Once he game my paperwork to show I turned in my phone it said $135 and I asked him "what does this mean" he said "its just the condition of the phone" and I had told him its pretty much new no cracks and 98% battery health. once again I asked him are you sure I will qualify for the higher credit for turning in my phone he said "Yes". I mentioned to him" for $135 I would rather keep the phone since its just a 3 month old phone (new in other words) So thinking he knew what he is talking about since he works there I walked out. Now I got my bill and only got $135. He just caused me more then a $135 credit could have sold it for plenty more Iphone 10 w/ 256 GB. They should really have people on the floor that know what they are talking about. He ended up having to buy a phone that worked from another store. When he spoke to the manager, Valentin, the manager was rude, didn t know anything about cell phones and was very unprofessional and said Policy is no cash refunds. and said absolutely no way. my elderly dad is now stuck with a broken phone, with no return policy and out of over $100+.
