I recently purchased a washer and a dryer for my new townhouse. But HomeDepot, the seller, dropped the ball. Having a very tight space in the laundry room, I realized I needed an experienced appliance installer. Christopher and his partner, Berris, came to the rescue. Christopher answered my request quickly. Within days both showed up (on time) at my place. Installation went smoothly. Both Berris and Christopher were very professional and knew exactly how to solve my problem. Best part, once installation was completed and tested they left without getting paid. I had no cash and no access to internet, yet Christopher made no issues about it. He trusted I would pay him later that day when I could get back online. And I did. It is rare -these days- to find reliable people who know their line of business and that are completely trustworthy. read more

I highly recommend Appliance Installation. First of all, Chris is extremely professional and responds to communication quickly. His prices are fair and the quote was given ahead of time. They showed up on time and quickly started the installation. I was very comfortable with the job because installing appliances is what they specialize in. The washer and dryer look beautiful and work great. I'm very thankful for finding this company on Yelp! read more

This is honestly one of the best handyman (licensed appliance contractors - sorry, I don't know proper terms for appliance work) companies I've ever worked with. Responsive, on time, wears masks, accepts card cash or venmo, and very polite. They installed a washer/dryer bracket after several companies said it was not possible. I will be hiring them for any future work needed. THANK YOU SO MUCH! WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! read more

Chris was absolutely AMAZING. We need a microwave installed and our backsplash was granite which a lot of companies didn't want to do because it can be fragile. Chris did not hesitate and was very confident which made me feel comfortable. Chris came at the scheduled time, and finished earlier than expected. He was careful with all of my other appliances and things in my kitchen, he placed a blanket to catch the debris and had his own personal vacuum for clean up after. Extremely please with his job and will ABSOLUTELY hire again. read more

This is a business that knows how to treat its customers right and has expertise in appliance installation. I have had a lot of experience with repairmen and contractors. Communicative, reliable and quick. Installed our wall oven and provided missing parts.

An expert licensed appliance installer, and a true professional! I needed to change my dishwasher and oven, and I knew Home Depot would only do standard installs, and I had anything but that. An old drop in oven with a cut out not meant for any modern ranges I could find, and a dead power circuit for and old hard-wired dishwasher. So I searched on Yelp, and a few responded, one giving me a price without even looking at what needed to be done. Chris was the only one who, for a very small fee, actually asked to come and take a look at my situation before quoting me a price. The guy knows all about appliances, the differences between how different brands are hooked up, etc. Even with all the work that needed to be done (a three hour job), and the surprise of a dead dishwasher circuit, Chris was able to improvise and made it all work so well. My kitchen looks amazing, and before leaving Chris and his colleague cleaned up the kitchen, and made sure the appliances worked as intended. Chris, you should be charging more for the high quality work you do! I truly appreciate all the hard work you did! read more

Chris was wonderful. He was able to get a custom fit piece of cabinet to complete the install.

Because of unforeseen difficulties moving into our unit when we expected, we had a washer and dryer that took a long time to install after it was delivered. Chris weathered a lot of building hassles to help us out and installed the stackable units into a very tight space. He and his colleague knew exactly what they were doing and proceeded without any fussing or qualms about what they had to do. We're incredibly grateful to this company and team. We had a fantastic experience with AIE. I had to arrange the replacement of a very old oven / micro, remotely for my older patents. Dealing with Chris only by phone was a breeze as his communication, punctuality and commitment to his profession was top notch. He came on site and made a great recommendation for improvement which included having a custom insert built from a cabinet maker he worked with. We agreed on a very fair price and he completed the work last week. My parents were very impressed with his professionalism, cleanliness and commitment to task. The new combo looks and works great and since the install was not as complex as he first thought, he reduced his original quote by almost 35%. He did not have to do this. We pre agreed on the final cost as a project so the reduction was his and his alone to make. So, based on my experience... use them !! read more

Chris and his team are very professional, resourceful and great to work with. Tried to have a new washer/dryer installed in my downtown condo and the original installers took one look and refused to do anything. I called Chris, he came out to look at my closet and told me he could do it. Once the new unit was delivered, the team came the next day to install. They had the new unit installed in less then an hour. I know I will be using their services in the future and would recommend them to anybody you needs appliances installed. read more

Would give 10 stars if that was an option. Just had these guys at the house to install a oven/micro combo wall unit. Awesome job. Very professional. They surprised me with 2 bonuses. 1st, they hauled away my old unit. I didn't expect that. 2nd, the original unit was built in such a way, that Chris had to climb on top of our cabinet, and shimmy down the back side in order to disconnect the old unit. He's not a small guy, but he did it. They did any extremely thorough job, and a full cleanup afterwards. Even though the extra work (having to climb over cabinets, and shimmy into cracks) cost them more time, they did not charge me more. If you have an install, use these guys. read more
