Repeatedly they ask me to provide addresses that my family member could be at to locate them however this is the entire reason I hired the firm, to help me locate said family member at an unknown address. To be frank I have no idea what I paid for, how many hours they actually worked on this case or what they did. This job was done in an extremely small town and I find it hard to believe that had this firm been actively looking that they wouldn't have been able to locate this person or their car.
