I recently received a warranty replacement cell phone. My Samsung S7 decided to go bonkers, and…read morewhen I googled the issue, it was a battery , something that I no longer have access too with these newer Samsungs models. I could have easily fixxed the issue myself if I had access to the battery. Either way, this is the last Samsung I'm ever purchasing, my next phone is going to be Chinese, most likely a Xioami where I have access to the battery as well as an SD card slot. So my S7 is archaic, it's Jurassic in the world of cell phones. AT&T did me a "favor" and upgraded my replacement phone to a S8, yet another archaic phone albeit one year less aged than my S7. So now began the adventure of finding an cellphone case for a phone that technically no longer exists without ordering it on Amazon. I'm boycotting anything Bezos. A couple of weeks passed by and I called a few cellphone stores, and dropped by a few others, but with no luck. Eons ago I used to custom build computers, and I would shop the NW 72 ave between NW 36 st & NW 25 st corridor for wholesale computer and technology devices and parts. I had totally forgot about this area and headed down there pronto. The first place I stopped Muticel Mobile Solutions, had exactly what I was looking for $8, I was so relieved, but slightly annoyed that I forgot about such an area of wealth for anything cellphone or technology related. *they do screen & cellphone repair *they sell international & unblocked phones & tablets *they have all kinds of cellphone & tablet accessories

As I couldn't make a call to ask for support, I logged in online and found out they had included me in a plan for people with hearing disability. So this was when I downloaded the app and could chat with support team to assist me - note that when I went to the store they sold me the plan with unlimited features for USD 85,00, but after this problem They moved me to a plan with Unlimited Talk, Data, and Text (including abroad! And a Netflix plan paid by T Mobile) for USS 70,00. This makes completely no sense but it was a good learning as at first I was paying more for less services. Pay attention when you make any changes to your plan and make sure everything is working before leaving the store.
