I was informed that the technician that had previously helped me was no longer with the company and assured me that they would never treat a customer in that manner. The hinge on my laptop was completely fixed (as you can see on the video) and it's working well now. I truly appreciate their customer service and attention to their customers needs. This is exactly how a great business should operate! *************************** I came here because the hinges on my computer were broken and they told me they would have it fixed by the next day for $105.93. I came in the next day and it seemed to be fixed and I was happy. About a month and a half later, the same hinge breaks again. I came back in to the store and was told they only guarantee their work for 30 days.
