The worst employee is the actual manager Javi who we've been dealing with for over 8 months. We completed a trade in of two phones and only received credit for 1. He continued to tell us it would take 3-4 months for the other trade in to be taken into account. After waiting the time we still did not receive credit for it on our monthly bill. We've gone over to the store multiple times where he claims to be giving us credit for the phone and it never gets posted. This was getting ridiculous to the point that he would text us from his personal phone letting us know he would give us small credits until we reach the lump sum. Obviously this was fishy and we tried to get it resolved in person and he claims he's been doing everything possible to get it resolved. He's charged a $400 amount to our bill and claims he made a mistake instead of giving us credit. We called and he continued to text us from his personal phone. We ended up going in person upset explaining how frustrated we are with the situation. He went absolutely crazy saying we were getting out of hand. In the end he said he doesn't report to anyone and hopes to not see us.

When they were done with my phone it kept saying it did not have the original iPhone battery. I guess they took it without asking or saying anything after because I told them I was trading my phone in. I did not ask for a new battery and they did not tell me they changed it. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my battery. I have my phone to them at 90% battery and got it back with 10%. This place is sketchy and I would never do business with them again.
