8/4/2017 - Took my lunch hour to change the battery in one of my watches. After being buzzed in I was immediately greeted by Sam, the owner. I told him I needed a new battery for my watch. He looked at my watch and asked if I was ok with the links. He put the watch on me and said he recommends I leave it as is. He gave my watch to a gentleman in the back and preceded to talk to me about watches. Not even 5 minutes go by and the gentleman from the back hands me my watch. It was only $10. GREAT SERVICE! They have great watches, engagement rings, necklaces, everything and at great prices!!! They also custom make jewelry if you don't see what you like. read more

Sam Cohen, the store owner, tried to SCAM me. Isn't in the store on a Saturday and purchased two engagement rings. When I went to pick them up, one gemstone was chipped, and the other ring was completely different than the one I picked and already put a $3000 deposit for. He gave me the run around and made me pick two different stones. The next day he calls me and tells me that he made a mistake and if I want i can have the ring that i originally selected for $1000 extra dollars. I was livid and when I went in the store to get refunded on my deposit he admitted that he switched the ring on me. This is called bait and switch and it's illegal! Heed the warning and stay away! Ps: feel free to message me for more details read more

Moved 9 months ago and away from the diamond district in NY. It's time to find a new jeweller :) While running errands I strolled into Tower Jewelry. I was casually looking for diamond hoop earrings to match my baguette and round cut diamond cross....that I wasn't even wearing. After speaking to Sam the owner of what I wanted, under no obligation to purchase, he said give me 3 days and I'll have it here for you to look at. It's 3 days later and he is a man of his word, he found the EXACT match and the quality rivals NY if not even better. Not a mall jewelry store with promotional grade, he sells the best quality at way below market value. The diamonds are sparkly, clear and workmanship is flawless. Found my new jeweller :) read more

Tower Diamond Jewelry - Can't believe he matched the earrings to my cross that he didn't even get to see. So sparkly picture doesn't do it justice! Love Sam!!! - Jewelry Near Me - Davie, Florida

Sam is a scam artist when it comes to pricing his work fairly. He over charges and you can not trust him or his practices. He will not listen to you about the pricing and argues the customer is wrong on what was agreed to. What a piece of shit he is. I was given a quote for work and when I picked up my jewelry is was a complete different price. Stay away. Use zargon jewelers they are excellent and very fair people. read more

I left this store choking back tears. I really wanted to give Sam the benefit of the doubt after reading his reviews... silly me. Gave him two opportunities and assumed he was being honest with me, after spending almost $6000 at his store I can confidently say I somehow feel ripped off.. just can't prove it. Even if I wasn't, there is no excuse for the way he treats his customers. Do yourself a favor and be smarter than I was and take your business elsewhere. This experience made me lose some faith in humanity and I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else. Sam if you're reading this. I hope you have some sort of eureka moment and can see the error in your ways... read more

Don't ever go get any of your watch or jewelry needs here. They are crooks! I went in today to pick up my watch that only needed a battery. He gave me the watch first with the band that was not mine. I was like where is my band. He said he threw it out it was broken I needed a new one. Then he starts getting an attitude with me like I did something wrong. Then he proceeded to get me a new band and told me to come back in a half hour he doesn't wanna deal with me. I came back and he tried putting on an old band that was broken and he tried gluing it and gave it to me. Couldn't believe he tried to do this. I will never go back to this place again. Bad business bad owner screw that guy! This guy deserves no stars his business sucks! read more

I have been looking for places to fix the band on a ring that I have had for a while and a friend recommended that I head over to Tower Diamond. I stopped by while I was on lunch from work and asked if it was something that they could do. Sam quickly sized my finger and told me that I could pick it up in 30 minutes! Sam was so kind and it was an extremely fair price for the work. I will be heading back for any jewelry needs. Thank you Sam for the nice conversation and the great work! read more

Thank you again for your great service. read more

This is my ONLY place for jewelry needs. I have a ring that was passed down to me and over the years the band started to bend and a couple diamonds fell out. My family has been coming here for a while so this was the only place I trusted to take care of my special ring! I met Mr. Sam Cohen when I arrived and he ensured me that he could fix my ring. He told me the very reasonable price (I was worried it would cost much more) and he told me that he'll have it ready in a couple days! I came back to pick up my ring and I was amazed at how beautiful it looked. He reinforced the band, replaced the diamond and shined it! My ring looked brand new! I love the atmosphere of this place and how family oriented it felt! I HIGHLY recommend this place! Thank you Sam!! read more

Agree with everyone else who said he was a crook. This Sam guy is full of himself. After overcharging me months earlier he refused to write me up a certificate for the diamond earrings I bought from him. I now know why - because he is a crook! Then he had the nerve to tell me he lost a client the last time I was in!!! Seriously??? He was helping a lady and then came and asked me what I wanted and the other lady walked out... apparently that was my fault in this narcissistic old mans mind - had nothing to do with him LOL! Save yourself money and aggravation... go across the street to Zargon Jewelers where the women are nice and honest - two qualities Sam obviously lacks! read more

Excellent customer service. Repairs, including watch battery service, done immediately. Hardly any wait time. Staff and owners are friendly.. Support local small businesses read more

The owner is very rude. I normally try not to say anything about anyone unless it's polite but he was very arrogant and treated me like I was some pauper off the street when I told him I had a $300-$400 budget for a necklace. I couldn't believe that because I couldn't afford to spend thousands upon walking into his store that I should be treated like that. I maintained respect because he is an elderly man but I can clearly understand why his store that's in the middle of the busiest plaza in Davie has absolutely no one inside shopping. read more

