So I did just that, and they delivered as promised. The repair took about 20 minutes. They charged my drained phone until it was on so I could test the screen before payment. I was reluctant to get a new phone but my XS battery was constantly out of juice, and charging became annoying . It seems the phones are made to be good for two years and then the battery starts to act up. Pity because I was actually very comfortable with handling my phone.I would have kept it ten years . Verizon always has incentives to lure one in , this was bring your iPhone in and pay monthly 23.00 . The transaction went smoothly . I purchased about 300.O0 in accessories but did not finance this . I came through Florida for a few days for an experiment we are conducting out of FLL airport, and needed some emergency computer parts. They were nice enough over the phone to say they were going to look through their spare electronics and computers to see if they could salvage the part. They texted me 10 minutes later with a picture of the part next to a ruler so I could see if it was the right size. I went in and bought it for a very fair price. I'm glad they were there and wish I could get service like this from people like this from other companies. Btw, they saved our experiment.
