Paul fixed my dad's 1972 Rolex Datejust after the coronet detached from the dial. Friendly, knowledgeable and did Impeccable work hours after dropping it off. Even offered me a loupe to inspect the job. Will be back for an overhaul of the movement soon. read more

This is a big level above the shopping mall jewelry store! When you do business with Bach, you will be wearing something special. The staff is top notch, the service is exemplary and the jewelry is top of the line! This isn't the store you go to for a watch battery...it's where you go when you are accustomed to the best! Call ahead and make an appointment! read more

Andy is absolutely fantastic. I needed to sell some gold and was recommended to Bach Jewelers by an overwhelming majority on Facebook. I can totally see why. After taking my jewelry to several other places, Andy offered the most competitive amount by leaps and bounds, but even above that the customer service was top-notch. He didn't give any of the gimmicky sales tactics that we've experienced before, and gave us very transparent feedback on a variety of other items we brought to him. I wish all jewelry stores were like this! I won't be going to anyone else! read more

Absolutely the BEST!!!! I've been having issues with my engagement ring size and went to two other Jewelers and it still wasn't right. My wedding is less than two weeks away and I was extremely stressed out and called looking for help! Andy told me to come right in and he would fix it while I was there and he literally did in less than 20 minutes and it's absolutely perfect. The care and service I was given is unmatched and I want to shout it from the rooftops. If you need a Jeweler make sure you come here because he is the best of the best and I am so grateful. read more

I really didn't want to write this review, but I feel I have no choice after how everything was handled. I brought my vintage Rolex Submariner 1680 -- my first Rolex and a watch that means a lot to me -- to Bach Jewelers for service. When I picked it up, there was glue residue on the dial, scratches on the crystal, and the lume on the hands completely destroyed. I contacted the shop immediately and was told to come in. When I arrived, their employee Paul claimed the damage was caused by water -- something completely disproven by clear before-and-after photos and multiple independent watchmakers, including True Patina, one of the most respected vintage Rolex specialists in the U.S. When I spoke directly with Andy, the owner, he refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. I understand mistakes can happen -- they do in every business -- but you can tell a lot about a business and its owner by how they handle a mistake. In this case, there was no accountability and no effort to make things right. The result is thousands of dollars in damage to an irreplaceable vintage watch and the loss of trust in a place I once supported. I had previously purchased jewelry here and wanted to continue doing business, but this experience says it all. Think twice before trusting this shop with anything valuable or sentimental -- once the damage is done, there's no undoing it. read more

Had my watch repaired here and they did an incredible job. I needed a cracked crystal replaced and I also asked them if they could polish some scratches out. I mentioned to them that I had the crystal replaced at another shop a couple of years ago, but I was never happy with how the crystal was not flush with the case. When I picked it up, it looked brand new and the new crystal fit perfectly. Very pleased with the service here. Highly recommend for watch repairs. read more

Bach Jewelers - Jewelry Near Me - Davie, Florida

Purchasing jewelry can be stressful, especially when picking out something as important as an engagement ring. Well that's how I felt before I worked with a gentlemen named Bernie Dikowitz, who made everything smooth and easy fast and perfect. Bernie took the time to show me exactly what I was purchasing, showed me multiple options in my price range and walked me through the entire process step by step. My bride to be loved her ring. Good customer service goes a long way. They've earned my future business. read more

We moved to Davie from Oakland Park and I really needed to find a reputable jewelery store to fix my wedding pearls. I accidentally discovered Bach Jewelers on University Drive in Davie - and WOW! Am I glad I did!!! Andy made sure that my pearls were correctly re-strung and did the job for a great price, too! With that as a test, which he passed with flying colors, I brought in a pair of beautiful earrings that my late Dad had given me from his trip many years ago to Ireland. They were the clip-on style and I was always afraid to wear them, for fear one might slip off. Once again, Andy came to the rescue and turned those beauties into earrings for pierced ears! Now I can wear my Connemara Marble earrings, knowing they are securely attached! I've been back at least 4 more times with different items needing repair, cleaning, watch batteries, etc and I will be singing Andy's praises for a long time to come! Do yourself a favor and go to a REAL Jeweler, not some kiosk in a mall. Bach Jewelers is the real deal!!! read more

