We purchased some uniforms at open house which was a smooth transaction, we ended up not choosing that school and needed to return the uniforms. I called a few times before getting a response about starting the refund procedure, they give you 90 days or so for a full refund with receipt. We provided all documents and unopened uniforms within the time frame, its been 10 weeks since we returned the items and still is awaiting credit. We called multiple times and all we are getting is it will be escalated to management. You guys received our package so please refund us. read more

They absolutely do not care about customer service. I placed an order online for store pick up, never sent me an email or even charged my card so I placed it again almost a month later thinking it didn't go through. all of a sudden a week after a the second order I got charged for both. When I called to have them cancel the second order they said they could not refund me. If they would have communicated properly and charged my card the first time I wouldn't have had to place the order again. Now I'm stuck with additional shirts I don't need. honestly, it was one of the worst shopping experiences of my life. From the second I walked in, it felt like chaos. There were no employees anywhere--literally no one to help or answer questions. I wandered around for what felt like forever just trying to find someone to check if they had a size in stock, and it was like the entire place had been abandoned. The store was a mess too--clothes all over the floor, racks completely disorganized, and a weird smell in the air that made it feel more like a storage unit than a store. Even when I finally found someone, they looked annoyed and acted like I was interrupting their day just by asking for help. It was hot inside, the line was moving at a snail's pace, and half the registers weren't working. On July 19th, I placed an order for 4 uniform shorts for my son to start school as they are REQUIRED. Today is 08/12, school starts on Thursday 08/15 and I still do not have my shirts. I received an email saying my shirts were ready for pick up upon arrival they were not there. I called again and was told that the request was expedited, but no answer as to when the shirts will be ready. As a member of the Parent- Teacher Association (PTA) I will be bringing up the concerns that I read a LOT of parents have also experienced. read more

Last week I bought my daughter's uniform (5 skirts), today we went to exchange them because they didn't fit her and they didn't accept 2 because they didn't have the tag, which they gave me that way, even the boy who helped me gave me the skirts loose because he had already taken them out of the packaging. However, the rest that could be exchanged, they wanted to charge me $70 more because according to them, they were a size too big. The policies of this store are unacceptable, for me it is even bullying if they charge me $70 to change my daughter to a larger size. How much would they charge someone who is overweight? Is there a way to give this place no stars?? I have never in my life experienced a place with such poor business practices. Let's begin with it normally opens at 10:00 am but today they randomly chose to open at 12:00pm and we were told by the guard it was because they closed late last night?? Well guess what people we all work late and are here early to deal with our children's uniform before we also have to go to work which now we will also be late for because you wanted to sleep in. So the guard also says it's best to make an appointment through customer service. Guess what the customer service number is a waster of time because no one answers and take you to a full voice mail. To which the same guard tells us because these people turn it off while they are busy. Seriously this is a joke of a busy during a time they should be at their best. THEE WORST UNIFORM STORE I'VE EVER BEEN TO.!!! Lines like your at the DMV, your not allowed to get the uniforms yourself so you wait for them to get it for you, looks chaotic, fitting rooms are disgusting with so much dirt on the walls and an old nasty dirty curtain instead of a door with no seat inside to comfortably try on clothes. (Imagine your kid trying on clothes in a super tiny space and trying not to touch the nasty dirty walls-that looked like it hasn't been cleaned since the day they 1st opened--- IMPOSSIBLE!!!) At a normal uniform store I would walk through the isles look at different style pants or browse --- you cannot do that here that's why I didn't even bother asking for uniform pants I will go to Target or somewhere else. Thank god the school also sells the uniform and that's where I will buy them all then to deal with that again. You just feel filthy after you walk in and I couldn't wait to leave with what looked like 100 ppl in a long line in this very tiny store to take a damn bath from being in there. The worst ever. Do not using the shipping feature at all ordered my things 2-11-22 2 shirts, pants, and shorts. I had to constantly call customer service to see where my order was they said a label was made on the 16th. I saw that the package still had t left their store on the 23rd called again they stated it was picked up that day and will arrive soon. Got my order on the 25 and I only got 1 polo and nothing else. I am beyond upset. The hours suck for customer service I am beyond finished with this garbage company. I want to return the shirt but they expect me to pay shipping which I am not doing for the level of incompetence they have. either give me the shirt for free or pay for my shipping. Stop by for the first time today and let me begin by saying this place is a total mess. No organization at all and the first impression is that they are comfortable, perhaps have a complete monopoly and people simply accept this substandard operation. No customer service provided, had a sign posted by the door and all counters that my son's school patch was not available, yet when I asked for 4 shirts, the customer service rep stated the sign was wrong...really??? was the signs taken down? NOP...rather have customers do away. While waiting to pay, noticed the music kept creeping up in volume and was evident the person working the only register opened was enjoying the other 10 employees in the back of the store having fun with the very loud Reggaeton music...all while customers were simply waiting in line to pay..finally another register was opened in the mean time the customer line grew and almost reach the end of the store. Super crowded and unorganized. I recommend you either order from their website or you go BEFORE the mad rush (usually around tax-free day). Like buying Christmas decorations during the summer, I suggest buying your kids' school clothes as far away from August as you can if you plan to go to this store. During "rush hour" it's packed with families, items are strewn hither and dither everywhere throughout the store, the line is exhaustively long and while the staff are friendly, they are clearly just as frazzled as the customers. If the store were bigger (able to handle the masses) this wouldn't be an issue, unfortunately, they have a smaller space than they're able to effectively handle during the busy season. This has got to be one of the worst experiences at a school uniform store I have ever experienced. This is my second time here and they are a total mess. I came back to do an exchange when the girl Isa, told me I could come back and now she has the nerve to tell me that she never said I could exchange it. Now I am stuck with two shirts that I can't use because it is my word against hers. The fact that I stood outside in the hot sun for over an hour the first time and then another 45 minutes the second time to get nothing resolved is crazy to me! The only reason I came back a second time is because she said to bring them back if they didn't fit. Trust me, I wouldn't have come if it wasn't for what Isa said. When we got there 3 hours before closing time, the store was closed. They didn't have a reason why. There were probably around 20 people outside fighting to go in. After an hour they finally let us in. No one directed us to make a line and they attended whoever. It was a complete mess. They only had 2 people working while the store was completely full. The cashier and the person to iron on the school badges were completely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I tried to be nice but he was very standoffish. The typical "I don't want to be working here" attitude. I definitely would have to think a few times before coming back here again. I've been shopping at this IBILEY since my daughters were in preschool and I will forever be their customer. Always an amazing experience. Extremely professional and despite the amount of shoppers, the lines move quickly and smoothly. Was there today with the line of customers to the back of the store but was done on 15 minutes. Had to wait in a long line while listening to very loud, inappropriate music whose video with sexual content and vulgar lyrics was playing while children were shopping for school uniforms. Manager turned off the music after several complaints and after maybe 10 minutes it was turned on again. The line was long, the place a mess and NOT suitable for children. This year we went once again on July 20th, told me like always to come back to pick up in a week. I went to the store after the week waited in their make believe lines for 2 hours so they can tell me the shirts were not ready. For some reason this time around the shirts were ready on August 7th. This place needs to pull it together. Make 3 lines (make orders, pick up and pay) if not they will never get organized. Hire enough people to do each thing. The lady who finds you the shirts in the back is the same lady that checks you out and is the same lady who looks for the embroidered items.
