From the minute you walk in the door, you're greeted warmly and made to feel like family. I came in needing something as simple as watch batteries replaced, but what I found was a place I felt I could truly trust. When it comes to valuable and sentimental jewelry, I'm overly cautious about where I take my pieces. Trust matters. They were fair, fast, and very reasonably priced, and I never once felt pressured. Whether you're looking for exquisite jewelry or simply need a watch battery changed, they treat you with the same care and respect. That says a lot. I feel like I've finally found my jeweler, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. It's rare these days to find people who genuinely care about their customers, and that's exactly what you'll find here.

My family has been acquiring jewelry from Ruben for years. Today my wife and I specifically came…read morehere to have several pieces of gold and diamond jewelry cleaned and to drop off my Rolex watch for a repair. During this process we were able to browse the new shiny inventory which definitely catches the eye. The diamond rings and bracelets were beautiful. The iron mesh sports cars under the display cases were an interesting addition to the decor. The giant gorilla wearing the thick gold chain with the dollar sign charm standing next to the security guard gave the room some humor and pizzazz. Picked up the Rolex two weeks later and it was perfect again - Thanks Ruben.

After being surprised by Josef's approximately $900 quote to replace the movement of the watch (a standard quartz movement that itself is available for sale online for ~$40) I took the watch to JR Dunn in Pompano--an authorized Tag dealer and repair shop, where Josef's is not--and was quoted less than $300 to have the entire job done, by Tag themselves, with a warranty.
