This is their installation job...hideous

Let's start with installation. It's easy to set up the appointment and the guy was on time. You can see by the attached picture that it's a shotgun job. They really don't care how it ultimately looks. Regarding the internet itself, it's pretty fast when compared to your other options. However, in my building my internet drops 2-3 times a week. One week it was completely out of service for hours twice. I called in to see whether I could be refunded for those days where there was no service (Comcast has done this for me in the past). I believe I reached someone in SF, who forwarded me to a male in their Miami office. Once I start talking to this individual, his first question was, "why/how did you reach me?....REALLY? Basically, the guy didn't want to deal with my concern and told me to cancel if I'm not happy. He finally came around and said he would talk to the accounting department to see if they could do something and he would let me know via email. It's been over a month and I haven't heard back. This guy clearly didn't care and nor do they. I'm not saying customer service at Comcast is any better, but if you're looking for an improvement in customer service over Comcast, it's not incrementally better with these guys. Nor is the service in my building, which drops 2-3 times per week.

Im getting 200 mbps  i can not be happier no one believes me. Be sure to get a wireless routes capable.

I cant stop talking about this to everyone this company is amazing Its been a long time since i havent been so happy with a service, their customer service is extremely friendly and the guy who came into my house also, im sorry i forgot your name!!! I think its Juan. I bet comecast and at&t are nervous right now. Check the tip i left!!

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience with Xfinity/Comcast has been beyond…read moreunacceptable. Out of nowhere, some random technician showed up at our property without any notice or appointment to do "some work." Not only did they leave a complete mess behind, but they also left a bunch of cables lying around -- a serious tripping and electrical hazard. To make it even worse, they left our patio gate wide open, and my dog escaped because of their negligence. Totally irresponsible and unprofessional. After this chaos, our internet -- which had been working perfectly fine -- suddenly stopped working. So not only did we not ask for any service, but their unannounced "work" actually created a new problem we didn't have to begin with. Naturally, we called the company expecting them to fix their own mistake. What a nightmare that turned out to be. Hours on the phone -- getting transferred from one department to another, over and over -- with nothing but meaningless apologies and zero actual help. After nearly five hours of being bounced around, they finally scheduled another technician to come and finish the half-done job... only for us to get a call later saying it needed to be rescheduled because the technician was late. Seriously? They cause the problem, leave a hazard, lose our connection, waste an entire day of our time, and then delay the "fix" again? What a disgrace of a company. If this is what they call customer service, it's beyond broken. Absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful to their customers. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Comcast/Xfinity -- you should be ashamed of how you treat paying customers.
