Although there's only a couple in the general area, this is by far the best Nike Outlet around. It's been here for years & every time I visit there's new stuff to check out. For the most part, everything is priced fairly & there's a good variety of "last call" items that have additional discounts. You can always find something good on these racks for cheap! It should be noted that the prices of some products don't have the best discounts but that shouldn't keep you from visiting. They carry tons of men's, women's & children clothing/shoes. If you're looking for a specific style of Nike product, it's likely you'll find it here. Everything is kept pretty organized & it's easy to find employees if you need any help. It can fill up at times but it's usually pretty calm. There's plenty of parking available in the back & the rear entrance makes it super convenient. This is one of the few stores with good parking in Pembroke Gardens. I always enjoy coming here. read more

Have so much fun here on in the morning! They had a high energy out dance class. It was like Zumba for Caribbean music. Everyone was on board the entire store was popping and moving and sweating and getting ready for the holidays. I'm so happy they put on this event. It also bought more engagement and customers to the store. Many people stayed after the class and hung out to do a little shopping. Great collection of Nike items and a pretty good price. read more

If you ever make a gift return make sure you inform the staff it is a gift even if it says gift receipt and your returning a gift that you got for Christmas to not assume that it is going on card or exchange so you don't have to have the uncomfortable conversation with said gift giver that in 3-5 business days money is going on their account bc the gift returned was purchased on card. Also once one of your employees fucks up after you have an entire conversation about receiving a gift and not being able to wear it because it hurts your feet don't tell the customer next time you return a GIFT!! that you received for Christmas make sure you tell us for exchange or gift card like sir this was a gift that I had receipt for how the hell im I suppose to know it's going on the card of someone thoughtful enough to get me one of your torture devices and then I have to come back to this place. One of the largest Nike stores around. The store was packed with customers but they had plenty of staff available. Everything was neatly stacked by size and gender. Lots of cool end racks with decent discount prices. Clearance sections on sneakers too. Very clean fitting room available. Athletic Nike shorts and shirts. But the major sell here is easily Nike sneakers. High top, low, and flip flops. If you want Nike products this seems to be the place. read more

I came in here looking for a pair of black sneakers for a bartending gig and didn't have a lot of time. Andres was wonderful in helping me find a pair of shoes that were nonslip and all black in no time flat. He knew my size without having to tell him too. I appreciate the VIP customer service experience from beginning to end while checking out with him via the app. I love a good bargain where the quality isn't compromised by the lower price point. While their selection may not be as big as some of the other stores, the prices are on point, and there's still plenty of the selection to choose from. read more

I always enjoy my visits to this Nike store. The store is always clean, organized and has plenty of employees to help with any questions you may have. They are located in Pembroke Gardens Mall which is a great place to visit for shopping, eating, drinking, relaxing, reading some books or just window shopping. They were having a sale today with a good portion of the store discounted. I found everything I was looking for in a matter of minutes. I bought new sneakers, a hat and some slides. Although the store was busy today, the line moved very fast. If you're looking for a good selection of Nike gear, I'd highly recommend this store. I've only had good experiences. read more

I purchased size 10 slides for my husband for Father's Day and unfortunately it was a size too small. I chose the option to return in store which I thought would be a hassle but it turned out to be very pleasant because of Gio. Gio helped me with the return and also helped me to purchase the correct size online with my refund to be delivered to me in a very easy process. This was my second time in this store. My previous visit I just browsed. This time I wanted to buy some exercise clothes. So, I walked around. I was surprised to see so many different sales around rhe store. I thought I was at Sawgrass for a minute. A very nice male emplpyee offered to help me but I did not need any assistance. I did appreciate the effort on his part. I tried on a couple pair of Nike sneakers. They were very stylish and the price was more than fair. They had men's, Women's and Children's sneakers against the wall that were an extra 20% off. I ended up purchasing exercise clothing. I also bought some new socks. The store is large and not cluttered. The merchandise is nicely spaced out. I suggest this store for people looking for sneakers at a great price. Nike Factory Store in Pembroke Gardens is a great place to buy gifts for loved ones. Last year, I incuded gift cards from Nike Factory Store. They have excellent selection. They have trendy gym clothes and shoes. Their prices are reasonable. They also have good sales on a regular basis. My daughter likes their running shoes and usually finds a few pair that she likes. Weekends and holidays can be crowded at this store but if you go weekdays, you can shop in peace and quiet. read more

