My wife broke her IPhone X screen, it had an inch thick white line that ran vertically and the touch function was no longer working. This all happened on a Friday at about 5pm. This meant it was an emergency since she uses it for business for Square transactions. I started calling various repair places, got some crazy price quotes and turnaround time. We were in panic mode now. Finally I Called up Doctor Wireless. Fred was very patient and he advised us to come right over. I grabbed the phone and ran over to their location at the Falls Mall. The tech was very professional, he looked at the phone, gave me a very reasonable price quote and said to either wait or come back in 30 minutes. I decided to wait, well he was done in 20 minutes. I just want to say that I brought my son in his phone was not reading his SIM card and the SIM card slide area was not closing all the way. Not giving 1 star because I have not seen the quality of their work, but I messaged them about a repair and they said they would be able to do it, drove an hour to get there just for them to tell me they couldn't do it, and that "I was wrong" that they claimed they could. I was in need of a screen replacement for my iPhone 8 Plus and decided to give this place a shot based on the reviews. What a mistake that was. Not only did they put on a substandard replacement but they also messed up the connection which caused my phone to glitch and have occasional white lines on the screen. When confronted with this, the employees refunded my money minus a $10 service charge which they do not disclose on the receipt or any documentation. I will disputing this with my credit card and taking my phone to Apple for repair. My advice is to avoid this place and save yourself a headache. read more

I hate leaving a bad review, but this place is horrible. We sent my Samsung S6 for a simple cracked screen replacement. Phone was returned with back hanging off. The back was completely flush and sealed when the phone went in. Went back and was told we have to live with it as the back panel is bent. Ya they bent it taking the phone apart. I really hate to be a complainer but their customer service was maddening. I'm beyond impressed. This place is amazing. My wife's iPhone 5 first got very hot and then died. It would not charge or turn on. I took it to The Apple Store in the Falls and they told me the motherboard was fried. They said I needed a new phone. As I was walking out of the Falls I stopped by at Dr. Wireless and described my issue. They told me it was probably the battery and to leave the phone and stop back in an hour. When I returned and asked about my phone they said it would be $40. I asked if it was working and they told me 'of course, all it needed was a new battery.' SAVE YOUR RECEIPT!! I had to get my IPhone 6S Plus screen repaired here, only because this was the only place that was convenient since they close late (which is 9:00). The guy put my screen on EVERYTHING worked but my Touch ID. So in the same visit he had to replace the screen again only because the first screen he put on was defective. Once he put on the second screen everything worked perfect including the Touch ID. I left the place with my screen fixed only because everything seemed to be okay with my phone. I drove to Target with my phone (which they just fixed not even 30 minutes ago) I go inside of Target for about 10 minutes with my phone I come back out and my phone is black! My phone turned back on but went black again! Mind you I'm new to Florida so I NEED my phone to get around! Make the long story short I was stranded because the screen they gave me was defective AGAIN! This is the second screen in a row they put on that was defective. I went back the very next day with my receipt and they fixed it. Everything is fine now , but the thing is I was stranded because of the screen they put on. Two months and one week ago, I took my gold iPhone 6 to this guy to have the screen replaced because it had cracked after a drop. He charged me $120. Today I put my phone down on my desk (normally, not a drop) and noticed that the screen was coming apart from the phone on the top and right sides. I took it back to this guy and he was SO RUDE. Said I would have to pay another $120 to have it fixed again. Said his "warranty doesn't cover it" and didn't even offer a discount for the second repair. I AM LIVID. On July 7 2017 I went to Dr. Wireless at The Falls Mall in Miami, FL. on a recommendation from my phone carrier T mobile since my phone needed a new battery. When I arrived I was waited on by a young fellow that told me that he did not have a replacement battery and had to order one. He wrote a ticket and I paid $58 in advanced and charged to my Chase credit card. I was told to come back in a few days to get it installed. Today 7/15/17 I went to the store, I was waited by the same guy and he said that he did not recognized me and did not recognized his own ticket and asked me to pay again. I left the store and told him to take his battery and stick it in his ear. I went to my credit card company and filed a claim on this purchase. In my opinion these people are very unprofessional and have no write to conduct business in such a manner. This screen protector is horrible. I purchased a phone case and a screen protector here on February 6 and less than a month later it's all cracked when I have not dropped my phone. Went to see them today and they pretty much told me "oh well, there's no guarantee on the screen protector." She even looked at my phone and agreed I hadn't dropped it seeing as there was no scratches on the phone or the case what so ever. The glass was also put incorrectly and was slanted.
