I came here to upgrade to the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. I did my research at home so I didn't have to ask too many questions while there. I arrived and my name was put on a list. I did go in on a Saturday and of course they were busy. That is OK. I just walked around to just browse even the Iphones. I had the pleasure of working with Chris. He is so nice and calm. I appreciate his attention to detail. He even told me to come back and being in my trade in when I am ready so I wouldn't have any issues with short codes being sent while I transfer things. It was a good idea. I love this store. It is an experience store so it is larger, newer and more modern compared to their traditional stores. I like T-Mobile overall. They tend to have great employees. This is worth a whole lot. read more

Went here today to pick up a phone I had ordered online and it was a really easy experience. It was a bit busy when I got there and the four employees working were all helping other customers. One of the employees signed me in and I didn't wait more than 5 minutes before I was helped. Diego made sure I knew how to transfer my phone's information, gave me my phone and I was on my way. They have all the usual accessories you might need for your phone although the prices do run on the high side. For those of you that already have T-Mobile, there's a T-Mobile app called T Life and on Tuesdays they have T-Mobile Tuesday and they offer lots of free perks and free items so I definitely recommend signing up for it. read more

Extremely busy most times I've come in. Sometimes they can answer a quick questions, other times you can end up waiting quite a bit. One sales person has a floss pick in their mouth and hoodie up on their sweatshirt. Didn't quite seem professional. Maybe best to get their first thing in the morning to avoid some of the chaos. read more

The whole experience was great. We made an appointment and were greeted and promptly assisted by Gabriel who went above and beyond to help us out with switching phone carriers.. he made the whole process easy explaining all details along the way. I went in and the atmosphere was definitely toxic. There was a heavy set female that had some illusion of grandeur that absolutely needed to bad mouth every customer that walked in or out. She needs to relax and reevaluate her life. It completely disappointed me to hear her bad mouth a senior citizen that simply needed assistance setting up the new IPhone they just purchased in that store. The lack of respect was beyond tolerable. They need new management that has professionalism and courtesy towards clients and customers. The behavior was definitely passed on to the subordinates because they all seemed to believe that behavior was acceptable. I would give them zero stars if I could. read more

Boy... horrible horrible service!!!!!! If only Yelp let you rate 0 starts ... now that I have the time to sit and weight my review here it goes. I walked in Wednesday night waited about 5 minutes until a young man greeted me asked me for my name and the issue I was having. And told me to have a seat till I'm called. 15 minutes go by and I'm just watching how the workers are speaking to the customers there was this one girl who I was hoping I wouldn't get. She just seemed miserable working there. Anyways my name gets called and she's the one who I get. Sabrina asks me what's the problem and I explain it to her. Her response to me was I'm going to charge the phone if the apple logo shows up there nothing I can do to help you. Right then and there I got pissed. I just waited 15 minutes for her to tell if she's the apple logo she couldn't help me. I responded back to her you will see the apple logo and that's why I'm here. So she then asks me if I'm an authorized user I said no. She told me I need to call T-Mobile and get authorized so she can get into the account ok no problem. She told me she would help someone else till I got a hold of T mobile which cool that's no problem. She helps the lady... I get authorized. The phone is now charged and showing the apple logo exactly what I said was the issue. She calls T-Mobile herself goes to the back comes back 20 minutes later and goes ok so I can't help you. You have to go to apple and fix the issue. I respond back to her because at this point I'm already frustrated I waited almost and hour for her to tell me she can't help me. I'm explaining to her that I have insurance on the phone , the phone is cracked and it's not working. Is there anything she can do to help me rather then get me out the store so she can help the next customer. I ask her maybe there's water damage !? I don't know she works here she would know more then me. She takes the phone checks and goes "nope no water damage"... I said okay is there anything you can do to help me because I have insurance for a reason!!! She response with her hands to her head saying "I don't know what doesn't seem to be processing through that little brain of yours but there's nothing I can do" I was in shock. I couldn't believe she just spoke to me like that. I ask for a manager she said there isn't on on duty.... she then walks away and goes to a lady who works there named Sandra.... mind you Sandra is assisting a family at a table. She goes to Sandra in a rude tone explains to her what happen and goes you can help her. Mind you there's customers right there !!! And everyone looks at me. Sandra comes over and apologizes of course. I explain to her the problem and she told me exactly what to do. Because the phone is cracked and not working I have insurance I can call t mobile a file a claim. Perfect if I was told that when I first came in I would have avoided spending 2 hours there !!! Sandra apologized at least 5 times for Sabrinas behavior. Took my name and number down and said a manager will call me. I never received a call. But I just want to say Sabrinas customer service skills are at 0% she has a lot of improvement to do. Talking to customers the way she did.
