Aniur came out in November same day service to fix my washing machine that was not spinning. He showed up on time and called when on the way and was very nice and knowledgeable. I would give him a 5 star review personally. Today I requested another service for the same issue. I asked if they could come today I received some text messages back and forth. I tried to call no answer, so I sent another text. The reply was asking me kindly to wait. I waited 2 hours only to be informed they could not come for 3 days. I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off. Not ok to say your repair man is off tomorrow so he can come Thursday after making me wait 2 hours for a reply. (apparently there is only 1 repair person) Value, I will have to let you know. If I have to fix the same issue twice I will be reporting back. Also the fact that they were just here Nov 26 it's March 4th I feel like a return service should be a priority. read more

Our dishwasher stopped washing last night. We had finished dinner. loaded the washer, pushed the buttons, and nothing happened. It's Saturday night, and needless to say I was upset. Yelp to the rescue...after one request for service companies in my area. three of them got back to me by 9:30 last night. Ind said they could be at my place today " Sunday". Alex Nix of Good Deeds ( technician) was at my door by 11 AM, Sunday and the repair was completed by noon or so I know nothing about dishwashers but I could tell he knew his business. So far five stars. I give them five stars because of their timeliness and customer service. Had an issue with my fridge they came out and fixed it. However the part wasn't working well. They came and serviced it under the warranty no problem. When I look at a company I don't just look at the good they do. I look at how they handle things when they don't go as planned. After a day of this unprofessional person saying everything was fine with my system to just turn it off and to let defrost for 24hrs I have text to back this up. back on. Now he is states that I need a whole new system? Please stay far from this company I own several Subway stores and this by far has been the most unprofessional experience ever and will surely cost me a pretty penny. I DO NOT recommend. Extremely professional service. We own a Jenn-Air fridge that stopped working and we were concerned we would have to replace it (12-14k). They were able to come out the same day as the request quickly evaluate and understand the issue. They bought the replacement parts needed and returned the following day. They quickly fixed the fridge and had it working like new. Additionally, they were more than fair with their pricing. They Charge a nominal fee to come out to evaluate and run diagnostics (less than 1/3 of the Jenn-Air suggested company). I have a stacked washer and dryer. I had Vlad over twice., The first time I would turn on the hot water and it was cold. He pulled out the set, found that whomever either installed it or fixed it, switched the hot and cold water hoses. He charged me just his $35 service call. The second time he showed up on time as usual. The spinning cycle would not work and I am thinking that this old washer/dryer combo has seen it's day. It takes him 5 minutes to diagnose it as a broken lid switch. Gives me the option of installing a new one at a part cost of $80, which is what it costs from Whirlpool or he suggested he bypass the switch while I look for a new stacked Washer/Dryer. He wound up charging me $60 when I thought it would be much more. It works perfect. He is very honest and since he owns the company warranties all parts and service for up to a year. The people who complain about him are either liars or because his English is not good, misunderstood him.. This guy does not have to pull out manuals, he knows his business. I would use him anytime for all my appliances. This guy is honest to the core. Please support him. He is new to our country and is living the American dream of having his own small company. read more
