Went here to order some shirts for work. They have any and everything you can think of from scrubs to regular uniforms. The only issue is that no one spoke English and it was very hard to communicate with staff. Prices are reasonable and there was same-day service for embroidery. The service in this location is terrible. I was calling the store for three days in a row and they would put me on hold and never answer the call. I usually go in the store to buy nursing uniforms and other nursing supplies but needed scrub caps. I order online because the ones were not in stock. I order 2 scrub caps 8/18 and have not received an update or shipping information. If you call the 844-255-8643 no matter what option you select (1) online orders or (2) customer service you can not get a hold of anyone. I sent an email as well. This is ridiculous. I WILL NEVER order any item online from this establishment and if possible never purchase from them as well. I just want my products that I ordered. Horrible place! I picked up my kids' uniforms and noticed that their names weren't embroidered, which is fine. They directed me to the ladies in the back that will embroider the names for me "quickly." I went to the back and tried to explain to the lady what I needed, she told me to wait outside that she can see what she needed to do on the receipt. Turns out she put the wrong names on the jackets and on the wrong side of the jacket. I spoke to a manager, waited two weeks, and when I can back, they took off the names and put them on the right jacket and side but you can still see the stitching that was taken off. There was nothing anyone can do to help me because god forbid they do something without the owner approving. I will be talking to the school and letting them know that this place sucks. read more

let me begin by clarifying that the employees here are amazing! oliver and jenifer helped me out with my issue but the owner is a rude and unprofessional person. i needed a XS womens shirt embroidered for work and when i picked it up didn't unfold it. the day i had to go to work realized they gave me a Small in MENS which fit me like a nuns dress. he told me that i simply shouldn't have gone to work that day. who is he to determine when i should and shouldn't go to work? he didn't want to give me a new shirt because i wore it and i told him i had no choice because my other work shirt was in the laundry. he said that's not his fault. he then said it looks like it was washed. i told him obviously i wasn't going to bring him a dirty and used shirt. he was extremely rude and condescending after i politely asked him to fix the mistake considering it was his responsibility to give me the product i paid for. he said i should have brought it sooner and i told him i couldn't because i work and go to school everyday and they close at 5. he said that wasn't his problem and i shouldn't have gone to school/ work to bring back the shirt. he didn't want to give me a new shirt because he said i was giving him attitude when all i was doing was defending myself because he was putting the blame on ME for his embroiderers putting my name on the wrong shirt. i accepted the blame and told him it was all my fault and then he exchanged the shirt. he basically had un peo atravezado and wanted to fight with someone that morning. I ordered from them online. They ended up not having the actual pairs of pants I bought, called me once to tell me, and then never returned a phone call or email message from me again. To this day they have charged me $38. and never sent me anything. Some of the worst customer service I've ever had, and the only company I've seen bold enough to literally take my money and not send me a product. Until today I thought I was forced to buy my kids uniforms from this location I was told no other location had the uniforms I needed. However the owner (old man that sits at the front of the store) is so rude for years I've seen him mistreat people last year he even yelled at me because he wanted to charge me $4 more than what the price was for each uniform shirt. I usually but 10 shirts the shirts were tagged $14.99 each and at the register they rang up at $17.99 each. This year I walked into the store and he was laying to a client telling her her car was getting towed, when it wasn't because she parked in the front of the store (the store wasn't full it was about to close) as I was looking at the shirts for my kids I was being rushed the whole time. The owner is the issue in this place. I went in on a Friday after work to get my daughters uniforms... They were the standard unisex and the smallest size fit like an XXL on my petite daughter. I asked the employee if I could just bring my own shirts and just have the emblem put on them. She said yes, showed me a couple styles of uniform shirts and then told me to come back with the shirts. The next day I went to another store bought the shirts and came back to them... The cashier looked like she didn't know what i was talking about and asked the owner if I was able to do that... In the middle of the store with a bunch of people around the owner starts screaming at me... Telling me that no one could of told me that because he had a contract with my daughters school and that if he puts the emblems on my shirts none of his shirts would get sold... He was so rude and loud and throwing hand gestures... He told me to look around the store and find the employee that told him that. Clearly no sense of professionalism. Had to get my scrubs the day before i started work , I was skeptical on how fast they could finish embroidering my scrubs. To my surprise they told me same day and that i could wait or come back. i went to get gas came back and it was ready. Staff is friendly. I will definitely be coming back here to get more scrubs. read more
