I can't make an appointment because the idiots have my phone no. Listed incorrectly. What a bunch of IDIOTS, now I have to wast my time to go to office just to get someone to come to my home for repairs. Our salesperson was Sebastian who was awesome! We bought a phone from him the other day for myself and came back to get one for my daughter. I learned that you shouldn't use the plug from your old phone for your new phone because it will overheat the battery. He set up the box that we have to send our phone back in and told us that we have 30 days to mail our old phone back to them. The box already had a UPS label so all I had to do was drop it off at a UPS Store. We also bought a screen protector which he carefully put on for us after he made sure there were no finger prints or smudges on the screen. He told us about the warranty on the screen protector and that we should register to take advantage of it if we ever need to replace the protector. I have been very fortunate and have never had an issue with this location (knock on wood).

When I first got there the customer service area was mobbed which is to be expected on the weekend but it was totally empty by the time I left which showed me they took care of everyone in a fast and timely manner. The only reason for not getting 5 stars is because the checkout line was sooo long before they finally opened a couple of extra lanes. Definitely not a dealbreaker though, I'll definitely return to this store to shop. Also, there's a Starbucks here in case you want a drink before or after shopping.
