The product is the product, but the customer service was terrible. Loyal customer there to upgrade my phone. I went in at 5:30PM on Super Bowl Sunday to update and purchase a new phone under my plan. I was immediately told by Avi/Abi that we can sell you the phone but we can't help you set it up because we close soon. Mind you, he barely acknowledged me when I walked in. Had he been an ounce of polite it may be different, but he wasn't. Joca eventually helped me after calling the person behind me...I'll chalk that up to miscommunication. He also told me the same. We can give you the phone but can't help you set it up. Maybe I'm misunderstanding what customer service is. Joca also asked me to buy the phone via the app and then he would get it for me. I did.... Was going to change carriers. Asked for op-out numbers for phones. T-Mobile representative, Nathaniel, told me what a valued customers we were and what could they do to keep us. He offered free IPhones 17 pro. Who could resist. I was on 55 plus plan for 55 dollars plus taxes. I also have home internet for a total of 120 dollars for both plans. When I got my first bill it was 240 dollars. No free IPhones and my voice plan had changed. What a scam!!!!!!! read more

I decided to upgrade my phone before all of the tariff wars begin and I end up paying triple the amount. I was welcomed by the T mobile Staff and approached by Karen who assisted me in with upgrading my phone from a iPhone 14 Plus to 16 Pro Max. Karen customer service and attentiveness was on point. I like the people who work here. The good part is they have been working here for years. I guess T-Mobile is a good company to work for? Who knows. But there seems to be a lot of turnover nowadays at many small and large businesses. I have gone to another T-Mobile location and it was a circus. This store is great. They are very helpful. I was even advised to call the company direct because I could get a better price on the phone I wanted. Funny how that works. I like how they have most of the phones in stock. If not, they will get it to you overnight at no extra charge. The tech support people know their stuff. I appreciate that they get the queue moving fast when it gets busy. Go somewhere else! I have been to this location 12206 Pines Blvd 2x and have had a terrible experience. I bought a phone on 9/27/25. The phone stopped working on 10/28/25. I took it to another location and was told that it was still under warranty and I could pick up a replacement 10/29/25 at this location. He refused to give it to me and instead suggested I either pay for it and purchase a new phone or submit it a claim on my insurance which would cost me $100 co-pay. They said my screen was cracked. It is not! I picked up my insurance provided phone from another location and verified that the screen is not cracked. The phone is defective and should have been replaced at no cost. I am not sure why I was treated this way or why he did not want to release the phone to me. This is no way to treat an older person that had been without a working phone and already lost time from work for 2 days.I repeat - go somewhere else! They are not all like this. read more

I had a complicated situation with my account. My Sprint account had to migrate to t-mobile. Laura was really very helpful. She really had a lot of knowledge and helped get everything straightened out. I appreciate her expertise and she showed me several new things on the phone. She was patient with me. The phone I had wanted was not and stock due to a chip shortage. I'm so happy with the phone I got. I appreciate the way everything was handled. I highly recommend this location location for expert help. All of the employees seem to be pretty knowledgeable. You do have to wait-a-bit to see someone but they have slow periods too. This place had really amazing service! My mom needed to update her phone since the network was updating and her phone would not be supposed. Abi was wonderful in making sure she had everything explained and that she had it everything transferred over. After speaking with T-Mobile customer service for several weeks about my defective cell phone I had to come to the T mobile store myself. I walked in and explained my issue to the manager Clara. Talk about being knowledgeable, having experience and being professional, she is on her game and helped me out. She called customer service and fixed my issues within a few minutes. Besides helping me she was multi tasking and professional to all walk-in customers. I would definitely recommend coming in to this store. If your issues can't be resolved by one of her techs , I'm sure she will be more than willing to help you out. read more
