This is not only about this store but it did play a part in the fiasco with my office depot orders. Not only did they send me the wrong item in my package but they didn't do ANY of the 3 things their customer service people told me they would do. I was told I could have the incorrect order picked up at my home or drop it off for return at an office depot store. So, I chose to return it to the store because I am in a newer community with a lot of construction people coming in and out in vans all day long and many times packages delivered or left out side for pick up get stolen. So, after work on Friday I drove to this store. Once inside I was told that I could not return the package to this store because they don't have the sku plus they have a new computerr system at thatstore...so they can not accept the retrurn. I came home and spoke to the customer. service dept and all I got was we are sorry for the mix up. No, it wasn't a mix up on anyone's part but office depot who's customer service gave me totally incorrect info. So I reordered the correct item (which I had to pay for again)! I was told that on May 20th (2 day delivery) both the new order and the pickup order would both go to the driver who brings me the correct order. I literally stayed home all day on the 20th and NOTHING either was delivered or picked up! I contact their customer. service people again and they said the don't know why either thing didn't happen. They gave me a new # to call so it gets esculated. So, I called the new number and basically I was told that EVERYTHING I had been told was incorrect!! What is wrong with office depot? I have never had any order as messed up as this. But I did learn something new, they did say that 2 day delivery doesn't mean 2 day delivery, it really means up to 5 days. WTF are you kidding me? They also said that I am not to give the return to the person who delivers the new corrected order. They changed that as well and said 2 different companies would be handling the delivery and return. So now, after calling 4 times and speaking to 4 people who each gave me different info. Something is very wrong with this company! Oh yes, I also told the last person (at the esculated number) that I received an email from Staples who is selling the exact same item I ordered for $10.00 less than what I paid. He said he'd have to check with his supervisor but he could possibly credit me the $10 once it is delivered. He said I'd need to call them back and request a price adjustment then. BUT...no one could tell me when the new order was coming or the pick up...all I got was a number that shows I esculated the entire mess. Again I ask you, what has happened to office depot? Obviously their ordering/ shipping dept. can't fill a order properly and nor can they deliver or pick up an incorrect order. They SUCK! Plus the last person said to hold on the line to give an evaluation of what he did ( basically nothing) to help solve the problem. And tell me why I wasn't surprised that once I held on, to be connected to the survey, it just rang and rang and no one picked up before they hung up on the call. I guess they really do not want to hear how badly they messed up at every turn! I'd think twice from ordering from them again. It sure looks like the Office Depot of today is nothing like they used to be. I came to get a copy of my vaccine card vaccinated and after waiting for him to be available, he went to help someone else and then he says he couldn't shrink it before laminating without charging me and walks away. Someone else was here for the same thing. He also wanted his card smaller before laminated and he said it was $4 for that maybe. Other office depots are shrinking it! Mine was cut a little short he wanted to redo it but what's the point I needed it to be smaller. Process took 35 minutes. I was not willing to wait for him to shrink it. My experience in the cabinet section was incredible. Beware of scam. Price in store for an HP 62XL ink cartridge was $52. Price on their website was $42. When I asked the clerk to match the on-line price he did so with the comment, yeah the online price is always lower. If I had not checked in advance I would have over paid by $10. This Boca Store is terrible. They are not helping, they ignore customers. The young man did not like when I asked for help at the printing . This was not my first disappointment at this store. Even I had to pay the empty page at the printer. They told me I have to resize the page where I made it, so I could not print my project. Today I went to the Sample Road Office Depot, because over there people much nicer and helpful. I wasn 't disappointed today either. Office Depot is a great place to get your office supplies at discount prices. They even price match other stores that have an item you want to buy that is offered at a lower price. You just show them the sale price on your phone or a brochure from the other store and Office Depot gives you the sale price of that other store. I buy computers, printers, paper, print cartridges, pens, pencils, journals, notebooks, practically everything associated with writing and office work. They even have desks and chairs. It really is a one stop shopping store. They also have their own store brands of many items at fantastic prices! You can also get copies made, business cards printed, etc. Office Depot has a staff that is incredibly helpful when you are searching for an item. For instance, I needed print cartridges to replace the ones in my printer that had run out. The boxes of cartridges for sale didn't list my printer on any of the lists of which cartridges to buy. The friendly staff member who I asked for help, looked it up on his phone and seconds later told me which ones to buy! I bought them, went home and installed them. The staff member was absolutely correct, the cartridges fit perfectly and I was printing again with a smile on my face. I just love this place. read more

On Saturday, 2/26/22, I spoke to Zach N. on the phone at the store. He was very helpful with his knowledge and information with regards to what I needed. I had a few files to print that I would have printed on my own HP printer that I had purchased a few years ago from Office Depot, but since having issues with the printer remaining connected to my WiFi, I had to go do my printing at the store. I was going to go to the store after getting off the phone with Zach N., but apparently, the hours listed for closing at 9:00pm on Sat nights was incorrect. The store was closing in an hour at 7:00pm, and since it would take me at least 20-25 minutes to get to their store, I opted to wait until Sunday, since getting there before 7:00pm wouldn't afford enough time to print. I have since submitted the correct hours to Yelp's team and, it has already been adjusted. Thanks Yelp team! On Sunday, 2/27/22, I went to Office Depot in the late afternoon to meet with Zach N. about the items we discussed. I was unaware there were two Zach's working at this particular location, so when one Zach was called to the front, he didn't appear to know what I was referring to, even though I went into length about our discussion on the phone. After a 20 minute conversation, he then told me that I must have been speaking with the "other" Zach. This "Zach" did, however, point me to some other items that I needed, i.e., copy paper, file box before Zach N. came up to me. He remembered our conversation immediately and was "Johnny on the spot" with taking over right away. I felt very impressed while he looked over some paperwork that I brought in to assist with troubleshooting my printer that I had purchased there previously. He also helped me procure the other items as well as get my printing job finished in a jiffy without missing a step. The whole transaction went effortlessly and had me in and out in a relatively short time. I appreciated the calm, polite and efficient method in which Zach N. took care of me and made me feel like a customer that truly mattered. Thank you Zach N. While I am sorry that the Office Max/Office Depot merge caused the store in Mission Bay that was closer to me to close down, I am happy to make the 20-25 minute drive to this Glades Road/Boca Rio Road location, if only because of the top knotch treatment that I was given on this particular occasion by Zach N., as he definitely sets the bar on customer satisfaction. read more

