured me that I could buy the shirt anywhere and take it to any location and they could do the school logo. I drove from Hialeah Gardens to West Pembroke Pines to them be told at that store that they've never heard of the school. I went back to this location and ordered my shirt on July 30th, my shirt was supposed to be done by August 10 and it still wasn't ready. After a couple of days passed, I then went to the warehouse to pick up the shirt. I spent 30 MINUTES at the warehouse becauSe they were going back and fourth trying to find my order. Not to mention they called me earlier that day and left me a message that wasn't even understandable. Shortly after they found my shirt, I opened the bag and it was missing my name on the right side, I then had to go back to the store and wait in line for them to do my name. After all this I was told the other location in Hialeah (by Okechobee) also does the school. I went and took them a shirt and they had my shirt ready within days. Shame on this location! read more

Worst customer service experience I've ever recieved. I came in to change a uniform pant that was gifted to me and did not fit. The size was not available in the store but I was told by another store (the one where it was originally purchased, yet further from my house) that the store I came into change it (store closer to my house) can order my size online with no issue. The original, further store even offered to speak with the representative here to explain to her how to order it. What a waste of time.. even though I was patient and heard her out. Great service and very cooperative employees. I got everything I was looking for. There was a sweater I needed and they didn't have my size in stock so they did a special order and received my order in within a week and a half perfect timing for when I needed it. When your order is ready and you're not in town they save it for you till you're able to pick it up. Managers are always on sight and ready to help with any of your needs. If you have any questions and the employees aren't sure they double check any question you have. Amazing service and totally will come back when ever I need something.
