1 STAR -- VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE I would not…read morerecommend this business based on my experience. I paid $120 on Saturday morning for a screen repair. I picked up my phone Saturday evening, and within TWO HOURS, the screen was already glitching and experiencing the same issue I originally brought the phone in to have repaired. I immediately called the owner and explained the problem. He told me to bring the phone back. Since they were closed Sunday, I returned Monday evening. When I brought the phone back, the owner told me there was nothing he could do because the phone had a crack. I explained that this was the same problem I had brought the phone in to have repaired and that I had already reported it within hours of picking up the phone. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told I would need to pay another $90 for the repair. So I paid $120, the problem remained, I reported it almost immediately, returned as instructed, and was then asked for another $90. The customer service was extremely disappointing. The owner became rude when I questioned why I should have to pay again for a problem I had reported almost immediately after the repair. Another thing that made me uncomfortable was the apparent pressure on customers to leave Google reviews in exchange for additional discounts. If customers are being offered discounts specifically for leaving reviews, that raises concerns about how representative those reviews actually are. Customers should be able to leave an honest review based on their experience without feeling pressured or incentivized. My review is based on my personal experience: $120 paid, the problem was still there within hours, I reported it immediately, returned as instructed, and was asked to pay another $90. Think twice, ask detailed questions about the warranty, and thoroughly test your phone before leaving the store. 1/5 -- I will not be returning.

I have been here a couple times over the years but stopped in twice in the course of a couple weeks…read moreapart. We were T-Mobile customers years ago and then switched to AT&T because of a promotion. T-Mobile was better quality so we were anticipating when our phones would be paid off. I went into T-Mobile by myself, just to inquire about prices, plans, and how to switch over. It is so unfortunate that most people who work in sales do not explain information clearly, lie, or omit information. I am a very stern customer because I have been through enough experiences to confirm all information provided. The first couple of times I visited here was for T-Mobile Tuesdays to pick up free items. Both times they claimed to not have any left but I went later in the afternoon and the store was completely empty. I assume either T-Mobile only sends like 10 items or the employees stole them all. But who knows. I stopped attempting after that. Again when I visited, it was later in the afternoon and the store was empty. I inquired about everything I needed to know and the staff were very helpful and provided the information I was seeking. That was a good start for me. Unfortunately, the only option I had was to pay off my phone to switch over, if I wanted to keep the older phone. I was really liking the newest model and decided to talk my husband into also getting a new phone. They had the BOGO deal but of course it is not as cut and dry as a supermarket BOGO deal lol. It still does not make sense to me but they provide credits or whatever each month. We looked at our options and decided to go for it. We still had some questions regarding pricing. We are from the era without all this technology so the amount of money these businesses want for products, is ridiculous and not necessary to us. I made the decision and off we went on a Friday night. The place was packed! There were only 3 or 4 employees working but they were all busy. The guy who was helping us, was also helping 2 other customers at the same time. It sucked because we were there for almost 2 hours but these phones take way longer to update and transfer than in the past. Plus, we picked out cases and our guy talked us into glass protectors for our screens. Even though screen was cracked on my husband's older phone, he was still able to trade it in. I traded mine in as well. We wanted to save as much money as possible. We were fortunate that everything worked out without any obstacles and did not need to return to the store.

I appreciate his attention to detail. He even told me to come back and being in my trade in when I am ready so I wouldn't have any issues with short codes being sent while I transfer things. It was a good idea. I love this store. It is an experience store so it is larger, newer and more modern compared to their traditional stores. I like T-Mobile overall. They tend to have great employees. This is worth a whole lot.

They have all the usual accessories you might need for your phone although the prices do run on the high side. For those of you that already have T-Mobile, there's a T-Mobile app called T Life and on Tuesdays they have T-Mobile Tuesday and they offer lots of free perks and free items so I definitely recommend signing up for it.
