I have a small operation that I'm just getting off the ground to help people with pains etc. This is my 2nd time trying to use James 'Your Sign Guy' for his services. His demeanor is laid back, like a gentle giant; he came off as very chill and trustworthy. However, the 1st time I just wanted him to do a couple shirts for a promo, he never sent them to proof and I figured he was busy and just left it as a miscommunication. This time was different: During a worldwide pandemic, I decided to reach out to him to put the name of my company on a wall so I could shoot some virtual content. He quoted me a price that everyone said was pricey. I called a trusted embroiderer and he connected me with someone who would do it for 1/2 the price. I explained to "your sign guy" that I can't take on that type of cost during this volatile time and he just said 'ok'. Today he texts me and told me he could do it with another type of vinyl for $375. I left the text messages so you can see for yourself his response and determine his level of professionalism.

You can go to this link and see the shirts that were created. Post CAT 5, Hurricane Dorian, we had to get shirts made for our volunteers that were (and are) going out to deliver donated goods. We wanted to make sure the shirts distinguished our organization with others. And it did! We of course were not looking to spend a lot (as our proceeds are going to those in need) but at the same time keep with the quality of shirts. Especially with the post hurricane conditions of not being able to wash clothes as consistently as you can in 1st world amenities (think 3rd world or beyond post hurricane conditions). Nick and his team came through with our time line for both orders we had. He proved to us when we did our first order of shirts that quality did not go to the wayside with the time constraints we gave him. Both orders were done beyond our expectations. On top of that he dropped them off at the Freight Forwarder in Fort Lauderdale to have them brought over via plane for our volunteers to wear the shirts. He stayed in tight communication via text, email and phone and assisted rapidly (and very patiently) on the changes we kept throwing his way of the Donors we had to add to the back of the shirt. Thanks again Nick and team and we look forward to working with you in the future.