I went in to this store to return multiple shoes that I ordered online as the Nike website suggests that you do so but when I went to return them the manager Teke'ia took personal offense to that. She introduced herself by asking me if I bought these shoes from Nike.com then why don't I return them there. She said she can't take the entire return because it hurts her "bottom line" and then she proceeded to bs me about Nike policy slowly changing and that returns are at her discretion. So she rejected half of my return and made me carry a big box of shoes back out of the store and send it to Nike through UPS and now I have to wait an extra 14 days at least for my refund. I think Teke'ia should focus on getting customers into her empty store instead of artificially inflating revenue by rejecting returns, lying, and making her company look disorganized and incongruent. read more

I always like coming to this store it's a great busy location. Which gets crowds attention . It's part outlet of a Nike store they always have great prices on there items weather it's shoes or clothes. I always find a pair of cool sneakers that I'm happy with and different from others the people who work there are very nice and helpful. Surprised that this location was not super busy. However I was very thankful that it wasn't. I was able to walk right up to a cashier for my exchange. While they weren't able to successfully repurchase my items (something about it being a .com order), I was very greatful and appreciative to the footwear associate and the manager that assisted me. They tried their hardest to bring my exchange to the original amount that I paid being that I purchased during tax free and had a promo code. Ultimately I had to bring the issue to the 1-800 number. They simply returned my items and placed my refund on a gift card. The last .com associate I spoke to from the 1-800 went above and beyond to assist me. By adjusting the price so that I wouldn't have to pay the price, I got them for a few dollars cheaper than I what I originally paid. I am thankful for all parties that assisted me and it's because of all of them that I am writing this 5 star review. I didn't shop in Nike (directly) much before because I thought they were more expensive than getting them from other stores. However if you catch them around the right time, you might catch a deal like I did! read more

Been a Nike fan since 72. Outlets were a great source for a reasonably priced pair of kicks and accessories. NOT ANYMORE! Prices have skyrocketed on everything including older gear. When I asked the associate WTF, she says that demands are high and no need to discount. Better off going to a Footlocker or Champs! So disappointed!!! Been to Vietnam and China, so I know first hand what it costs to manufacture a pair of shoes, no not flea market knockoffs, but the actual factory. Shame on you Nike! read more

I came here the week before Christmas, so any retailer is lucky to get even a star at this time. Found what we wanted at pocket friendly prices. Of course when we decided to check out so did everyone else and we were stuck in a Black Friday type line for about 10-15 minutes. The line moved quickly and I think the check out process was held up mainly by the bulk of items many had. Can't ever hurt to go to an outlet for decent prices. Live and love! Just do it! read more

She was very helpful, friendly, energetic, and she provided excellent customer service, she got me a new pair of shoes and also talked me into buying an outfit. Horrible Service! The "greeter" at the door is not facing the front of the door but giving her back to the customers coming in and no hello, welcome or anything. 5 employees standing around in the clothing side and only 1 employee on the shoe side that's too busy to help you out. When you ask one of the 5 employees for help. They simply point at the 1 employee in the shoes department and say that they are not in that department. It's like your bothering them when you ask for help. Needless to say I was planning on purchasing shoes and walked out. I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

Was there today looking at shoes, one of the workers was organizing the isle which is fine but she definitely wasn't keeping 6ft and was complaining out loud the whole time about her job as if they didn't just open back up today. Making comments like "ughhh is it 7 yet?" And talking into her walkie talkie like "you see I'm already at the end of the isle organizing I'll do the middle when these people move" talking about us like we can't hear her. Kept walking in front of us to do her job instead of just waiting and letting customers look. So rude and obviously she's miserable and shouldn't have her job back if that's how she acts on her first day back. African American lady with ombré black & yellow hair. Would state her name but she wasn't wearing a name badge. Should teach your employees respect. Was going to buy something else on top of our exchange but decided not to give my money after how your employees treat customers. read more

I was buying gifts for my niece for start of school and for her birthday, as well as purchasing for myself and everyone was so incredibly friendly and helpful.
