The store locations have very good service depending on what time you show up. This review is about…read morethe company itself T-Mobile. I have a business with many lines and have a family account with 6 lines. I was one of the top 10 business to business representatives when the company was introducing the U.S. to gsm called Omnipoint. I got many lines at that point and then Voicestream bought out Omni point then Tmobile bought Voicestream. During all of these years we have been excellent customers always paying on time. We have never received anything in the way of thanks from Tmobile and are always shown deals from their competitors. The only deals they offer are for those who buy the latest deal and then find the next company in a year or two. Tmobile has never offered anything to us for our loyalty or anything at all ever. This may be the last year we give Tmobile our business.

Well if Jonathan J at T Mobile wanted to get his shine on - and on my behalf.. here is his chance!…read moreEnjoying a beautiful walk through of the mall with my 2yr old grandson, and Hubby on Saturday 9/24- as we approach the T Mobile store. It was my idea to go inside and possibly purchase a new IPhone and then have it turned on through AT&T. Before just making such a costly purchase- I wanted to ask if it were possible. Well- we were immediately greeted when we entered the store, and immediately told we'd be helped. (They were all busy)no problem. I only wanted to ask a question. Here's Johnnie!!!!!! I made the statement thar I only had a question before waiting any longer in case I didn't have to. Jonathan acknowledged it was ok to ask- Becka he said-"How may I help" - I askedmy question, -"Can I purchase a phone from here but connect that phone with AT&T ". The look of confusion, and frowned face of idiocracy your think I imposed on him was shocking to me.- Jonathan---(with all the facials) tell me -"You're in a T Mobile store asking a AT&T question". I'm no Neil Degrasse Tyson - but I know where I was- in a Tmobile store, and I know I fished my question with mentioning another carrier's name and if you're really not too smart your self it would sound as if that was solely a AT&T question. -- but being that I'm asking about a "TRANSACTION THAT MAY OR MAY MOT TAKE PLACE WITH TMOBILE- that also makes it a TMOBILE question too! Hell- that was just too much thought or as they shade trying to put on me-- and why!!!?? After I quickly demonstrate I'm Scarecrow from Oz and that I have a brain- I tell him just that- ,- do you know he stuck with that silly comment, then he begins to yell-"I'm trying to understand what your asking, you're not making sense!"-as he actually took steps towards me!! oh Nelly-- it was on! I couldn't believe how upset he got - like I offended him by even mentioning AT&T! I told him back up and- to stop yelling at me!- and that to understand me all he needed was his mouth closed, ears open and patience ready! So my husband who's the most humbled soul on this earth(and packing!) Had to place his arm out and say" hey- hey- calm down" to Jonathan. We immediately stepped outside the perimeters of the store . Then the games began with the employees not knowing the manager's information! I am for a manager, they said it was Jonathan. I asked for his 'Superior' - they said gave me a name on a postit. Just a name. No number email. No contact number. So I go back inside the store and ask for the number to the ghost name they gave cause it may as well be a ghost since the person definitely didn't come with anything physical! -as I'm outside the store I proceed to call the store's number on the card anyways. Can you all believe-Jonathan answered the phone speaking like a different person!? I couldn't even recognize the voice because it was so polite and then I look up from the positive in to the store- I'M SPEAKING TO JONATHAN-- ABOUT JONATHAN!!! I just hung up the phone and tried not to faint over the adrenaline that rushing through me from the tag team work of the TMOBILE CREW in the Broward Mall. Feeling confused over the anger I brought, and totally embarrassed as I was being yelled at, -Jonathan still proceeded to discuss the situation with another customer. I told that customer who was shocked and didn't know what to say to me cause he thought I didn't hear him try and be nosey and instigate- to please not mention the me or this situation with Jonathan any further and that I could hear him. The customer went on to try and get him some straightening also at my expense. - Nipped it in the bud. I simply told him- he had no right to try and insert any of views in on what just happened- and if he feels he can speak freely on it, - I can freely speak on it and tell him what I had just told him. His wife quickly shut him up, and left that alone- I was grateful. Now today 2 days later-I called the store back on the same number as before(when Jonathan answered)hoping he doesn't answer and change his voice, -I spoke with someone who sat the entire conversation on the call QUIET AS A mouse stealing cheese. The caller said he was "Grady". He wasn't at all apologetic in his tone, and now did he offer an apology. What he did say though was that Jonathan 's actions from MY VERSION were not of the quality or standards of tmobile and that customer service is a priority. At one point in the describing of the situation to the Manager he gave the energy of listening out of obligation, and not as a moral experience that was demeaning for a family in his store. The manager said he'd call me Torrie with a resolution as I at 1st said it was not necessary, I was satisfied with having his nonchalant attention to the matter,- then I remembered the humiliation in front of my sweet grandson. I realized the tag team moves by the co-workers to condone and confine the rudeness by one of their own,
