I called this woman and she first blew me off for 2 days no call back…read more.. THEN she finally got back to me once I started begging for service... She shows up and takes all the measurements and I show her what I want done.... Then she just leaves without saying goodbye or hey James I'll get that quote to you... After 2 days go by I call her and ask her "Hey what about my quote" she tells me oh we are short staffed and we are working on it... So I wait another 2 days and no word from her.. So I call again and this time she tells me that sorry they can't do the work.. So now I'm a week deep and I haven't gotten anywhere.. Meanwhile my store is opening today.... She was rude and nasty and doesn't care about any level of customer service.... I'm not sure if she is the owner but if she isn't I would fire her immediately and get someone that wants to do the job.... If it was my store she is the last person I would want to contact my customer base.... She just blew me off and decided on her own not to quote me or even give me a call back to tell me... I am a small business owner in Delray and I would never treat my customers like that... If you don't want the job then just tell me you don't want the work... So I decided to call boynton beach signarama and I got the best customer service on earth.... Jason at boynton is an asset to that store... He went above and beyond and got my stuff done within 48 hours and that's with a holiday weekend involved..... If you want professional great customer service please use boynton signarama.... If I could get ahold of the owner at Delray I would give them a piece of my mind.... If she continues to do business like that they won't be around long......
