What can I say, Pristine Wireless did exactly what it advertises and completely fulfilled my expectations. I was having an issue with my iPhone 6 Plus screen flickering and thought that I should have the screen replaced. Daniel replaced the screen and the issues didn't stop. He helped me troubleshoot and even tried a few other screens. The flickering eventually stopped and I was on my way. I let him know the same day that the flickering started back up (the issue is with the phone and not the screen) and he offered to meet me again to troubleshoot more and if that didn't work to refund my money. This assured me that he was a professional and cared about a good resolution for his customers. I met him again and while we weren't able to fix the issue, he did give me my old screen back and refunded my money. I feel very comfortable doing business with him and will refer anyone I know.
