My husband brought his iPhone 17 Pro Max in to have the cracked glass replaced. Before arriving, I…read morespecifically confirmed with the owner that the part was in stock and that the repair would take approximately one hour. Once we arrived, we were told the part was actually not in stock and that it would need to be "outsourced," adding another 15 minutes to the wait. What was concerning was that the outsourcing appeared to involve a random technician down the street who ultimately ended up handling the phone out of the store's property and in his house (very sketchy). After waiting nearly three hours, we were informed that the glass could not be replaced due to alleged "software issues." Throughout the process, communication was poor, timelines constantly changed, and the entire situation felt disorganized and unprofessional. The experience raised several red flags, particularly regarding where the phone was taken, who was actually performing the repair, and the lack of transparency from the business. If you're considering having an expensive device repaired here, I would strongly encourage you to proceed with caution and ask detailed questions before leaving your phone in their possession.

I ignored the scratches and the simple crack across the main screen. I dealt with the phone getting slower and slower. That was until the latest Lollipop update killed my phone... I wandered into this new repair shop next to Doris Italian Market and was helped by Chris. He offered to restore the phone, my data and contacts for less than my deductible, and it would be ready in a couple hours. He also offered to fix the screen while he was at it. By the time I had lunch and ran a few errands, my phone was ready with everything the way it was, plus a functional Lollipop update! Great experience.

I called a few other businesses in the area and Repair Bot had the most reasonable price and service time.