I went there to change my watch's battery. They were super nice and fair. I had been conned before being overcharged for my watch's battery since it's a nice watch. But these people were super nice and fair. read more

My go-to jeweler for getting jewelry fixed and cleaned. Small family fun business. Recommended

Bach Jewelry I found just driving by one day. I went in with a few watches in my bag, but wanted to see what type of brands were serviced here. I found a watch master and jewelry repair employees are on site, most of the time too. Excellent! Speaking in general I learned this establishment has been around over 20 years. The merchandise is very nice and has various ranges for everyone I feel. Watches, when under warranty must be opened by certified dealers. This store seems to have them all. Everything I have brought in or gotten has been of excellent quality and of course serviced here. The standard Rolex's, Movado's, Omega's, Seiko's and many more are available. Enlarging or taking links out brands is done right away. Rado was the hardest band to even try at home to take links out of! Bach to the rescue! The prices for batteries are excellent! I have paid $50.00 a watch for battery change at a few unnamed, Bach store won my business hand over fist easily by charging conservative rates. Just picked up 4 watches; 2 men & 2 women. A few very high end and not a scratch on any of them. $28.00 for all 4! The crystals were buffed. Really helps if you're hard on watches like I can be. Lol! I really thought I decimated a Movado by hitting it against a wall accidentally moving things. Pretty hardy crystal, no replacement; just buffed out a bit. We love chronograph watches and it was here I was given excellent instructions on usage. This is truly superior customer service I think and no charge. Class act! I believe all major credit cards are accepted, not sure of Diner's Club or Discover. Not sure of in-house financing. Does not advertise it though. Shop sits off the perimeter road by University's west side. Go in behind the Firestone off of 30th St and University and follow the road and go slowly so you may see all the vendors. Please support the local business shops. This one is proven! read more

I've been to a lot of Jewelers but this little place has terrific prices and tremendous quality, they are a full service jewelry store from simple repairs to extensive creations,A top of the line watchman for inside the watch and a guy that just refinishes the outside from Rolex to Invicta's ,the owner and his wife are down to earth normal people that live in the area, they buy gold but don't advertise it just word of mouth is all they need read more

I love this jeweler and the entire team. Relaxed, personal environment and awesome designer.

I walked in and the man working was on the phone. He couldn't care less that I was there. He continues his conversation about nothing that includes swearing. I wait another 60 second until I decide to walk out. As I walk out he yells he will be right with me. This I was my first visit as I am looking for a local jeweler to give my business too. Extremely disappointed. Remember a first impression is everything. read more

My family jeweler went out of business recently. The couple retired. I am in the process of getting a custom piece made and having a few of my grandfather's watches fixed. I was highly recommended this place a friend. I went to a few places before going here. The staff is awesome. The friendly environment is very refreshing. When I walk in the customers and staff interact like family. Their knowledge and direction towards the best quality and price range with different options and great opinions so the piece looks the best is unbeatable. I highly recommend this place. Their knowledge, customer service, and truly customer orientated service has turned me into a repeat customer along with recommending my family members to go here. read more

We have been going to Bach Jewelers.. For many years.. Several purchases..Several pieces made.. Always Happy!!! Andy and Susan, go out of their way, to assist you from start to finish. My husband and I, have never felt that the prices, are anything but fair. I recently, had a ring made from diamonds that belonged to my Mother. These stones, are very important to me. My Mom is gone, and the time and effort put into this special ring, to insure that I would be Happy... And unafraid, of losing any of the stones, went beyond just any jewelry store. Bernie, their jeweler has been working at his craft for many years. He is just the best.. At designing, repairing jewelry, and setting stones.. Having said all this.. I would add and this is "Important" You Can Trust Them. Whether it is a piece you buy, a custom piece or, if you have to leave, your personal jewelry for repairs etc.. The atmosphere is always welcoming. many customers go in the store to visit Andy and Susan, They are those kind of people... You would be making the best decision, you have made if you chose their store.. read more
