Bob at Clock ER was awesome, professional and fast. I would recommend him to anyone! We relocated down here from MA and brought our old grandfather clock with us. It had not worked for a few years, but we love it. Since it had to be looked at after the move, I went on Yelp to see who was the best person to fix it. I saw all the positive reviews and decided to go with Bob from Clock ER. He responded within a few hours, and then came out THAT day to look at the clock. He said if was missing some pieces and some of the pieces were broken. He took the heart of the clock home with him. He was upfront about the cost and we thought it was very reasonable. He came back the next afternoon and put it all back together. And now it works BEAUTIFULLY! We have missed the sound of the clock chiming and are very happy. I recommend Bob to anyone that needs help with their clocks! His father was a clockmaker as well, so it's in the family. Thank you Bob!!! read more

Even though it wasn't a complete success, I am very satisfied with Bob and his work. He came to my house and looked at my clock (a cuckoo clock from the early 1960s) and realized he would have to take it to his shop to work on it. Unfortunately, the music box cannot be fixed and it was impossible to find one just like it. But the rest of the clock he was able to get up and running beautifully. He brought it back, installed it and showed me which weights to use on which chains and adjusted his price since it wasn't a complete repair. If I ever need this service on this or any other clock again, Bob is the man I'll be calling. read more

My Mom recently moved to Florida from New York. Along with all her other belongings she brought her beloved Herschede Grandfather Clock. Unfortunately, it arrived in pieces. It hadn't worked in over 10 years so my Mom is thrilled to hear its beautiful sound again! Bob's knowledge is so impressive and we highly recommend him! Thank you so much for bringing this beautiful clock back to life Bob...we appreciate your amazing work!!! read more

I love clocks and collect them from all over the world. So during a recent move, I needed someone to set up my clocks and get them running again. So after reading the great reviews on Yelp of the Clock ER, I reached out to Slobodan (who goes by "Bob") and he got back to me right away and even better, had availability to come and service my grandfather clock within a couple of days. He showed up on time, and got my clock balanced and working again in no time. And given he did such a great job with that, I gave him my favorite clock, that runs on barometric pressure so its a bit temperamental, to give a tune up to. He took it with him and returned it in a few days working as well as it did when I first purchased it over 30 years ago. His prices are reasonable and he comes to you which is so convenient. He even delivered my 2nd clock to me saving me a trip to go and pick it up. Love it when a business does what it says it is going to do, on time and on budget. Highly recommend the Clock ER if you have a clock that needs some TLC! read more

A British grandfathers clock, once my grandmothers, arrived from England slightly damaged. Joseph made a house call, knew the clock inside and out (literally) and returned with a custom crafted part that fully restored it. That kind of expertise coupled with TLC is priceless. Yet what Joseph charges for a house call is less than what other shops charge for in-house work. read more

Excellent Craftsman - Bob is professional and knowledgeable. He was easy to schedule an appointment with and showed up on time. His rates are reasonable, and he is honest. My grandfather clock is over 130 years old and he showed me how to fine tune the precision to keep time and chime to the second. Highest recommendation!! read more

We have a Grandfather clock from the early 1900's that hadn't run in a very long time and we decided to try to bring it back to life. We received a quote from Bob that was very reasonable. We scheduled Bob to come by, he showed up on time and proceeded to take the clock apart and clean, adjust and oil it. He was able to bring it back to life! He is very knowledgeable and considering all the different types of clocks out there it should be hard to be able to service them all as they are all slightly different. We would highly recommend Bob for service on your clock. read more
