I called this store to confirm they had the phone I wanted (brand, model, and color) in stock. The sales representative assured me they had plenty available and told me not to worry. Surprisingly, when I arrived at the store, I was told they had run out of that phone and could only place an online order instead. I recently came to T-Mobile to get my new iPhone and my experience. Here was lovely. It was seamless easy and I was in and out in a matter of 35 minutes. I was help immediately and David the guy who helped me was awesome. He recommended the phone with enough storage for me and help me transfer all my documents to my new iPhone. Cecia did not have good customer service. She acted like she did not want to help me. She was very nonchalant. I walked into the store and was next in line. When she was done with her customer she walked over to me asked what I needed and because a random guy tried to talk to me, she immediately turned around and took care of someone else. She never used basic customer service words, she barely spoke while helping me. I was buying a new iPhone, & She didn't even help met set it up so I can leave the store with it in use. I had to ask her to take it out the bag and set it up. When I left she didn't even say thank you or have a nice day. The worst. read more

This is by far the best customer service I could have asked for. Not one, 2 or 3 members of staff are welcoming but all of them are just awesome. I would highly recommend this T Mobile to anyone simply because of the excellent service I received. Marc and Victor went out of their way to patiently explain the various plans and the tremendous choice of devices available (I know very little about the new devices and by the time I left I felt like an expert lol). The Manager of the branch keeps a close eye to ensure every representative is doing their best. I don't know the kind of training the staff follows but I must say HAT'S OFF". Be VERY careful when purchasing here, the sales team is very predatory. They will try and convince you out of the items you're going in to get and swindle you into whatever product is on the roster to push sell to meet their quotas. The sales rep also added a $90 plan and added features to my business account without consent. I never even received an agreement for the items purchased and Financed. If it weren't for the fact that I thought the transaction was suspicious and checked my account, I wouldn't have realized that that had overcharged me for services and added items without consent. Spend about a week back and forth with Tmobile Care and the Management at this store. Neither of them provided me great customer service. I was accused of trying to pull one over on tmobile to try and get something for free. I am beyond appalled and disgusted at the way I was treated, especially since they admitted the sales rep broke all protocol during the transaction. The manager said they would reach back out to me to help with getting me in touch with the business sales reps... that was several days ago and still no word back. Don't waste your time, AT&T and Verizon have betters deals, better service and better customer care. read more
