I've been a Long Time Brandsmart Fan for 20 plus years I live in Hollywood, FL and the Brandsmart I usually Shop at is in Sawgrass Mills. I've purchased all my Entire Kitchen Appliances, Sony Bravia TV's, Vacuums Cleaners even a Carpet Washing Machine, (all before I laid Tiles & Wood floors), all my purchases at Brandsmart served my family well through the years! I'm now extremely happy that the Brand New Shopping Plaza Dania Pointe 102 Acre Residential & Entertainment Complex has Opened, and it has now featured it's Grand Opening of some Big Name Retail Stores and Restaurants with many more to open, but what's exciting for me is, an Amazingly Beautiful 90,000 square foot Brandsmart USA just east down the road from my home, this is yet another great Business Development that will only add more Value to Hollywood & Dania Beach Communities. My wife and I shopped together at this New fabulous Brandsmart USA yesterday, and I met up again with this terrific Non-Pushing Salesman "EMILIO" whom I met several days prior, when I went alone to check out the New Brandsmart USA store location & to once again see my Dream TV the SONY BRAVIA OLED TV, and it's January price of $2,999.00. I've wanted to purchase this particular SONY BRAVIA OLED TV the first time I saw it and reviewed the Specs on it, and the comparison to anything SAMSUNG or LG had to offer. After reviewing all the Tech info I studied, SONY was my #1 choice, I waited over 2 years to purchase this Top of the Line SONY BRAVIA OLED! Yesterday, was the day I decided to make my absolute Final Offer on this SONY BRAVIA OLED TV take it or leave it Offer! I found the Salesman I really liked (I was in sales myself for years, it takes alot for me to say I like a salesman!), "EMILIO" he saw me and remembered me from our first meeting, and gave me a very warm greeting welcoming me back shaking my hand and asking for him! I said my hello and went right to the point of why I came back, I told "EMILIO" right away, I'm back to make a deal on the SONY BRAVIA OLED, I gave him my Price I needed to be at comfortably to make a Deal, & needless to say he was surprised and said "WOW" that's a pretty big Discount, but let me see what I can do, I'll even bring in my Manager! I was then politely introduced to another great member of the Staff at the New Brandsmart USA store the Manager, he introduced himself as "KELD" and said "EMILIO" told him that I was seriously interested in buying the SONY BRAVIA OLED TV and he was going to try to come up with the Price & Deal that I had wanted the best way he could. We worked on it for about 10 minutes as the Price and Terms I wanted wasn't going to be that easy, as I wanted the Special Financing Deal Brandsmart USA was offering which was 36 Months 0 (zero) Interest."KELD" & I were now at our first standstill with "EMILIO" in suspense as to if this Deal was going to comee to a closure or not? "KELD" though was a pretty cool guy and was as determined as I was. I had to tell him "No I'm Sorry I Can't Do this Deal" just once, for the Financial Terms he First Offered where for only 24 Month's! After "KELD" saw I was considering to pass on the Deal, he politely apologized and said please Mr.Thomas, just give me a few more minutes, I'm going to call my Superiors and see if we can offer you the 36 Month Financial Term and take the Amount of Money you asked of Off the List Price! To my surprise as I was checking out the picture on the SONY BRAVIA OLED the Phone rang and "KELD" the Mgr. answered, he waved over to "EMILIO" & me to come to the Main Computer Area where we Added Up my Entire Deal with 3 year Warranty, Delivery Hook Up, HDMI 4K Cables and to my Excitement BAM! All at a Deal I Wished for Dreaming about Owning this Dynamite SONY BRAVIA OLED for 2 years plus, and now it's mine saving a Bundle] & with 36 Months Financing No Less! They deserve a -5 (minus) stars but system is rewarding them with 1 star. Worst customer service ever ! Nobody knows who is the manager in charge, not even they know...maybe not even the manager in charge knows that he is in charge. Something weird happened to me today, I stop by this store, with my wife, looking for some computer stuff I needed. My wife saw a new attachment that can be used with her kitchenaid mixer. She liked it and I bought it. I grab a box from the shelf, close to the displayed unit, and we paid and left. When we got home I opened the box to realize that item was not in there, made 5 calls to talk to a manager without success, they said manager would call me but never did, I kept on calling but after the first 2 calls they were just hanging up on me. I got really mad and drove all the way back there ,from Miami Beach to Dania beach. From the moment I stepped inside I was treated like a