I came here 12/7 to repair my phone screen due to water damage. I dropped my phone off between 12-1 pm. I never received a call regarding my phone status so I didn't get my phone back until 6 or 7 pm. My screen was visibly different than the original screen which made me feel unsettled but relieved it was working again. Due to the new screen, I no longer had Face ID. My total was around $100 1/10 I noticed my new screen was lifting off, literally coming off out of nowhere. A few days go by and the screen cracked at the bottom due to the screen not being properly secured on the phone. I stopped by today to hopefully get it repaired and he wanted to charge me $85 to replace the screen. I would have not had this issue if the screen was properly secured the first time. Why should I pay for a new screen again? It was not my fault. It's unfortunate that companies do not go above for customers services. They literally did not install my screen correctly! And now I am responsible for the damage. Waste.

Why are the sprinklers aimed at my window? Anyway, they put it in a dehumidifier for two days and it didn't help. It dried it out but it still wouldn't power up. They were able to get into the hard drive and let me know that my data was safe, so I bought a new computer and transferred the data from the old drive to the new and I'm up and running again. I saw on their website that they also will dispose of used equipment for you, so I'm going to bring them the old computer and let them take care of it. I'm really quite impressed with their service. If this computer or the cell phone goes out, I'll be bringing them here.
