He was very professional but personable. Employees such as Peter are a perfect reason why AAA is the only appliance repair shop I will ever call.

They answered my questions very quickly, and seemed patient and thorough with the questions I asked. I needed someone to look at my dishwasher, and they sent someone to my house the same day. The technician promptly arrived during the time that I scheduled the visit for; he also sent a text to let me know he was on the way. He was diligent, thorough, and knowledgeable while checking the dishwasher and helpful in explaining to me what exactly was wrong. I ended up not going with the option to repair the dishwasher, but replace it instead, so I paid $69.95 for their diagnostic fee (which is free if you need a repair). Overall, quick but thorough visit and very helpful.

Vlad responded in less than five minutes and was even willing to come out and help me the same day. Before scheduling a service call, I asked him if he thought leaving the dryer unplugged for a while might help. Instead of trying to sell me a service visit, he was completely honest and said it actually might fix the problem. I left it unplugged for about 20 minutes, plugged it back in, and the error message disappeared. The dryer has been working perfectly since. I'm leaving a five-star review for several reasons. In this day and age, it often feels like customer service isn't what it used to be. The fact that someone took the time to respond to me on a Saturday--when he was likely home with his family--and genuinely tried to help without immediately charging me says a lot about his character and his business. I also want to mention that the diagnostic fee he quoted was very reasonable, which made me feel even more confident that I was dealing with an honest company. Thank you, Vlad! You've earned a customer for life, and I'll absolutely be recommending you and your company to my friends and family.

I would give him a 5 star review personally. Today I requested another service for the same issue. I asked if they could come today I received some text messages back and forth. I tried to call no answer, so I sent another text. The reply was asking me kindly to wait. I waited 2 hours only to be informed they could not come for 3 days. I wish they had said that sooner as now it's 1:30 and I am scrambling to get someone out today, I don't appreciate the wasting of my time as I let them know 2 hours ago I prefer to have service today as it is my day off. Not ok to say your repair man is off tomorrow so he can come Thursday after making me wait 2 hours for a reply. (apparently there is only 1 repair person) Value, I will have to let you know. If I have to fix the same issue twice I will be reporting back. Also the fact that they were just here Nov 26 it's March 4th I feel like a return service should be a priority.

I then get a bill for the house call, from the guy who was there maybe 5 minutes and could not do more than I could. I have been threatened to have my home leaned on for the service call. If they said there would be a charge ahead of time, maybe. I waited days for them to pull this. I'm done with service companies not being able to do jobs and expect trip charges. The said diagnostic. He jus went back and someone who they should have sent figured it out. They should have told me about a service charge in advanced, sent out someone qualified. Then offered at a reasonable price. Since I coincidentally didn't receive my lease renewal I removed it but now that's no longer a concern I will resubmit my original review which I still fully stand by: Ana was such a horrid and vile individual that I wouldn't suggest this business to anyone unless your goal is to bring someone else misery. She seems as if she incapable of providing truthful information or controlling her emotions when she is "overwhelmed" by phone calls. I will say outside of dealing with Ana the quality of the I received was crappy and dirty. While it is understandable the products are refurbished and not brand new it shouldn't look as if they were recently removed from a foreclosed home. The delivery driver Jason was more than kind and pleasant to communicate with. Hopefully he can guide Ana on how to be more like him when communicating with customers/clients. Having a broken fridge while being a breastfeeding mother is hard enough and unfortunately Ana used her position to not only drag out the situation longer than needed but be she was a total b**** to someone who just wanted truthful information. I initially tried to give Anna grace and thought maybe she was having a bad day as we all do but she is simply a vile individual as she dragged out providing a clean and functioning fridge for 25 days! Instead of reaching out to have negative reviews taken down simply read the criticism, see how you all could do better as a company so it doesn't happen again and then take those steps.
