Let me list all the things that are wrong with this place . 1 ) High prices . For 4 embroidery pieces they charged me 248 $ . 2 ) They billed me twice . 3 ) Poor time management . The work was supposed to be done in seven days. I received my fabric pieces in 11 days . 4 ) The order was done incorrectly. The color of the thread that was used in embroidery was wrong. They used black stitching instead of gold. That left me with a material that I cannot use which means I need to buy new material to make a new embroidery. 5 ) I asked the money back, and the owner of the place refuse me . He told me he will not give me my money back, and the only way to do so is to sue him. Please don't repeat my mistakes . it is not worth of a hassle retrieving your money through the bank claim. read more

It began unpleasant at first but turned into a cool experience! Who doesn't have bad moments ???but what defines us is how we react and handle these moments the customers service upon entry wasn't welcoming and the quote was originally a long wait, I then went online and began to write a negative review shortly after I was contacted by a concern business owner who takes pride in his work and reputation to make sure anything that was unpleasant be completely satisfied. Very POOR customer service! everyone there acts like its a bother to help you! I dropped my item off and was told it was no problem to pick it up 5 days later. When I arrive to pick up my item not only was it not ready but when I asked if it would be ready later in the day I was snickered at and told that they weren't sure! No apology, no excuse, just acted like it was a bother to provide the service that they offer! This will be my last trip there! read more

I would not get anything made here again. I got several things screen printed for a group and all of the products are cracking and falling apart, the cracking started before some of them even wore them!! I brought this to their attention and they redid some of the order however those weren't any better! We spent a lot of money to get these made and they look very crappy! read more

I chose this place via yelp, when my is and tasked me with making his idea come to life! I told the owner the idea and what we were trying to accomplish and he seemed confident, however I was a little skeptical because I hadn't seen s proof or a mock up, given that we were in a rush! Well the product was awesome! Made me happy and my very particular husband happy! Nice work! Only reason not a full 5 stars was I asked for same day and it was completed the following day! Granted they knew I needed it for Halloween and it was done in time and apparently the first attempt was not up to par so they re did it! I guess I shouldn't fault them for that! read more

what a nightmare! we order shirts for our company breast cancer walk. and they mess them up! the lady asked some guy in the back if that was how we ordered them which I already told her it wasn't what we ordered but she didn't believe me! as if that wasn't already a slap in the face, we needed the shirts the next day and they didn't get started making the new shirts until 4:00 in the afternoon that Friday! they made us pick them up at 6:00PM! on a Friday because of a mistake they made! they gave us attitude the whole time and didn't even bother giving us a discount for the extreme inconvenience they put us through! horrible service that looks like we could have made ourselves with iron on paper. Never again will we use or recommend this pace business. read more

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!! What a rip off! First off, I was told my shirt for work would be done by the end of the week. I placed the order on the 5th which was a Wednesday. I called on Friday and they said it would be done by monday. Called again and they told me it would be done the next day. Every day after that that I called, it wasn't ready, and they kept telling me "it'll be done tomorrow, I swear". Well, by the 18 I called again and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I drove from my job down to the location, all while on hold, only to be hung up on when I pulled into the parking lot. When I came in they argued with me about who hung up on me, who put me on hold, how they lost my shirt in this tiny location, and then tried to short change me. After all this, the shirt didn't even fit. So after another two weeks of fighting with this crook, he told me he would give me my money back, then never gave it back. Will never deal with these crooks again. read more
