As a New Yorker, I'm pretty skeptical and research well - but my Iphone glass cracked and I had no choice but to find the closest store that could fix it while in Miami. I was really worried my screen would look darker as I had read reviews that other had companies had put in darker glass on their phone. I was really impressed with Doctor Wireless as they were really knowledgeable and my glass looked perfect. ** Thank you to the 3 people working that day. They each had their own strength and were very caring. Please open one in New York!!! read more

Doctor Wireless - It's 8pm so this is the best photo I can post at the moment. No more cracked screen. new screen looks amazing. Looks brand new. - Mobile Phones Near Me - Miami, Florida

My wife broke her IPhone X screen, it had an inch thick white line that ran vertically and the touch function was no longer working. This all happened on a Friday at about 5pm. This meant it was an emergency since she uses it for business for Square transactions. I started calling various repair places, got some crazy price quotes and turnaround time. We were in panic mode now. Finally I Called up Doctor Wireless. Fred was very patient and he advised us to come right over. I grabbed the phone and ran over to their location at the Falls Mall. The tech was very professional, he looked at the phone, gave me a very reasonable price quote and said to either wait or come back in 30 minutes. I decided to wait, well he was done in 20 minutes. In 25 minutes I was already on my way, with shiny new screen. Crises everted and money saved. This was by far the most pleasant experience I had with phone repair places. I recommend Doctor Wireless. read more

I just want to say that I brought my son in his phone was not reading his SIM card and the SIM card slide area was not closing all the way. There were two really great guys there and they fixed it in about 5 mins. I was so grateful that we didn't have to go the the apple store and spend hours there. They were awesome my sons phone has been like this since Jan 2019. It is as good as new!! Thank you so much! Everyone CHECK IT OUT read more

Nice people, great service. Fixed our cracked iPhone screen (like new) in 20 minutes! read more

Really fast and quick repair. The prices to fix my screen, a new case, and temper glass was very reasonable! They were super helpful and nice. I will recommend them to everyone. read more

Not giving 1 star because I have not seen the quality of their work, but I messaged them about a repair and they said they would be able to do it, drove an hour to get there just for them to tell me they couldn't do it, and that "I was wrong" that they claimed they could. I showed them the message where they said they could repair, and they had no idea what to tell me. Very frustrating. read more

I was in need of a screen replacement for my iPhone 8 Plus and decided to give this place a shot based on the reviews. What a mistake that was. Not only did they put on a substandard replacement but they also messed up the connection which caused my phone to glitch and have occasional white lines on the screen. When confronted with this, the employees refunded my money minus a $10 service charge which they do not disclose on the receipt or any documentation. I will disputing this with my credit card and taking my phone to Apple for repair. My advice is to avoid this place and save yourself a headache. read more

Had an amazing experience. In total, replacing my heavily damaged iphone 5 se screen cost me 70 dollars and it was done in under 20 minutes. I even got a protective film installed that fits perfectly with no air bubbles. Doctor wireless is a lifesaver. read more

I hate leaving a bad review, but this place is horrible. We sent my Samsung S6 for a simple cracked screen replacement. Phone was returned with back hanging off. The back was completely flush and sealed when the phone went in. Went back and was told we have to live with it as the back panel is bent. Ya they bent it taking the phone apart. I really hate to be a complainer but their customer service was maddening. Maybe if they apoligized or attempted to fix the situation I wouldn't have posted this The only good thing was they work fast.In other words they screwed my phone in 45 minutes. read more

Great service! I went in to replace the battery on my 6 plus and was immediately greeted by two friendly people. I was given a great price that was considerably lower than Apple's and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I am usually a person who goes directly through Apple for my repairs but the service I received at Doctor Wireless will definitely have me consider them in the future!! read more

Dropped my phone and broke the glass. Came last minute before leaving for a trip. They fixed it right away for me (10 minutes, literally) and everything works great. Been going to them for all of our family's broken phone needs for a while. They are really nice and definitely know what they're doing. I highly recommend. read more

I always come here whenever I drop my phone and break the screen because of the quick service and convenience. They fix your phone in less than 40 minutes! Definitely recommend read more

I suggest not choosing this place to fix your phone, this is why -Customer service should improve - Chinese bootleg iphone replacement screen that makes anything white on your iphone screen a slight yellow color for a "great" price of $100. - Bootleg screen brakes easily, my replacement iphone screen broke after a day of use. -If they didn't do a good job on your phone they won't refund you whatsoever. read more

I definitely recommend Dr. Wireless ! The service was excellent and prompt . I literally had to wait 15 minutes to replace my iPhone 6 plus screen . The owner aims for customer satisfaction and goes above and beyond to make you happy . It's inside the falls shopping center ! read more

Doctor wireless has a wide variety of cases and screen protectors to choose from. Their close distance to the apple store nearby let's me easily visit them to change out my cases, which I really enjoy. This PLACE is AMAZING! They fixed my phone in under 20 minutes (no joke) & are open late!!! I REALLY recommend it!!!

