While looking around some guy comes up, shows me an SD card and tells me it costs $45.00. I thought it was expensive but i needed it, so i said ok. While on my way to pay, this small guy comes up and starts pitching me on a camera and then on a projector. Both pitches were as sorry as a salt ice cream. He then proceeded to take my card for the purchase and shows me a 45 bucks tab on register he seemed to be using. I gave my card, he runs it and hands me a receipt to sign. While he handed me the receipt he distracted me with small talk to the point that I didnt even check the total. I grabbed my SD card and left. Hours later I realized this scum bag had charged my card $245.00. Thankfully my CC company was able to refund my money, I spent about two hours explaining to them the despicable and abrasive form of theft i suffered. Never buy from these scum bags !!! Its unbelievable how they are able to scam you in your face!

They also sell electronic accessories such as cell phone adapters, charging plugs, and cords for $10.00. Loved the big glass display cases and floor to ceiling wall display racks. The employee was friendly and explained a few item pricing. Plenty of binoculars, video game controllers in many styles and colors and of course drones. The mall has a similar electronics store on the opposite side of the mall. This store reminded me of Radio Shack that closed down years ago that was destroyed by Amazon.

It is just a mindless maze of recordings and gridlock, which I have no time for. I spent 40 minutes this morning trying to resolve this with zero success I will never ever spend another penny at Brandsmart ever again and I will certainly encourage others not to do so either. Having grown up working on electronics projects, it was very exciting to discover that a radio shack still exists nearby. That excitement got squashed as I was ushered into this dark back hallway at the mobile phone store. There in the hall is a pegboard wall displaying small cable and electronics parts. They didn't have what I needed, but if you're looking for a DB-9 or coax connector, a diode or small capacitor, a bit of flux wire or small resistors, they might have what you need. You'll need to look for yourself without help from the staff... they have no idea what the stuff on this wall is! I had hoped there would be an ability to order electronic components from a database or catalog, but if they have that capability, the staff is unaware of it.

I had to argue again to get the $5.59 difference refunded. The seller even removed the $199.99 sticker from the box to hide evidence of their price gouging. Total tourist trap. Always check prices online before buying here and watch your receipt very closely!"
