I walked in to see if I could upgrade a line in already paying for to add an device. After all was said and done my bill from $118 to $244 a month. The woman that's assisting me was trying it tack on to my $118 the line and device I was already paying for. She was not understanding that I currently pay for that line and device why would I be paying for it again? She was trying to double charge me and was not helpful at all. I didn't realize how much of a crackberry addict I was until my phone died on me. Just died right in the middle of a work call... I was in Ft Lauderdale working from a coffee shop and looked up the closest T-mobile on my trusty mac. I arrived at this T-mobile around 6pm and was surprised to see there was a pretty long line of people waiting...I guess their phones are crappy too. I explained my problem to the nice sales associate and even offered to purchase a new battery. He said the problem was I had over 1000 emails on my phone that hadn't been deleted. Well, I'm a popular gal. He deleted my emails and sent me on my way. As soon as I got back in my car I was excited to have my phone back. I made a call and 3 seconds later my phone was dead. 1 year, 4 months, and 3 days until my t-mobile contract ends and I can get an iphone. read more

I was charged for the account that I never had when I switched my account, and also they never credited me back for the amount they charged. My Samsung Galaxy phone, which I purchased recently, was giving me problems that I just could not seem to solve.  It finally got to the point that it would not connect to the internet although I could make and receive calls.  I went in to the nearest T Mobile store and was served immediately.  The customer service representative listened as I explained the problem and then proceeded to perform his magic.  My phone was  reconfigured and I was out the door in about 30 minutes. The representative, Raul, was smart and polite and went about his job in a diligent and professional manner.  He took what had been a frustrating experience and turned it into something positive. I went in today to order an iPhone 7 and an employee by the name of Frank added me to the JUMP program without my consent. I called the store and spoke to him and he would not admit what he did. I had to call T-Mobile customer service to get it removed. Not to mention I was charged a $20.00 upgrade charge just because he ordered the phone for me. I could have done it myself and avoided the $12.00 JUMP program fee and the $20.00 upgrade charge. Just as a word of caution: be sure to review everything during your actual order process. They are great .I just got a brand new Motorola maxx2 from Verizon. Had it less then 30 days. Had nothing but problems whit it sense day one. Same issue's over and over. Verizon did care less. I get to they won't talk to me with out an appointment.. So i placed an appointment a week later.. A week goes with no phone.. I get to Apple a week later and sit in line for two hours.. Get to the windows., run tests on the phone. Yeah just a software issue.. We close in 10 mins you got to come back the next day.. I com back and the store is closed because it's Easter!!! Man fuck. Switched from Sprint to T-Mobile to get some relief from a huge monthly bill. We got the first T-Mobile bill and it was totally NOT what we signed up for. So, we went to the store today to get it straightened out. I want to give a big shout out to Bernard there at T-Mobile for immediately recognizing the problem and correcting it. He got on the phone with customer care and had it straightened out in no time. We were in the store maybe 20 minutes tops and left there relieved to have the issue resolved. Very glad we switched. This store is dreadful. My mother died in England and I rushed to T-Mobile to buy a brand new iPhone and plan so I could communicate while in England sorting her funeral. They then started texting me to charge $167 for a single call while I was still in Fort Lauderdale. Apparently they had made a mistake and not set me up for an international plan. I had to revisit the store and pay more for a hotspots and phone plan for international texting and dialing. I arrived the following day distraught due to my mother's death to find my phone plan did not cover internal calls and texts. I called 611 and was told they would charge me for that call. I then was told I had to pay $100 for the international service including all data and a hotspot. It has been a nightmare and I am too scared to use my phone due to possible costly international roaming charges. I asked them to make right by unlocking my brand new iPhone11 (which I purchased outright) so I could purchase a local SIM. They agreed by phone given the dreadful experience I had, but then emailed me to say they would not do this until I had the phone for 40 days. I shall insist phone is returned as soon as I get back to Fort Lauderdale even though the 14 day return is over - CoVid prevented me flying. Never ever trust these people - it added stress when I most needed to avoid it. I even had to borrow friend's phone to book a return flight and that cost $196. read more

Went there today around 2 to get a copy of my bill where I have family plan with my husband.. customer service representative Jerry wasn't just rude and unprofessional, but also denied service, for no reason. .. we needed a copy with both of our names, he was saying my name doesn't show and I have no right to ask him to print it, bc it's just for him to see and I am JUST A CUSTOMER! !! I thought a customer should be the most important thing for him. ... we asked to talk to manager, and Kimberly came to fix the issue. Her and Frank were more than helpful and nice to us, they had our copy within 1 minute and we're very happy to help. During our conversation with manager, Jerry involved and override other staff by saying to log off of his screen bc he doesn't want his name on our copy! !!!!!!! Manager just laughed cause we all felt uncomfortable. So unprofessional! !!! This person should be retrained or not in customer service at all! We've been using T mobile for quite some time, and if there wasn't for a manager like Kimberly, we would seriously think about switching to other providers that are there for their customers when needed!!!!!! read more
