Before posting, I've thought this over thoroughly. My first encounter was pleasant and they were…read more"eager" to get me switched over to AT&T. On my return the next day, the very pleasant Enrique was gone and the rude "manager" was present. I'd have to say , Ryan is a new employee and he was kind, did his best to be supportive in a sale to a New Customer. As they are not my current or have been a provider of mine. The tall, guys, glasses "manager" he was Short tempered, snippy, condescending and not at all willing or eager to explain things in detail. Everyone must know, consumers have Rights, Protections and ANY provider of service should be able to Explain their products and with patience if they want to get that $$$. I wouldn't have this person work at any of my businesses, in fear of loss of money daily from their Mere unwillingness to Respect those buying products & service . Those people are paying your salary, they deserve some basic form of respect. There are MANY of Abundance of cellular service options. The employees here need more training and they need to improve wait times. No one in this day and age wants to sit hours at a cell carrier store to have Nothing except a bad taste in their mouth walking out the door. ** ask upfront the FEES, ** ask Upfront what this going to cost me in my MONTHLY bill. When they say "$75 a month for Basic plan " Then your bill will be more than $135 a month- Sorry , NO SIR, you better be able to figure out what "taxes" you put on that bill. They set me up for service even though I repeatedly asked them not too. Once I left the store , I even received an email they set me up for paperless billing. Wow & wow. Hope Corporate can explain that Scam. Thank you Ryan & Enrique for your service. Wish you guys had a better Leader to take you far in this business.

My phone completely died. I purchased a new phone at this location. This was seamless. The…read morechallenge was transferring my data as my old phone would continuously shut down. Freddy and Cesar were amazing. They went above and beyond. Their diligence and service allowed me to not lose my precious photos that I had neglected to back up. I truly appreciated the patience and knowledgable service. Thank you
