TLDR: I was in and out, with great customer service. ___ So... my mom dropped her phone in the toilet. Great. I headed down to Miami to get her a new phone and take care of the whole ordeal, and that brought us to this store. As soon as we walked in Oscar greeted us and took great care of us! He showed us a few options and we decided on a phone that best suits my mom's needs. He had us set up and out of the store in less than half an hour. My mom is super happy with her new phone. She's already snapped a bunch of photos of her cat, haha. read more

A big store but the service was not as big! There were no customers in the store. We were told they did not have what we wanted but did not give us any options. We had parked and paid for it just to walk out in less than 3 minutes. read more

Terrible experience!!!! The manager named LINDSAY works against the customers. Kevin messed up the porting of my phone number, Enrique messed up my plan and the virtual card I received from T-mobile did not work because they neglected to provide me with account number or pin to activate the card. The manager Lindsay is offensive and disdainful. I plan report her to the corporate headquarters. I hope they fire her! read more

Came in today asking some questions about my account, I had the pleasure of speaking to Nancy, she welcomed me with a warm smile, she's very knowledgeable, she let me know what's new in store and the specials, ended up just changing my phone protector today hit definitely will be coming back to this location. Amazing experience today, felt compelled to write a review. My elderly mom needed to get a new phone and was in a hurry during her lunch break! I went with her just to make sure she navigated all the options. Jackie, who is one of the managers, was so nice and accommodating I didn't even need to be there with my mom. She explained everything to my mom in such a warm manner. Truly should be commended! Another associate offered water to customers. Christmas music was playing in the background, customers were smiling and it was a truly amazing experience! It is no wonder the entire crew is so nice and professional, great customer service starts at the top and Jackie has done an incredible job at this store! I came in today to do a return from a purchase that was done at another store. The system was giving them an error and so it seemed that the return could not be done. The manager, and team was very helpful to the point that they called another store, verified I had someone specific at the other store that would help me and even contacted IT to trouble sheet the error. Long story short, the error was fixed and I was able to return the item. Very happy with their customer service. read more

Good afternoon, I wanted to hopefully reach someone to express my utter disappointment with this company. I, like many others, ordered the IPhone 6 back in September 25th. I was told, by the rep that I placed the order with, that my order would be shipped and out by the following week. I was also told that my order would be delivered in person, and that I would have to sign upon receipt, which I appreciated, since I would most likely not be home. After a week went by I had to call and ask why my order hadn't arrived yet. I was told by someone else that the order had been delayed due to the high amount of orders placed for this new phone. I understood, and I kept on waiting. Meanwhile all my friends that have Sprint, or Verizon, or ATT bragged about their new IPhones and how they had just walked out of the store with them. After another 2 weeks passed I received a text messaged that stated I would receive my order no later than October 27, and then on October 25 I received another message stating I would receive my order no later than November 7. I was extremely upset at this point so I went to the store yet again and they explained to me once more that there was simply nothing they could do. When I told them I wanted to cancel my order, they told me it was not possible, and that I had to wait for the delivery person to deliver the phone and not sign for it, and return it instead. On Saturday, November 1 the money for the order was withdrawn from my account, and today, November 5 I finally received the phone. To my outrage though, this $600+ phone was left outside my door, with absolutely no label, and in the rain, since god knows what time. I am extremely displeased with your service, and your costumer service for passing the ball and misinforming me several times on something that I am paying money for. I will never expect your company to show the professionalism that meet my high standards ever again. And I hope that whomever reads this, whether it be an 18 year old high school drop out or your CEO, knows for sure that you've cost me more patience than any other company I have ever had to deal with. I came here to purchase some iPad minis and accessories for my business and unfortunately they didn't have a lot of stock at the moment but the rep was super nice and found a better iPad as well as accessories for me. I'm actually happy I didn't get the minis and am so grateful he took the take to look around and go through other options with me. He totally could've just said sorry we don't have that and I would've been on my way but he cared and really tried to help. I don't normally go to stores anymore but I will continue to go to this one because the customer service is above par. Worst costumer service ever!!! I just pass by and talk to the "supervisor" which seems like a Rookie and ask for help with my brand new samsung 8 and it was helpless. Went to this T-Mobile with a broken phone, came out with a new one on an incredible deal. I have terrible luck with phones and my screen breaks at least once a year. Well guess what? It happened and my previous service provider didn't help me at all despite having insurance. I came to this store and Betsy + Elizabeth were SO helpful. They genuinely wanted to help solve our problem and give us the best deals, not just make a sale. If you need someone you can trust and have great customer service, come to this T-Mobile! I've been to this store twice and also called several times as an existing T-Mobile customer with the intention of upgrading my iPhone to an iPhone 7. While the store is busy and all the representatives are attending other customers, managers decide to stand around and talk among each other instead of helping customers around. When we asked for help the only answer we got was that they cannot help us since they are managers and we will have to wait for a representative. How can a company like T-mobile have such useless people as managers. Never coming back to this location ever. read more

I went to the store during lunch hours to pay an old bill, and to get a new SIM card. Nice store, nice employes, knowledgeable. My my waiting was minimal, the costumer service was excellent. The employes take time with clients, so if you are not in a good mood i will cool down before going in, they take time to give you the best service, so if the client needs more help you will be waiting for a minute. Grate service, really impressed. A lot better than AT&T. read more

Been here for 2 hours waiting to get my lines fixed. Plenty of other workers who can assist us BUT the manager decided to have the first worker who opened our lines incorrectly fix it. This isn't very good customer service if any at all. There's always an issue here. This place is awful customer service. They allowed a member of our household to add phones to the account without them being authorized users. Their customer service was awful, horrible place. So glad i switched to verizon. Worst part is that we were using tmobile because they had the best unlimited plan but actually we switched to verizon and they are cheaper. read more
