They have wonderful customer service, but the product was disappointing. I ordered a face mask, and while the printing quality was excellent, it wasn't a quality mask; it was just a cheap piece of cloth with slits cut on the edges. After I emailed them about it (which they responded promptly - thanks!), they said that's how it's supposed to come. I reached out to them last minute with a request to make me a shirt for my graduation .. I had no idea what I wanted it to look like or say and they came up with such a dope shirt for me. They delivered the shirt right to my job and had me ready to go in only a few days, not to mention that it's quality material and I've washed the shirt quite a few times now and it still has not faded. read more

I cannot speak to the quality of their work but professionalism is 0/10. If you are serious about your project & its not just a hobby I would strongly advise to find another production company. I sent a very detailed email giving specifics for my project, was asked to pay and drop off items, and 3 days later they say they cannot complete the project because of a major design aspect that was completely overlooked by them. The female partner Jocelyn was also very condescending in our email exchange when I offered a possible solution making sure to note shes been doing this for 7 years. Crazy to think you've been operating a business for that long but can't read. Out of the 16 items we had scheduled to make 13 were not viable so in an attempt at to somewhat makeup for all the time, money, transportation wasted I asked if they could at the very least do the 3 and refund the me the difference. This request was outright ignored, and no form of responsibility was really taken, all that was offered was a half-assed apology. If you're making family reunion t-shirts where design isn't crucial they may be for you but any up & coming brands I would advise stay away. read more
