    Staff are rude and unhelpful. They have an attitude. Also the signal in Miami is non existent: Don't go with Verizon.

    Much like you trust a doctor or a mechanic for advice/guidance (or any service where you are…read morerelying on an agents expertise in a field because you as a consumer that did not go to school or receive training), I expect similar professionalism from my "Telephone doctor". I was a good customer who made an appointment (earliest available-store opening), showed up 5 minutes before, explained my phone's symptoms, told them no rush- I'll come back at the end of the day (no pressure- take your time). I come back 30 minutes before closing to be told no work could be done on my phone because its an international phone.....and because its a international phone, you dont have warranty, and we cant touch the phone...WELL I bought this phone directly from SAMSUNG USA WEBSITE. I left the store dejected. I thought to myself, how the heck could this be an international phone!? My gut told me this doesn't make sense, but THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS AT UBREAKWEFIX, so they wouldn't lie to me, would they!? The ubreakwefix agent tells me samsung will see all his notes. Not to worry. I ask if they can call samsung to communicate this information, he replied, "no we can't do that.". Get on the phone to call samsung (4 different departments) they pull my account and tell me "sir you have a US phone, I dont know what they are talking about". NO NOTES. I ask samsung to call theubreakwefix location, and they say "we can't do that". It is now the closing minutes of the ubreakwefix location operating hours. I call back ubreakwefix and speak to the agent who assisted me. I explain that the phone is a US phone. Immediately his story changed to, "I'll push the repair through, come back tomorrow." WAIT!? WHAT!? IM DONE WITH SAMSUNG. THERE IS CLEARLY A COMPETING INTEREST BETWEEN SAMSUNG AND YOUBREAKWEFIX.. THIS LOCATION HAS A LYING OR COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT STAFF. THE GUYS NAME IS ALBERTO! GOODBYE SAMSUNG. HELLO APPLE. GOODBYE UBREAKWEFIX CORALGABLES.

Almost half the items arrived broken and I IMMEDIATELY contacted Maria and Ricardo the owners, and was assured by them that UPS would be in touch with me. They never claimed at the time I contacted them that I had not requested full coverage. I regularly purchase items at auction and always purchase full coverage for my cost of the items. Many, many weeks went by without a word from UPS or Pakmail Miami and I contacted Maria and Ricardo again to inform that no one from UPS had contacted me (entirely on my own initiative I had sent a complete photographic record of the damages) They emailed me claiming FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME that I had only been covered by insurance for the minimum amount of $100, claiming falsely that I had wanted to save money on insurance and also that too much time had passed and UPS would not consider any claim. ***I NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMPENSATION THAT I WAS ENTITLED TO AS A RESULT OF WHAT I CONSIDER BLANTANT NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF PAKMAIL MIAMI. ***IT IS ALSO MY OPINION, if that isn't clear, THAT THE OWNERS OF PAKMAIL MIAMI ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY! ***All supporting emails are available for review.

    This was the absolute worst service I have ever received…read more 1) Service was terrible. I didn't get a single response to my questions or need for updates. The only time they reached out was when they had a question about the payment. 2) I simply asked for my keyboard keys to be made less sticky. They didn't fix the problem at all. I NOW have to take it back to another technician. 3) A week after I left my computer at the store, once they said they had fixed it, they called and said that they had lost my password. I told them multiple times what it was and texted it to them. They said it didn't work and asked me to come down. Once I was there, they said they got it to work. This was the absolute biggest waste of money I have ever spent. And the biggest biggest waste of time. I 100% don't recommend this service, and please don't book an appointment with them. My technician was called Darian. I don't know if it was his fault, or the fault of the company - probably both. but I was shock by the deception and unreliability.
