My contact with the company was Christine Gostisbehere. After a few questions and what i thought was clarification from my end, I received an email response from Christine that seemed a bit short and rude, however i took it with a grain of salt because sometimes things come across differently via digital communications. So to clarify what specifications they were needing I called and asked for Christine, was polite and pleasant (or so i thought) and after stating very politely that I had already sent her color specs on our logo (pantone color specs) as well as some other documentation she abruptly said "We're not interested in doing business with you if you're going to have an attitude" and hung up on me. I was left shocked and appalled that anyone would even speak a potential customer like that especially considering I was polite and simply trying to get clarification on the specifications she said they needed and get them the proper info. My advice to anyone looking to do business with this company is : SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND HEADACHE AND JUST KEEP LOOKING I suppose it was better to find out how the company is up front before you hire them.