This place is great! I live near them and just hopped in one day while shopping. I was looking for wedding bands and wanted to have my engagement ring cleaned and tightened. They were wonderful! The owner is very, very sweet. He took the time to explain to me different things about diamonds, how to purchase and care for them. Their staff is also great! The woman who helped me was super nice and spent time going ring by ring with me. They also do most repairs while you wait. 10/10! read more

Of course my husband and I waited till the last minute to get a wedding band. So we went a few weeks before our wedding and found one here and bought it. They resized it and even resized my engagement ring bc I lost weight. We got married 2/6/21 and before we even made it a week of being married the band that we bought from here was discolored in one area and turning my finger color. So my husband brought it back and they said it just needed to be redipped since it's white gold. Ok no problem they redip it we pick it up a few days later it's back to turning back to yellow gold. We bring it back he says they didn't dip it right so they redip it again. We pick it up, looks good and a few days later it's turning yellow again. He brings it back and they said they don't know what's wrong and why it keeps doing that but they will re dip it and re dip my engagement ring so they are both freshly dipped (my 3 year old engagement ring didn't need it but my husband figured they'd be on the same schedule now). He picked them up not too long ago and they are both now turning yellow. I've had my engagement ring for 3 years and it was in perfect condition. Now it's turning back to yellow gold and I'm going to take it (and the band I bought from this place) to the place where I got the engagement ring from and have them dip it. It's ridiculous that we even had to go back 3 times and the problem isn't even solved. He's a nice guy but the it's not quality stuff. read more

The owner of this store is a crook, all the 'perfect' 5 star ratings on his 'Sam Cohen' yelp review are bought. My gf and I tried returning a watch we found out was used and discontinued which he advertised was brand new and with a markup price of almost 400%. I can't even get $50 for this 'luxury' watch. When confronting the man, he said he was going to call the cops and remove my gf from the store which was so aggressive and indicative of this man's poor professionalism; only thieves behave this way. Wouldn't be surprised if this guy hides his cash and evades taxes. read more

Offered me $200 for a 2.20 eternity ring S1 with D color. Avoid if possible. Old man was super rude too. Maybe it's bc I look 12. Wont return. I was offered much higher elsewhere. He's a joke and takes advantage of people. read more

If you want to get ripped off this would be the place to do it. This man over charged for a watch that is sold for $330 online and in world wide store like Zales, Kay jewelers and others, while he charges $500. He refused to do any kind of refund and yelled at me in the store. When I waited for him to calm down he told me to leave and threatened that he would call the police. I have worked in jewelry before and I'm not new to any of these tactics to upsell. He refused to even do partial refund for the watch in which he would've still made a profit and would be able to resell the watch. By far the worst experience I've ever had in any type of place. Rude, inconsiderate, uninterested in the needs of his costumer and obviously doesn't mind scamming people. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. read more

I came to Tower diamond jewelry because I lost my wedding band awhile ago and decided to finally have it replaced. I was greeted by the sweetest man I think I've ever met..Sam Cohen! He took his time And helped me pick out the perfect ring. After having it sized I brought my other jewelry to have it cleaned . unfortunately I came home and found that I lost one of my rings again! I called Sam to see if I left it there. Sam said to me you go home and look for that ring and if you don't find it you call me and I will give you a new ring! This Man is kindest soul I've ever met!He gave me a new ring.Thankyou Sam Cohen!!!! read more

Horrible customer service, the man was extremely rude to me when i dropped my watch off for the band to be repaired after an accident tgey left my watch band in four pieces. It was 10$ I had brought the watch in before for repairs and so when i walked back in because the new pins failed he immediately got an attitude, ive had this watch for a few years and the original pins went through a lot before finally breaking. His pins are substandard in my opinion. While yelling at me about the watch he finally admitted that the pins should be replaced for free and so i actually offered him 10 dollars as before because i believe people deserve to get paid even if he was being rude. And he said ok thank you. When I went to go pick up the watch is when things got really bad because he gave me the watch back and first only one side of the bins bins had been replaced and they weren't even all the way in if the pain was still hanging out so I asked if you could have this Jeweler go push the pin in really quick and his wife came and took it back and the Jeweller push the pin in then I inspected it again and noticed that the other pin was never replaced even though it was also bent and we had agreed I'm replacing both pins when I dropped it off and then the owner came out and started yelling at me again that now he's going to charge me another $10 to replace the second pin when it was a quarter of the amount of work that I had done a week before and he only charged me $10. The money isn't even the point it was the principle that he was trying to take me for more money when he was originally going to do the work for free and I offered him money to compensate him to get it done in the original amount that he charged me the first time he repaired it this is unacceptable and unfortunate because we are new to town my wife and I and we're looking for a place to buy her a two carat centerpiece ring for our anniversary but I will not be bringing my business here or anyone else's business because I don't want anybody else to be treated the way he treated me. read more

I was shopping in the nearby stores and while I was walking from one store to the other, I passed by the window of Tower Jewelry. I couldn't help but notice some of the unique pieces of jewelry. I had to take a look inside. When I entered, I was greeted by Sam, the owner. He was more than happy to show me as many pieces as I wanted. His prices were unbelievably low. I own many high end pieces of jewelry and it turned out the quality of his pieces were as good if not better then the pieces I own. I definitely recommend Tower Diamond Jewelry. read more
