The manager could be a little more respectful to customers. The conversation quickly went south when she asked me in a insincere attitude "if I am okay", insinuating in front of other staff and customers if I have some mental or psychological issues. SCAMMERS!!! Beware. I have been a loyal Verizon customer for the past 18 years. I was interested in upgrading my phone and I am eligible for basically a switch out if I trade in my phone. I didn't have an ID w me, but I did have an old one and a picture of my current ID. The Verizon manager said the only way he could help me without a physical ID was if I paid out of pocket for my new phone. Why on earth would I do that with my trade in option? Poor customer service. Poor representation of the company itself. They should be ashamed of themselves. There are so many other amazing locations that will provide great service and other locations that won't try to take advantage of their loyal costumers. read more

Vivi G and Co are everything a company hopes to employ in their customer facing positions. Vivi, was patient, kind and made this the best customer experience I've almost ever had in a retail store. Cell companies tend to confuse you and you wind up paying for things you didn't even know existed; for years sometimes, as Vivi discovered when she went through my bill while guiding me through the insurance and a forgotten iCloud password. My phone broke in the middle of a business trip, time was of the essence and Vivi took the time to make sure I got everything I needed and more, right when I needed it- as if the universe put me exactly where I needed to be. The store was clean as could be, with hand sanitizer everywhere, clean glass and all staff wearing masks. This whole crew deserves a raise @Verizon! read more

I have a Samsung s22+ phone and there are so many thinks wrong with it and it is not Samsung, but what Verizon did to the phone. My voicemail notifications never come up on the Voicemail app and that has been from the first day I owned the phone. Called may times and never fixed. Second was I wanted to shorten the number of rings or seconds before my voicemail connected. The phone rings 25 times before the Voicemail connects which is just stupid because people hang up before the Voicemail connects. FCC says don't answer phones if you don't recognize the number so my Voicemail says, "I don't recognize the number, so please leave a message of who you are". The problem is I have to wait 25 rings before that Voicemail message is heard from anyone that calls. I called Samsung and they said that is how your provider set that up and I called Verizon and talked to 6 tech people and they said the number of rings or seconds ringing can't be changed. That is just plain wrong and shame on Verizon. I talked to people who have AT&T and T-Moblie and they are able to change the number of rings or seconds to whatever they want. I have been with Verizon for over 20 years and never had this problem that they created and now I am going to leave Verizon. From no number notification on my Voicemail app which has never worked to not being able to change the rings or seconds my phone rings before the voicemail connects is just unacceptable and I will definitely be changing my service. read more

Most horrible service ever. The manager was very nasty, and was apparently not law enforcement friendly. The managers comments and demeanor was unbelievable. I have immediately changed phone services after this experience in the matter of hours. I will recommend for all my friends and family to drop Verizon. read more

My tote and contents were lifted over the weekend. Been with Verizon since B.H. 90210 since 2004. as well as with 3rd party Asurian Insurance. usually easy peasy. Claim was denied. was looking at a $700 replacement purchase. ouch. Everyone at the store teamed up for a solution. Brandon, Agusto, Alex G. arrived from spearfishing and to the rescue. He figured out how to replace my Android Samsung for $28 and threw in an upgrade...and peripherals to appear on a future bill. Now that is A-list Servicio in any language.
