Out of nowhere, some random technician showed up at our property without any notice or appointment to do "some work." Not only did they leave a complete mess behind, but they also left a bunch of cables lying around -- a serious tripping and electrical hazard. To make it even worse, they left our patio gate wide open, and my dog escaped because of their negligence. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional. After this chaos, our internet -- which had been working perfectly fine -- suddenly stopped working. So not only did we not ask for any service, but their unannounced "work" actually created a new problem we didn't have to begin with. Naturally, we called the company expecting them to fix their own mistake. What a nightmare that turned out to be. Hours on the phone -- getting transferred from one department to another, over and over -- with nothing but meaningless apologies and zero actual help. After nearly five hours of being bounced around, they finally scheduled another technician to come and finish the half-done job... only for us to get a call later saying it needed to be rescheduled because the technician was late. Seriously? They cause the problem, leave a hazard, lose our connection, waste an entire day of our time, and then delay the "fix" again? What a disgrace of a company. If this is what they call customer service, it's beyond broken. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to their customers. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Comcast/Xfinity -- you should be ashamed of how you treat paying customers.

I told them I needed it fixed immediately as I have a sick family member in a hospital in another state and I need to get those messages as soon as possible. What does the rep do, try to sell me something else, are you kidding? Clueless and no idea how to work with customers. As soon as I can, I will be looking into other carriers, this is the worst service I have ever had.

Poor service, and absolutely no support from ATT. Canceled the service after 4 days and now I have to eat a $500 early cancellation fee. Beware of ATT sales reps offering you great deals and if you're happy with Xfinity just stick with them.