thief. I waited a long time to talk to a manager, he came (not sure if he was the manager) and start making faces like it wasn't possible . He "hand-weighted" the box and start presuming that is impossible that I left the store without realizing that the box was too light; meaning I was supposed to open the box and check if the item was there. The item is mostly plastic and it doesn't add much weight to the box, also the cashier grabbed the box and put it inside a plastic bag and did not notice anything. To make things worst, a dwarf with a bull dog face came to the room, "hand-weighted" the box again and left making sarcastic and funny faces not even saying "Hi" or introducing himself, maybe another manager that missed elementary school? Who knows... Finally someone else came.. (another manager ?) and decided that they will give me this stupid plastic item. Before that I had to explain who I was and ask them to go check in the computer how much stuff I buy every year (I own a lot of rental properties and I have 4 different corporations, I keep the credit cards on file in one of the brandsmart and every time I need something I just call my salesman, his name is Atif (amazing guy) and he charge one of the credit card without me been there. Their first picked option was to treat the customer like a piece of s... because I was there to ruin their lazy Sunday. Finally, not everybody can be in charge of something, you have to manage some skills and you have to have some kind of academic education at least high school. This people lack sooooo much on all the minimum skills required that makes me think they got this job faking their school diplomas, they ruined my Sunday that's a fact but is also a fact that they will never see me again in any of their stores. What began as a truly disheartening experience turned into one of the most beautiful surprises -- and I am still smiling! I came into Brandsmart USA in Dania Beach hoping to purchase an appliance, but the price was simply beyond my reach. Fisher, my salesman was thorough in his explanation -- but unfortunately wasn't able to adjust the price. I understood, thanked him, and made my way out. That's when Lisa stopped me. This remarkable woman struck up a conversation, listened with genuine care, and stepped in to help without hesitation. Her warmth, poise, and reassuring presence meant the world to me -- even though I still left the store without making the purchase. I sat in the parking lot for a while, gathered myself, and was just about to head home when my phone rang. It was Jorge -- calling to ask me to come back and promising they would do everything possible to help me. I turned that car around. With the combined efforts of Lisa, Jorge, Rob K, and Fisher, the price was adjusted and I walked out a happy, grateful customer. These four individuals went so far above and beyond that I am at a loss for words. They were courteous, compassionate, cooperative, and completely in tune with what I needed. They didn't just make a sale -- they made a difference. This Easter season, I have been showered with blessings, and this experience was certainly one of them. People like Lisa, Jorge, Rob K, and Fisher truly make the world a better place. From the bottom of my heart -- thank you all. I will absolutely be back! read more

I love this BrandsMart!!! My man Nelson. Long story short I met Nelson (an electronics sale rep) at a BrandsMart in a different location and to this day I will only shop with him. I make the sacrifice to go to whichever BrandsMart he transfers too because he is such a knowledgeable, caring, honest, and straight shooter person. Nelson is not interested in trying to sell you something you do not need in order to make a sale. He is perfectly comfortable with hearing your needs and providing a solution that fits those needs. He is also a very patient man. I also want to Thank the GM (Mr. Barnell Potter) for hiring people like Nelson and working with local consumers to provide them with the latest and greatest (low and high end) solutions. In regard to the Diana Beach location, I wish all BrandsMart's were like this store. They have all the latest and greatest tech. What I love about this location is the amount of high end varieties they supply. For example, Audio Quest. This BrandsMart location carries Audio Quest. If you know anything about TV's, sound, and home theater; you know about Audio Quest. Audio Quest makes high end video and audio cables ($200-2K+ per cable). The only store I knew of that would carry this type of high-end goods is Best Buy's Magnolia division. This store also carries high-end appliances like Viking, Thermador, Sub-Zero, etc. I love this BrandsMart so much that with in 2019 alone I have already spent $11,000+. read more
