This has been an awful experience for me from start to finish. I wanted 12 Ugg Christmas stocking…read moreembroidered. When I dropped them off I spoke to Pierre who told me he would call me once they are ready for pick up. Fast forward to a week and a half later, no call. I tried calling their business with no answer multiple times in one day. I called again multiple times the next day for Pierre to finally answer the phone and tell me my Christmas stockings would be ready the following week and he would call me to advise once they are ready for pick up. That never happened. I called several times again with no answer. So I went into the store asking if my order is finally ready. I was advised it was. I took out my Ugg Christmas stockings only to notice treads hanging out that looked very messy from underneath each name that was embroidered. I asked what that was and was told that was the "sticker" that they had to remove to embroider the names on my stockings. I said you mean the leather Ugg name brand tag? They replied yes. I advised them at that point that I should have been called and asked if it was okay to remove a very well name brand tag before doing so. Instead of them having any remorse or understanding on my part Pierre kept repeating himself saying that had to be done to embroider the names on my Christmas stockings while talking over me. I then told him he should be apologizing to me instead of justifying this insane situation. People pay extra money to buy brand names and he completely unbranded my very expensive Christmas stockings without trying to give me a discount or show any empathy and the same goes for Danielle that was behind the counter as well. I've seen plenty of UGG Christmas stocking embroidered with names on them while including their brand name. This business obviously doesn't know what they are doing and devalued all of my stockings without showing any regard that it was their fault. My advise is to steer clear of this business to save yourself a lot of extra stress and money that will be wasted! First photo shows the UGG leather brand name sewn into the stocking. The rest of the stocking show all the UGG name brand names removed with just the names on top of the stockings with a messy treading left over from them removing the Ugg brand name.

They also sell sewing machines and vacuums along with various accessories, threads and such. Jeff teaches a class once a week on how to use your sewing machine. It's $50 for the class. There's usually only 2 people per class. He teaches one for manual and another for computerized machines.

Amy and Danny are one of kind and always get there orders done with perfection and quality. I've used Cyber Stitch for a dance studio I used to work for to get personalized team jackets made! I collaborated with Amy, told her the colors we wanted and style and she came up with a wonderful design for the studio! I know they also locally embroider uniforms for different types of sport teams, cheerleading squads, high schools, elementary schools, NASCAR, etc.. they do it all.
