Very pleased with their services. Daniel was very professional and we scheduled an appointment for him to come to my house quickly, as I needed my iPhone screen and battery replaced. Screen has warranty, battery doesn't. He was on time and fixed my phone right away. Having 3 kids I can appreciate anything that provides convenience. This was a perfect example. I didn't have to go anywhere and my phone was repaired while my kids slept. So happy and will definitely recommend. read more

I broke my iPhone screen and I was so annoyed because i knew this was going to take forever and cost me a lot. But I'm so happy I was recommended Pristine wireless. They not only were budget friendly but they fixed it THE SAME DAY! Thanks guys! read more

What can I say, Pristine Wireless did exactly what it advertises and completely fulfilled my expectations. From meeting me where I was at, to quick and efficient service, Danny provides the total package. Prices are very fair for what he does in comparison to those thieves at the ifixit stores in the mall. It's also very interesting (for me at least) to be able to watch him complete the repair right in front of me with his mini tool kit. Since I've had multiple repairs done to my phones, I was thinking about opting into getting the insurance plan on my next upgrade, but with a reliable screen repair service around I can just save that money and just try to be more careful! When I inevitably still crack my screen, at least I'm confident I'll be able to call Danny at Pristine Wireless! Thanks again bro, you kill it every time read more

Amazing work! I was not sure what to expect but I called and had Daniel out to my job in a matter of 15min ready to replace my iPhone 6 screen. The price was just in range as the other estimates and I don't mind paying a little more to have someone make it convenient for me and come to my job. He made the process completely painful and I am very happy with the end result. Very professional and just great service all around. Definitely will refer anyone to give them a call. Pristine techs aren't just saving a phone life when they come out to repair this essential component of our life. It's shallow to compare phones to oxygen and water but in our modern day we can't live without them. Pristine's response to this need is genius. They come to you so you can go about your day without having to frantically search for the nearest repair location. Today we met Daniel and he fixed my husband's phone in less than 30 minutes. Thanks Daniel for answering our call today. I'm so impressed with the response that I've already mentioned you to several people. Kudos Pristine!! read more

Pristine Wireless - Shattered screen fixed!!! - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me

These guys are great! My iPhone 5S was shattered. Even the frame was dented in the corner. I called around and nobody offered me a better price than Pristine Wireless. Not only that, Alex came to me while I was at work. I was surprised to see how easy he made the repair look. Even smoothened out the dented frame! During my lunch break my phone was back to normal! Even put on a complimentary tempered glass, and gave me a student discount. Everything is under 90 day warranty as well. Highly recommended and will be sending friends with similar phone problems. First I had the iPhone 5, and the charging port completely failed. I took it to Pristine Wireless, Daniel had it working 100% after my lunch break. Later on I took a completely shattered iPhone 5S and cracked iPad Mini. The 5S was done within 30 minutes and the iPad was done by the evening. Daniel is very knowledgable and was able to get the work done quickly and properly. The price was extremely reasonable as well. Highly recommend Pristine Wireless for your damaged devices! read more

Honestly my phone was in a terrible condition and I was tired of the cracked screen I had on my fairly new iphone 5s. With my luck I didn't have Apple Care so I needed a cheaper way to get my phone fixed. Danny met me at my local Starbucks and fixed my phone screen as well as my phone speakers for a very reasonable price. The same price most technicians were charging for just to replace the broken screen. I am highly satisfied with the results of my purchase and I recommend them to everybody! Thank you so much! read more

I was having an issue with my iPhone 6 Plus screen flickering and thought that I should have the screen replaced. Daniel replaced the screen and the issues didn't stop. He helped me troubleshoot and even tried a few other screens. The flickering eventually stopped and I was on my way. I let him know the same day that the flickering started back up (the issue is with the phone and not the screen) and he offered to meet me again to troubleshoot more and if that didn't work to refund my money. This assured me that he was a professional and cared about a good resolution for his customers. I met him again and while we weren't able to fix the issue, he did give me my old screen back and refunded my money. I feel very comfortable doing business with him and will refer anyone I know. Prices are also very reasonable and he will come to you! I hope my phone doesn't break, but if it does Pristine Wireless will be my first call. read more
