Margarita Nieto is a wonderful customer service provider. She is the definition of customer service! She is polite, courteous, and has an upbeat personality. For someone who doesn't understand a thing about cellphones other than making calls and using my apps she made purchasing an upgrade rather painless. I have been here a couple times over the years but stopped in twice in the course of a couple weeks apart. We were T-Mobile customers years ago and then switched to AT&T because of a promotion. T-Mobile was better quality so we were anticipating when our phones would be paid off. I went into T-Mobile by myself, just to inquire about prices, plans, and how to switch over. It is so unfortunate that most people who work in sales do not explain information clearly, lie, or omit information. I am a very stern customer because I have been through enough experiences to confirm all information provided. The first couple of times I visited here was for T-Mobile Tuesdays to pick up free items. Both times they claimed to not have any left but I went later in the afternoon and the store was completely empty. I assume either T-Mobile only sends like 10 items or the employees stole them all. But who knows. I stopped attempting after that. Again when I visited, it was later in the afternoon and the store was empty. I inquired about everything I needed to know and the staff were very helpful and provided the information I was seeking. That was a good start for me. Unfortunately, the only option I had was to pay off my phone to switch over, if I wanted to keep the older phone. I was really liking the newest model and decided to talk my husband into also getting a new phone. They had the BOGO deal but of course it is not as cut and dry as a supermarket BOGO deal lol. It still does not make sense to me but they provide credits or whatever each month. We looked at our options and decided to go for it. We still had some questions regarding pricing. We are from the era without all this technology so the amount of money these businesses want for products, is ridiculous and not necessary to us. I made the decision and off we went on a Friday night. The place was packed! There were only 3 or 4 employees working but they were all busy. The guy who was helping us, was also helping 2 other customers at the same time. It sucked because we were there for almost 2 hours but these phones take way longer to update and transfer than in the past. Plus, we picked out cases and our guy talked us into glass protectors for our screens. Even though screen was cracked on my husband's older phone, he was still able to trade it in. I traded mine in as well. We wanted to save as much money as possible. We were fortunate that everything worked out without any obstacles and did not need to return to the store. read more

I just left and Corey went out of his way to help us with our plan and to answer all of my concerns and questions. I am very grateful. They took our I phone 10's and told us that we were eligible for new phones for $200 each because they would take our phones on trade for $800 each,,,, also supposed to remove our IPad from our account,, we now have gotten 3 bills and I am now being charged a lease fee on my phones after paying the $200 each upon receiving them,,, I am also being charged for the iPad that I wanted to remove. These employees are scammers!!!!! Had to call T-Mobile to get the iPad removed, after going back to this place 2 more times and they say they don't know anything about our phones we supposedly traded in . Beware of T-Mobil read more

After a massive falling out with Verizon, I did tons of research and finally decided to switch to T Mobile. I haven't switched phones in a long time so I was nervous that they would try overcharge me or things wouldn't transfer or whatever. Before I went in, I did my research, I called ahead to ask about transferring (the machine will do it in store I was told!), and found out all there is to know about phone insurance/warranties. When I arrived, Nick was super friendly, helped me out right away, and was attentive to all of my questions. We chatted about my schooling, the weather, my old phone, and more. He was patient with me and got me a new phone with my old number pronto! Then when it came time to transfer things over, he told me to just use iCloud. I don't pay for storage and as a result, not everything on my phone is backed up on iCloud. I asked if we could just use the machine and he obliged, but I could tell he wanted me to just do it on my own. My old phone has a bit of trouble with the charging port, so it was struggling to connect to the machine. Nick gave it one try and said, "I think you'll just have to use iCloud and temporarily pay for more storage." I rolled my eyes, but at this point I at least wanted my contacts and stuff to transfer if I couldn't get my whole phone to move over. Nick helped me through the iCloud process, but it was a bit wonky because my number was still transferring from one number to the next. I basically got blocked out of my iCloud sign-in, and Nick told me I have to just be patient because it could take a while to settle itself. At this point, a couple more costumers had walked in, and Nick went to help one of them, leaving me to play around with iCloud on my own. A couple minutes later, he had answered the questions of a few customers and went to the back. I sat back and waited...and waited and waited. 20 minutes I waited. Finally Stephanie came over to assist since I looked agitated. I explained the transfer struggles, and she quickly went to work on trying to get the cord to connect to transfer everything through the machine. Suddenly, Nick appeared from the abyss and told Stephanie that it wouldn't work. He told me I just have to use iCloud because their machine can't transfer it. I explained that it wasn't working and he said, "I know, I told you you just have to be patient. Go home and try in a couple hours." I asked him if there was a faster way to do it since I now have two half-functioning phones and zero full-functioning phones. He said, "nope, that's just what you gotta do." He then packed my things for me and handed me my bag. Ergo, here I sit without a fully functioning phone because Nick was too impatient to help me. read more

Th is T-Mobile store is full of wonderful employees. They're always very happy and knowledgable about their products and account information. However, when you first walk in it can be a little weird because there's not one spot to stand to check in. So you have to wait for an employee to come up to you to check you in and you have to hope they noticed who walked in first if multiple people are waiting. I feel they could use a couple more employees because the wait can become very lengthy for something so little that you're there for. Other than that, it's in a wonderful location and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff definitely go above and beyond to make sure you walk out a happy customer. I know I always do. So I had gone to a couple T-Mobile stores trying to accomplish what should've been easy, upgrade a two phones. Couldn't find what we were looking for at two other stores and finally landed here. Ariella was fantastic. She took her time helping us and while the phones we wanted were not available were able to get another model and we were taken care of with amazing service. Worst phone company I've ever done business with. They charged me (unauthorized) my credit card 3 months and never refunded me. They said the payments were made with cash and not with a credit card. What the hell? After a month trying to get my refund, I called my bank and they blocked T-Mobile charges. Customer service never did their job properly. Every time I called there was something "Missing" to get my refund. A company that doesn't care about its customers AT ALL I don't recommend it at all! read more

This store is garbage and is ran poorly. If you want to wait 45 minutes to purchase a screen protector then go ahead. The first worker lied to me and said the wait wasn't long and the other worker refused to take 1 minute to put on my screen protector. The person he was taking care of was taking their time looking for a new phone, he could have easily assisted me for 2 minutes while the person was browsing. Fuck this place. read more

Went in last week to inquire about cost of a iPhone with service on their network. Lady who answered phone before I walked in was rude and told me there was no wait. I walked in 5 minutes later and the place was jam packed with people (I asked a lady sitting down how long this place had been packed like this and she said for about 45 minutes)...Anyway I waited nearly an hour to be seen by a gentleman who was VERY HELPFUL(he's the only thing about this store that made me give it a 1)..The music playing was too loud and the place smelled TBH. They need to have more people helping and not make people wait as long as they did for a simple question. Thats all.... read more

Terrible! Went to the store to make a return, before I signed the waiting list I asked "I have a return from another store, are u going to be able to take it or do I have to go to the original store", to which the employee responded "t-mobile is t-mobile" that was a good enough answer to me so I waited for 20 mins before I was told that in fact they would not take my return. Then the girl tried to argue with me that it wasn't their fault. I'm sorry, I thought t-mobile is t-mobile, YOUR OWN EMPLOYEE SAID SO. Zero points for customer service, find a better t-mobile store.
