He actually at the end of our conversation with him he was talking over us over a doubled charge for an activation line. Well he started talking over me. They said that they could not do anything; that ATT offices don't exist and that the only answer was to change the phone number that I've had for 21 years and start from scratch! Absolutely the worst customer service. This store is an absolute joke. Neither one of the employees…read moreare knowledgeable in their job. The worst employee is the actual manager Javi who we've been dealing with for over 8 months. We completed a trade in of two phones and only received credit for 1. He continued to tell us it would take 3-4 months for the other trade in to be taken into account. After waiting the time we still did not receive credit for it on our monthly bill. We've gone over to the store multiple times where he claims to be giving us credit for the phone and it never gets posted. This was getting ridiculous to the point that he would text us from his personal phone letting us know he would give us small credits until we reach the lump sum. Obviously this was fishy and we tried to get it resolved in person and he claims he's been doing everything possible to get it resolved. He's charged a $400 amount to our bill and claims he made a mistake instead of giving us credit. We called and he continued to text us from his personal phone. We ended up going in person upset explaining how frustrated we are with the situation. He went absolutely crazy saying we were getting out of hand. In the end he said he doesn't report to anyone and hopes to not see us.

He was extremely condescending, opened the box the phone came in and removed the plastic without asking, and gave us a hard time about returning the plastic to temporarily protect the phone (he claimed it doesn't protect the phone, but that's the entire purpose of that plastic which is why Apple puts it there). After he takes the protective plastic off, he goes to open the main door of the store and move the sidewalk sign, with my new, now unprotected phone in hand. Then while looking at myself and my family who all have iPhones, he says "do you know how to use an iPhone?" I will seriously think twice before I ever come to this store again.

A man attended me who did not have a name tag and would not offer me his name, who was somewhere around the age of 50 or so years old with a height of somewhere around 5'5. In addition, when this employee put on my screen protector he left it with air bubbles and he told me and I quote that "those air bubbles disappear by themselves and with the heat." Because of this I was not very pleased, and I had kindly asked him if he could put it on again to try and avoid having air bubbles, as a result of this, he had tried to put it on once again and the same result had occurred. I was beyond disappointed and asked for my money back. Once I had asked him for my money back he responded back to me saying that there are no refunds. I was very disappointed and unhappy with these set of events and as a result of these events I will NEVER be coming back to this store EVER AGAIN!!
