If I could leave negative stars I definitely would. I tried Verizon for 3 months before I couldn't continue. Within the first month, Verizon charged me over $1,000+ in fees for services not associated with my account. After spending days with customer service representatives on the phone and in person, the final decision is that I would be responsible for half of the payment -- for a service I NEVER asked for NOR received. The employees all act like children and instead of helping customers they are talking and fixing their own personal issues they spent more time on personal calls than actually talking or caring for customers. Nice but dishonest staff. I was told I would be getting a free case with the purchase of a new iPhone and if I paid the $40 upgrade fee at the store they would "gift me" a wireless charger. Turns out I was charged $39.99 for the case + $39.99 for the charger and I still had to pay the $40 device upgrade fee on my Verizon account. When I called Verizon to ask about this they said that the $40 fee cannot be paid at the store. This is a franchise "authorized retailer" store that will trick you into buying accessories you don't need. I'm very disappointed in this location. read more

I ordered an Elipses MyFi online from Verizon last week. The MiFi arrived to my house last Friday. I spent countless hours trying to activate it over the phone and to no avail. I called into to my local Verizon store here in Miami at 15718 SW 56th Street, from the get go they were extremely helpful. They told me to come in person and I have to say by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. She took of everything as far as activating my MiFi; it was tough for her too over the phone. Everything was taken care of with my MiFi I did not have to do a thing. Even under these tough circumstances with COVID-19 their customer service was amazing they really knocked out of the park!!! read more

This place has excellent customer service! My daughter lost her phone and I went in to replace on Monday night. Turns out that their stock on cheapo phones was completely wiped out due to hurricane Maria. Seems like a bum deal right? Nope! The gentleman behind the counter dug through some old trade in stock and pulled me out an older but working phone and activated and gave it to me free of charge! This place is a 10 out of 10. Avoid this place! I got charged an extra $80 in "Verizon fees" that turned out to be service fees (i.e., they charged me $80 just to activate my phone). This is a service that is offered by every corporate Verizon store for free. I tried calling the place several times to discuss this sleazy tactic and to ask for a refund only to be told that "Only the manager can discuss a refund for this. We'd love to call you back when he comes in later today." And nothing... I never received a call back after attempting 4 times. If you value your money, stay away! read more

Do not be attended by John Sacristan. He use to be a sales rep and now is the store. Manager. He hustled me when I bought my phone and put my email as NONE@YAHOO.COM. Therefore i did not recieve any email for my rebate thus resulting in me having to pay full price for this phone. When I asked him why he wrote that he simply stated "I was not the store manager at the time". That is pathetic and shows how they hire anyone to be a manager at the store. Him nor the district manager never got back to me after calling multiple times. They claim they can't do anything even though it is the new store manager John Sacristan's fault. We visited this location last week to open a new account and purchase a new phone. The store was clean and we didn't have to wait, we were taken care of right away. We were assisted by Ali. He was extremely knowledgable, friendly and very helpful. He made what is usually a painstaking experience quite bearable and dare I say, pleasant.
