I had an error message on my Samsung dryer today (a Saturday) and had no idea who to call, so I sent out an SOS on Yelp. Vlad responded in less than five minutes and was even willing to come out and help me the same day. Before scheduling a service call, I asked him if he thought leaving the dryer unplugged for a while might help. Instead of trying to sell me a service visit, he was completely honest and said it actually might fix the problem. I left it unplugged for about 20 minutes, plugged it back in, and the error message disappeared. The dryer has been working perfectly since. I'm leaving a five-star review for several reasons. In this day and age, it often feels like customer service isn't what it used to be. The fact that someone took the time to respond to me on a Saturday--when he was likely home with his family--and genuinely tried to help without immediately charging me says a lot about his character and his business. I also want to mention that the diagnostic fee he quoted was very reasonable, which made me feel even more confident that I was dealing with an honest company. Thank you, Vlad! You've earned a customer for life, and I'll absolutely be recommending you and your company to my friends and family. read more

Aniur came out in November same day service to fix my washing machine that was not spinning. He showed up on time and called when on the way and was very nice and knowledgeable. I would give him a 5 star review personally. Today I requested another service for the same issue. I asked if they could come today I received some text messages back and forth. I tried to call no answer, so I sent another text. The reply was asking me kindly to wait. I waited 2 hours only to be informed they could not come for 3 days. I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off. Not ok to say your repair man is off tomorrow so he can come Thursday after making me wait 2 hours for a reply. (apparently there is only 1 repair person) Value, I will have to let you know. If I have to fix the same issue twice I will be reporting back. Also the fact that they were just here Nov 26 it's March 4th I feel like a return service should be a priority. read more

Good Deeds Master - Text no phone calls - Appliances & Repair Near Me - Hollywood, Florida

Our dishwasher stopped washing last night. We had finished dinner. loaded the washer, pushed the buttons, and nothing happened. It's Saturday night, and needless to say I was upset. Yelp to the rescue...after one request for service companies in my area. three of them got back to me by 9:30 last night. Ind said they could be at my place today " Sunday". Alex Nix of Good Deeds ( technician) was at my door by 11 AM, Sunday and the repair was completed by noon or so I know nothing about dishwashers but I could tell he knew his business. I can't speak of other appliances but I can tell you if it's a dishwasher this service company is really good. read more

Recommending Good Deeds Masters Appliance repair! They did an excellent job at a reasonable cost quickly with a response to my call in record time, on a Sunday late afternoon, with a diagnostic appointment within 2 days and follow up repair within 24 hours. My specific issue was an old washer but a quality one, not found in more modern models. Thank you! read more

After a day of this unprofessional person saying everything was fine with my system to just turn it off and to let defrost for 24hrs I have text to back this up. back on. Now he is states that I need a whole new system? Please stay far from this company I own several Subway stores and this by far has been the most unprofessional experience ever and will surely cost me a pretty penny. I DO NOT recommend. In addition he lies, I have security footage and can post that he was at my business two times and I will upload a text where he states there is nothing wrong with my systems that it just needs to defrost and if that does not work then we can refill Freon like it is a minor service. Then he comes a second time, like I stated I have security cameras about 20 btw. And messes with my system for a good 20 min then leaves and states he cannot help. What? After that he proceeds to mock me about the fact that has another account and this review will not make a difference. Please Yelp take this business down they are a FRAUD!! read more

Highly recommend! Replied right away to my request. Became available the next day to help. Came exactly when they said they would. Did a fantastic job and it wasn't an easy one. Our freezer was old and needed a lot of repair. Two hours later it was perfectly fixed and the technician was gone. Price was fair. Really great experience and I could ask for more. read more

DISHONEST SCAM artists who have no idea how to fix an appliance. He BROKE my $2K GE Profile dishwasher and even also CAUSED A LEAK. Do NOT use them unless you want much more expensive problems and your appliance broken worse than it was. The good reviews are mostly fake. They pressure you while they are in your home to leave a 5 star review and offer 5% discount if you will leave the 5 star review. read more

So far five stars. I give them five stars because of their timeliness and customer service. Had an issue with my fridge they came out and fixed it. However the part wasn't working well. They came and serviced it under the warranty no problem. When I look at a company I don't just look at the good they do. I look at how they handle things when they don't go as planned. So far they have been excellent. read more

I hired this company for a simple repair on my washer. They tried to rip me off for $280, the cost almost for a new washer. Avoid They walked in with this expensive part without any equipment to do a diagnosis. Again......avoid read more

Found them through Yelp's handyman service and chose them because of their low service fee and positive reviews. They came out same-day, diagnosed my ice maker and came back the next day to fix it. I am so glad I called Vladimir. I had a problem with my laundry machine. The lid was locked. He fixed it very fast, he got an original piece and the washing machine works perfect! Now I can wash my clothes with comfort thanks to Vladimir. He is very polite and respectful, that sometimes I don't see in some technicians or handymen. They were prompt and did diagonose the problem with my washer. And even though their price for repair was fair, buying a new machine is far more cost effective. The service call was only $40 so it was worth finding out if I could get it repaired or needed a new machine. read more

Vladimir was very professional and knowledgeable. I requested a quote from several companies, and while many of them gave an estimate for $75 for a diagnosis, Vladimir performed the diagnosis completely free of charge. I will absolutely use him again the next time that I need a repair. read more

Extremely professional service. We own a Jenn-Air fridge that stopped working and we were concerned we would have to replace it (12-14k). They were able to come out the same day as the request quickly evaluate and understand the issue. They bought the replacement parts needed and returned the following day. They quickly fixed the fridge and had it working like new. Additionally, they were more than fair with their pricing. They Charge a nominal fee to come out to evaluate and run diagnostics (less than 1/3 of the Jenn-Air suggested company). I would highly recommend their services if you need appliance repairs. read more

Very professional. Prompt and did an excellent job fixing my washer. Will definitely use again.

I have a stacked washer and dryer. I had Vlad over twice., The first time I would turn on the hot water and it was cold. He pulled out the set, found that whomever either installed it or fixed it, switched the hot and cold water hoses. He charged me just his $35 service call. The second time he showed up on time as usual. The spinning cycle would not work and I am thinking that this old washer/dryer combo has seen it's day. It takes him 5 minutes to diagnose it as a broken lid switch. Gives me the option of installing a new one at a part cost of $80, which is what it costs from Whirlpool or he suggested he bypass the switch while I look for a new stacked Washer/Dryer. He wound up charging me $60 when I thought it would be much more. It works perfect. He is very honest and since he owns the company warranties all parts and service for up to a year. The people who complain about him are either liars or because his English is not good, misunderstood him.. This guy does not have to pull out manuals, he knows his business. I would use him anytime for all my appliances. This guy is honest to the core. Please support him. He is new to our country and is living the American dream of having his own small company. read more
