He actually at the end of our conversation with him he was talking over us over a doubled charge for an activation line. Well he started talking over me. This situation is because of all their mistakes not ours. As a matter of fact we are escalating this complaint to the Regional Manager. His name is Armando. Do not do business at that store!

I told him "that best buy was going to give me $190 for my old phone and wanted to know if I turn in my phone if it qualifies for the $800 credit.) He said "YES" i said are you sure bc if not I rather keep the phone since I had just gotten a refubished one 3 months ago. He once again said "YES". Once he game my paperwork to show I turned in my phone it said $135 and I asked him "what does this mean" he said "its just the condition of the phone" and I had told him its pretty much new no cracks and 98% battery health. once again I asked him are you sure I will qualify for the higher credit for turning in my phone he said "Yes". I mentioned to him" for $135 I would rather keep the phone since its just a 3 month old phone (new in other words) So thinking he knew what he is talking about since he works there I walked out. Now I got my bill and only got $135. He just caused me more then a $135 credit could have sold it for plenty more Iphone 10 w/ 256 GB. They should really have people on the floor that know what they are talking about. First and last time I go there...should have gone to the London square ATT that I have been going for the past 10 yrs and never had a issue.

He was extremely condescending, opened the box the phone came in and removed the plastic without asking, and gave us a hard time about returning the plastic to temporarily protect the phone (he claimed it doesn't protect the phone, but that's the entire purpose of that plastic which is why Apple puts it there). After he takes the protective plastic off, he goes to open the main door of the store and move the sidewalk sign, with my new, now unprotected phone in hand. Then while looking at myself and my family who all have iPhones, he says "do you know how to use an iPhone?" I will seriously think twice before I ever come to this store again.

A man attended me who did not have a name tag and would not offer me his name, who was somewhere around the age of 50 or so years old with a height of somewhere around 5'5. In addition, when this employee put on my screen protector he left it with air bubbles and he told me and I quote that "those air bubbles disappear by themselves and with the heat." Because of this I was not very pleased, and I had kindly asked him if he could put it on again to try and avoid having air bubbles, as a result of this, he had tried to put it on once again and the same result had occurred. I was beyond disappointed and asked for my money back. Once I had asked him for my money back he responded back to me saying that there are no refunds. I was very disappointed and unhappy with these set of events and as a result of these events I will NEVER be coming back to this store EVER AGAIN!!
