But I hung onto it like grim death because I was afraid to learn a new system. It took all I had to figure this one out. But finally, the day came and I had no choice. I was so fortunate to find Mansur and Tech Pro! In less than 24 hours, he was able to provide me a new computer that I could figure out and transfer all my data to it. On top of that, he patiently helped me get the new unit up and running. (Finding passwords etc, my personal nightmare) Needless to say, he will be my New tech genius moving forward. I had an amazing experience at this tech repair store. From the moment I walked in, the staff was…read morefriendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. My phone had a pretty bad issue, and I was worried it would either be expensive or take forever to fix--but they made the whole process quick and stress-free. Victor especially stood out. He was super knowledgeable, explained exactly what was wrong in a way that actually made sense, and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair before moving forward. You can tell he really cares about helping customers rather than just rushing through jobs. The repair itself was done faster than I expected, and my phone came back working perfectly--like nothing ever happened. Pricing was fair, service was top-tier, and the overall vibe of the place was great. I'd 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs phone repairs. If you can, ask for Victor--you won't regret it.

It was so nice to have someone answer the phone. I am not crazy about these automated tellers you get when you call a business, so it's nice to have a real person answer. This place is in the western side of the Walmart. This nice lady helped me out and completed the job. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones. And if you want to buy some fresh coffee, they sell it there also. I would recommend this place.

There are a few technicians out there today who know how to work on vintage equipment. I highly recommend electronic laboratory for anybody who needs repairs not only to vintage equipment but to modern systems. On this visit I've dropped off some unusual equipment from my photographic darkroom. But since 2013 I've been coming here to get vintage stereo equipment worked on. They are, as always, very busy. You'll drop off your equipment after checking it in for an evaluation. They have a price schedule for diagnostics, which is fair. It will probably take a couple to a few days to get an estimate or evaluation. In my experience they always stick to their estimated timeframe for repairs. They do great work here!!!