So let me tell you about the absolute, over the top phenomenal service I received at this Office Depot. Now, I'm a regular customer and never have any issues here. But this experience was the best. My 15 year old saved his money, and wanted a new lap top. So I do my due diligence, this is both good and bad. I now know enough to be informed, but I also know enough to have confused myself. Last night I went into Office Depot. I met a guy named Zach, awesome! Great attitude, well spoken and honest. As Zach was giving me more info and helping me make my decision, another gentleman Viktor was hanging nearby. Viktor by the way has this computer genius look to him, LOL! Viktor joined the conversation and really cleared things up for me. He put the icing on the cake! Lap top SOLD!!! But wait... the story is not over! My son was away. I wanted him to actually see the lap top before we broke the seal. I took him in to Office Depot. Zach recognized me immediately. As we were talking, I notice that today... the lap top is $130 cheaper! Whoa!!! What's going on. Zach told me this wasn't an issue. I'm price guaranteed for 14 days. I went home, for my receipt and came back for my refund. Then, as if Zach and Viktor's guest service wasn't enough. In comes Mike... the store manager. This guy, was awesome! He told me this is his new home and if he can ever do anything to help me out, come see him. Of course, I told him how amazing Zach and Viktor were but I needed to go a step further. This Office Depot is easy to miss. Even though it's on Glades Road it's setback off the street with parking in front. It's pretty much like the other Office Depots I've been to, although it seems to be a little smaller. They have lots of office supplies and different computers. If you're having a problem with your computer, even if you didn't buy it there, they'll diagnose your problem for free. The last time I was there I was impressed by how nice the cashier was. She went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. Often I can find an item it this Office Depot when it's sold out at their other locations. read more

Basic services for the understocked home office are available- copiers at $.11 a page, and decent printing service (got a 243 page doc printed in just a few minutes) but even basic finishing is extra unless you want a barely passable heavy duty stapler shifted your way. read more

Like others have said, just another Office Depot. Staff is friendly and store is neat however the thing that grinds my gears is getting to it. If you're heading south on Federal or Dixie then turn right on Glades, it's smooth sailing. However, if you're coming up from the south side of town like I usually do and miss the turn right after Glades, you have to go make a U turn, then another, then another and go in a circle. I purchased my HP notebook 8 months ago from Office Depot and use it several hrs. per day for work so when it stopped working correctly yesterday I was not happy at all! Having a protection plan that comes with tech support I called the help line and after 35 minutes they were unable to fix the problem. A bit frustrating! I then called customer service at the Office Depot and they offered tech support either over the phone or in person at the store. I hadn't realized that tech support will be available for as long as I own the computer. I chose tech support at the store because I was told they were usually not busy at 11:30a.m. on a Tuesday. When I arrived there was only one person on line and I only waited about 15 minutes. While I was waiting another employee came by and told me the wait would only be a few minutes longer. Wow talk about customer service! The techie Neil asked me what issues I was having with the notebook and after I explained the situation to him he smiled and went to work. I knew immediately he knew what he was doing! Within 5 minutes the problem was solved! He was courteous, professional and really knew his stuff! Overall a great place to shop. My notebook was on sale when I purchased it, saving me over $300. Tech support is first class and this Office Depot customer service is over the top! I went here a while back and was pleased with the customer service and outcome of a poster that I wanted laminated. The lady the waited on my was very friendly and there was little wait. HOWEVER, the previous time I went to get something color printed, a young (ish) gentleman waited on me, and was also helping another customer on and off at the same time. This guy acted like it was the worst thing ever to have to work and help people. Most of the time I just stood there waiting for him to proceed with what I wanted done...which was something super simple. He would handle something w the other customer he was waiting on, and just tune me out for 5 minutes at a time. At one point, all I had to do was PAY FOR THE SERVICE, but I stood there at the register for another few minutes because the employee walked away again! Meanwhile, there was a huge line that formed and other customers were getting angry from waiting for so long. I could go into more detail, but I think it is clear enough that I won't be going back there again. I have better things to do than wait in line and get sour looks from staff. I have a project I need done, but I will definitely research elsewhere. This was almost two months ago, so I don't know if the staff member left, or was FIRED... but I was so angry, I'm just now getting to writing this review. read more

Great Office Depot store in a convenient location, right off the Turnpike. There is plenty of parking so that has never been an issue. They recently changed the layout of the store significantly, and since I come here only occasionally, it was a surprise. The employees and management have always been friendly and helpful. I recommend checking online or calling ahead to see if the item you're looking for is in stock, but if you get there and find out it isn't, they can usually have it ordered for you. read more

I come here about two to 3 times a week because it's the closest place I have to ship items after 5 for USPS but I think I rather wait until Saturday and wait until then... I paid $161.00 for this filing cabinet. I have purchased two of these in the past. When this was delivered today, the delivery man refused to open the box for me to inspect it. I chatted with your rep. online and she graciously offered me $20.00 discount or wait till next Wednesday for the replacement. I can't open or close the top dented drawer unless I hammer out the dent, when I placed the order, I was told that it will be delivered between 9-5, so I had to reschedule my work!
