In my opinion, this is the best UPS store around. There is usually a short wait, but that doesn't bother me one bit. The service has always been top notch. They are open on Sunday which is terrific. I am not aware of any other local locations having Sunday hours. Another nice thing about this store is their location. Same plaza as Starbucks, Publix and Ben's! Some of the services they offer are: paper shredding, printing, packing, shipping, po box rentals and they have a notary on staff. My favorite though is they accept Amazon returns. I buy a lot from Amazon, so this is an easy option for me. The guys who work here are ALL helpful. Even when they are crazy busy, they handle everything with grace. Always a greeting and ALWAYS a thank you. These men hustle, they do their job and they do it well. UPS has several stores in the Boca/Delray area. Without a doubt, this store is my favorite. Rude people ...I'll never come back to this location . . I didn't ask anything special ,just ship my regular mail with a trucking number for $13 . I use the ups for a years and never had any problems .The ups should hire people with a smile , and fire people with bad attitude .Lady asked me to go somewhere else to ship my papers,because they do not provide the service like other UPS locations .they are special ,but in the bad way . read more

Rarely do I have a reason to post negative reviews. My husband was at this store this morning. He returned saying the store smelled like pot as well as the female employee who was there. Thats very unprofessional! While I don't have anything against someone's pot use, it does not belong in the workplace! Poor decision! read more

I waited online to send an international package. I didn't realize it would be such an ordeal at a UPS, the first attendant said she didn't know how to process an international label, so I had to wait on a different line for her colleague. He also didn't know how to process an international label, he also didn't know how to spell Twin. These people clearly have no training whatsoever and even less interest in learning. I left and went to the USPS, where I was in and out in minutes and my package is on its way. read more

Went to this store to have copies made. They were rude and not helpful. They blamed my internet. I immediately went to another UPS store at 222 Yamato. They were fabulous. Suddenly my internet ( which they incidentally had me turn off ) wasn't the issue. read more

Overall, I have been happy with this store until recently. I asked the clerk to scan and email me a 12 page insurance document so I could send it to my agent. I told her on her way to the machine that it was double sided. Well, she scanned all the pages but totally out of order and it was in 3 different.pdfs. For this, I was charged .99 per page. I have trouble believing their machine doesn't know how to properly scan double sided documents. It's a matter of pushing the right button. read more

I walked in this store to send a small package and when I walked in the line was very long which I didn't think anything of it since you usually do wait at some of these places but when I went in there there's only one person working the counter at 9:40am . I think that's ridiculous considering the amount of people that go in there . They should at least have three people working there . I give it two stars just because the gentleman working the counter was going as fast as he could to try to help everyone . They need to have more employees as it seems disorganized. Not a friendly store experience at all. Walked in, asked if they had a tape gun for a prepaid shipment. Straight faced answer was yes but nothing more. Then I said "I need to use it". Again no smile, just straight faced, "I have to do it, come over here." Then I was told it would be $2 to tape the label to the box. Again, and non-cordial. At first I sad yes, then got irritated with the whole exchange, told them exactly what I thought of the whole thing, and left. Will never do business there again. read more

Very slow location, only two staff members working when I arrived. One was playing on the computer and choosing music playlist whereas the other was behind the counter. The one was only wearing his socks walking around without shoes on. A little bit strange... I got a document notarized and it was $10 per stamp even though it was just one document! Very expensive, cost me $30 alone for that. Only stopped by because I was in the area. More than likely I won't bring my business back to this particular location. read more

This UPS store is great. They handle your business quickly and with good cheer.

I have used this UPS for at least 15 years shipping everything I need every season as I go back North for the summers. They provide service where they will pick up your boxes at your home and ship them out! They keep you updated as to when they are shipped out and when they will arrive. I also use them for regular shipping as needed, and all of the employees are all very pleasant as well as accommodating and helpful! Also BEST CARDS EVER! read more

I was so disappointed that one of the gentlemen behind the counter was not wearing a mask. Every customer had a mask on. I would think he would have gotten the hint. Furthermore, it would be easy to put up plastic shields separating the staff from the customer. read more

It takes a lot to leave a neg review but wow first time here is a huge disappointment! I tapped a box and not knowingly did not add a labels under Scotch tape. This guy was beyond rude, I wish I've gotten his name. I'll go back and get his name. He gives me lecture at 8am about how I didn't tape shipping later and the company I bought stuff from was paying for this shipment. I am sure reputable company that is covering shipping has all premium services and don't expect their customers to be treated this way. I said can you add in one of those clear covers; he says you are not premium customer. Imagine if I asked him for the tape? I even brought my own Scotch tape. Never in my life at any UPS did I experience this. I said how much it is then? He said that's not the point. Then what it is? That is a luxury & comes from his paystub. I don't think so. Just because I'm not one of his premium customers? Even so, I would never go back! I offered to pay and told him the main hub in Deefield Beach (1332 NW 3rd St) would never do this to me. They are the best and superior customer service. I'll never come to this location. Shame on this management running it and educating these employees. read more
