Customer service in FTL store are nice, but T-Mobile service is over-charging each month sometime increasing $200. Call the billing center and you will be on the phone w/them for 1.5 hrs and get nothing accomplished. I accidentally called a number to France on my phone rather than WhatsApp and was charged $60 for 3 mins. I will be switching back to AT&T asap and will never recommend T-Mobile to anyone!!! read more

My Sprint phone was giving me network issues ever since they merged with T-Mobile. The gentleman knew exactly what I was talking about, installed a new sim card, at no charge and reprogrammed my phone to the T-Mobile network. Problem resolved! He was empathetic to my situation, understood my problem and was able to remedy the situation in less than 10 minutes...I also didn't wait long at all because I unknowingly arrived just before 10AM, which is when they open. However, when I went up to the door, he opened it early. That's great customer service! read more

However, there were 3 employees in the empty store and I came to ask a question about a SIM card -the response from the rep made me feel like I was an annoyance, and she put very little effort into answering my questions instead of asking for help from her coworkers or at least pretending to look for an answer. She just flat out said she didn't know. Period. End-of-sentence. Maybe if I had been buying a phone that she could make commission off of, then I would have received a little more effort on her part. Her coworker was even asking her non-business related questions and having a conversation with my rep... while I was being helped. The whole experience was off-putting and unprofessional. You come into a store because you want better service than going online. Tip- Don't make existing customers feel like they are an annoyance. You are there to be friendly and helpful. If you don't like dealing with people face-to-face, there are online customer service jobs where you don't have to smile. Sorry, I was just really annoyed. read more

I was there twice today. Unsuccessful bothtimes. However, my 2nd visit I was unfortunately assisted by Julia. She was cold , unfriendly. I had questions & she made it where I didnt even wat to ask . I love this T-Mobile store. Each time I have been there I am treated with respect and the service is outstanding. I ordered a new phone thru my Jump plan and when I received it I did not like the size although it was one on the bestsellers. I was told that the store does not take returns purchased online and that I needed to return it to by mail. They printed a mailer and proceeded to make my phone ready for shipment. All I had to do was take it to UPS for shipment. Thank so much for all your help. read more

I would highly recommend the T-Mobile store on North Federal highway in the Trader Joe plaza in Ft Lauderdale. In particular, I would very highly recommend Gabby as a sales person who works there. She was super knowledgeable, extremely confident and so cordial and friendly. It was a pleasure to work with her in buying my phone. I have loved having our corporate account with T-Mobile for the past 5 years (And with t-mobile and past iterations for 20+ years). I didn't think things could get better with all of these programs especially for data, travel, etc. However, you CAN'T BEAT Great Service at a physical store location and Federal Highway Fort Lauderdale is the Best. Ludin Sebastian the Store Manager and Leon Staney exceed Expectations EVERY TIME I come in. ... which is probably every few weeks. This trip it was an issue with a new iphone 8+ working over wifi and phone support said everything was set.... it wasn't. 15 Minutes after going into store, they had all issues fixes and the attitudes are GREAT! I've been with TMobile for years and this Corporate Store is the worst that I've ever encountered. I purchased a Galaxy S-9 for my daughter but it wasn't the color that she wanted. The next day I called this place and asked if they had the blue S-9 in stock and Leon said they had several. I went there an hour later and sadly encountered Salem. Rude, indifferent and acted as if he would rather be anywhere but working at TMobile. The worst excuse for a customer service employee I've ever seen at Any business. NEVER makes eye contact, speaks quietly while looking down at the floor. Disgraceful for a company that spends so much on great customer service. I advised him that I'd spoken to Leon and he'd advised me that he had the Galaxy S-9 in stock in blue. He said they did. When I advised that I was exchanging a S-9 that I'd purchased the day before he replied ' I'll have to it check and see if there are any in stock' !! I told him that he'd just said that it was in stock. Salem rudely replied ' we've been real busy. We might have sold out'!! This was 5 o'clock on a Thursday afternoon and there was one other customer in the store!! Real busy??? Ok. So he disappears into the back and is gone for nearly 10 minutes. Apparently concocting a lie with someone. He finally comes out and tells us that they are out of stock but he spoke to the manager on the phone and he would it try to locate one. This was an obvious lie. He apparently didn't want to do the exchange. I told Salem that I would just return it for a refund because I was obviously being lied to. He responded (while looking at the floor) this is a large refund and will need the managers approval!! He further mumbled that the manager was off and I'd have to come back tomorrow!! TMobile policy is to accept phone returns within 14 days period. This was 1 day after I'd purchased it. I told him I had no time to come back tomorrow and I wanted my refund. He replied ' I'm not giving you a refund and you'll have to leave' !!! So I went to the next closest TMobile Corporate store on Broward Blvd and Federal Hwy and David was wonderful. He told me that they had the blue S-9 in stock but I was so angry with TMobile for the way that I was treated by Salem (who told me he'd been with TMobile for over 5 years) I asked for a refund. David happily refunded the phone and the case. I then went to Best Buy and bought the same phone on AT&T. I'll be switching my 5 other TMobile lines to AT&T also in the next few days. Maybe TMobile should send Salem to Best Buy to see what customer service is about!! read more
