I was given the name of M&B Specialist because my 12 year old diesel ML radio decided to leave my for the junk yard. But in the end. I won. I called M&B based on the recommendations and the staggering cost of replacing the radio head with an original MB radio head. $5300+ dollars. After the call to M&B, I sent the original dead radio, UPS and asked that they try and repair it. It was back on the UPS truck to me within a day. And it was plug and play. I had the dealer reinstall it and it worked like a stud. New mother board fixed it. And the cost was 20% of the initial estimate from the dealer. That included the dealers work pulling and reinstalling it and the repair costs by M&B Specialist. No muss. No fuss. No errors. Hopefully it will run another 12 years. And they fix all kinds of Mercedes electronics. Unless you have money to burn I suggest you give these folks a chance to make your life better than the MB parts department

Spent $75.00 to ship them in and then followed up with them a couple days after they got them. They could not fix either one claiming one was unrepairable and the other one they didnt have a working bench tester... I would understand if I hadn't called them ahead of time to confirm they we competent to repair them. I don't have any confidence in them whatsoever... It was a waste of 2 plus weeks of time and the $75.00 shipping...