I'm beyond impressed. This place is amazing. My wife's iPhone 5 first got very hot and then died. It would not charge or turn on. I took it to The Apple Store in the Falls and they told me the motherboard was fried. They said I needed a new phone. As I was walking out of the Falls I stopped by at Dr. Wireless and described my issue. They told me it was probably the battery and to leave the phone and stop back in an hour. When I returned and asked about my phone they said it would be $40. I asked if it was working and they told me 'of course, all it needed was a new battery.' I'll now be a life long customer of Dr. Wireless! read more

DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE FIXED HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! If Yelp would let me pick zero stars I would, but 1 is the lowest I can go. Two months and one week ago, I took my gold iPhone 6 to this guy to have the screen replaced because it had cracked after a drop. He charged me $120. Today I put my phone down on my desk (normally, not a drop) and noticed that the screen was coming apart from the phone on the top and right sides. I took it back to this guy and he was SO RUDE. Said I would have to pay another $120 to have it fixed again. Said his "warranty doesn't cover it" and didn't even offer a discount for the second repair. I AM LIVID. I am not going to pay another $120 to have him botch another repair. So rude, not helpful at all, NEVER going back and telling everyone I know to STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE REPAIR. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!! I had to get my IPhone 6S Plus screen repaired here, only because this was the only place that was convenient since they close late (which is 9:00). The guy put my screen on EVERYTHING worked but my Touch ID. So in the same visit he had to replace the screen again only because the first screen he put on was defective. Once he put on the second screen everything worked perfect including the Touch ID. I left the place with my screen fixed only because everything seemed to be okay with my phone. I drove to Target with my phone (which they just fixed not even 30 minutes ago) I go inside of Target for about 10 minutes with my phone I come back out and my phone is black! My phone turned back on but went black again! Mind you I'm new to Florida so I NEED my phone to get around! Make the long story short I was stranded because the screen they gave me was defective AGAIN! This is the second screen in a row they put on that was defective. I went back the very next day with my receipt and they fixed it. Everything is fine now , but the thing is I was stranded because of the screen they put on. I have gotten my screen fixed in the past at a different location and this has NEVER happened! SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!! read more

The best things about Doctor Wireless at the Falls are the dedication, follow-through, and commitment to excellence of the two people with whom I interacted over the course of a week: Lisy and Jorge. I had a cracked iPad screen, and brought it to Doctor Wireless because of the reviews I'd seen on Yelp. After a week in which Lisy kept in contact with me, she was able to locate the correct screen for my iPad. When I went in, Jorge installed it while I waited. Then, as he handed it to me, he found a minor issue with the frame, which I didn't notice, but he did, and fixed it right then so that it was perfect. Because of this experience, I highly recommend Doctor Wireless. read more

On July 7 2017 I went to Dr. Wireless at The Falls Mall in Miami, FL. on a recommendation from my phone carrier T mobile since my phone needed a new battery. When I arrived I was waited on by a young fellow that told me that he did not have a replacement battery and had to order one. He wrote a ticket and I paid $58 in advanced and charged to my Chase credit card. I was told to come back in a few days to get it installed. Today 7/15/17 I went to the store, I was waited by the same guy and he said that he did not recognized me and did not recognized his own ticket and asked me to pay again. I left the store and told him to take his battery and stick it in his ear. I went to my credit card company and filed a claim on this purchase. In my opinion these people are very unprofessional and have no write to conduct business in such a manner. Furthermore I will file a complaint with the mall so they are aware the way their tenants are conducting business. Ray P. read more

This screen protector is horrible. I purchased a phone case and a screen protector here on February 6 and less than a month later it's all cracked when I have not dropped my phone. Went to see them today and they pretty much told me "oh well, there's no guarantee on the screen protector." She even looked at my phone and agreed I hadn't dropped it seeing as there was no scratches on the phone or the case what so ever. The glass was also put incorrectly and was slanted. I regret not getting ghost armor to begin with. The customer service was also horrible the first time I went and this one. read more
