I was very surprised how busy this location was on a Tuesday morning. I stopped in because I have a T-mobile phone and they have Tuesday specials through the app. Today they were offering a free flashlight. Since I was already shopping in the plaza, I dropped in to get my flashlight. The parking was sparse which was a bit challenging since it was so hot out and I didn't want to park far away. A space opened and I grabbed it. The wait was not long as there was a sales person available. I felt like there must have been such great deals in-store because of all the people. I was glad that the service was quick and I was on my way in a few minutes. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experience at this T-Mobile location deserves to be shared. I called the store at 10:01 AM, right after opening, to ask about a specific item I needed. The person who answered told me they had a few available and that if I came in, they could provide them. I immediately got up, rushed out the door, and drove all the way to the store based on that information. When I arrived, I was met by Mark, the store manager, whose attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive from the moment I approached him. Instead of helping or even listening, he spoke to me with a hostile tone, as though my presence was an inconvenience. When I explained that I had just called and been told the item was available, he brushed me off and said they didn't have any--without even checking--and implied that I must have imagined the phone call. What made the situation worse was that no one in the store acknowledged answering the phone at all, even though I had called literally one minute after opening, making it nearly impossible for me to have spoken to anyone else. Instead of trying to clarify or offer a solution, Mark acted like my concern was the least important thing in the world. Overall, the manager's attitude made the entire experience incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I left feeling disrespected, dismissed, and completely let down by the lack of customer service. If this is how a manager treats customers who are simply following instructions given by the store, that's a serious issue. I sincerely hope T-Mobile addresses this, because interactions like this reflect very poorly on the company. read more

I recently swictched from Sprint to T-Mobil. I am very happy with the plan so far, but this review is for this particular store. We came in and spoke with Jose, who helped us with the switching process. He was very knowledgable, informative, and patient with us. Great customer service. We ordered the new iphone 7 and some Galaxy for the kids. Our phones took a few weeks to come, so we had to go back to the store to connect our phones. The second time we came, Jose was not there, but another associate helped us. He was just as courteous and patient, not as knowlegable, but he knew what needed to be done to complete the switch. We had some billing questions he could not answer so we had to come back to talk to Jose again. The third time we came, Jose was there, and he remembered us, asked if we got our phones and how we liked them. We told him our problem and he immediately took care of it. The other associate, and now I lament not remembering his name, also remember us and came over to greet us, shook our hands and all. It is also worth mentioning that I spent quite sometime in the store each time I was there, and all associates were very helpful to customers. I am very satisfied so far with both T-Mobil and this store. Definitely recomend. read more

long wait times, went for a pick up and still waiting as i write this. everyone takes their time sweet time as if people don't have places to be. i understand the phone business so if you're being transparent with your customers it's an easy and quick transaction to take care of people, no one needs to wait over an hour for a pick up that the port in processes hasn't even happened yet read more

Called today to check if they have a phone and one of the employees said they had it and asked him to please verify due to myself coming an hour away from the place, got there the guy that I talked to in the phone didn't even looked at me when I told him I just called. Worst T-mobile. Workers don't even try to help you out, feels like they are being forced to work. I've been here twice, I have been having problems with my 4G, my phone hasn't been working for over a month. Both times i went both workers did nothing to try to assist me. I was offered $700 for my iPhone pro 11. I had one last payment to make in order to get the trade in and get the Mac Pro 14. I thought that was a great deal. Come to see 2 months later I called 611 to see where is the $700. The representative explained to me that the agent at the this store location only gave me $400. I'm very disappointed, I've been with T-Mobile for over 10 yrs, don't lie to a customer and later do some else. The sad part is the manger at that Coral Springs location approved the $700 trade in. read more

This has always been my favorite T-Mobile store. Yvette was so helpful and not only did she assist and resetting my phone and Wi-Fi download but also shared her tasty roast pork. I want to shout out to Danielle, who did an amazing job yesterday, in transferring my data from LG V40 to LG V60. I traded in my older phone for a newer one, with a great T Mobile promotion, and I appreciate the time taken and the expertise she possesses. I am very pleased with the 2 years of T Mobile service I have had, as it took alot for me to transfer from Verizon after 18 years of being a loyal customer. I bought a new Samsung Galaxy S5 a few days ago from Elyas, who was very good. The camera was defective and went to exchange it today May 27, 2014. I worked with Rafael and trusted him to transfer all the data, contacts, especially pictures. Upon returning home discovered all 2000 pictures, GONE, LOST. This is not acceptable. This location does not take the time to attend to a customer who's been with T-Mobile for 12 years. read more

Horrible store, horrible customer service. Jonathan and the store manager basically called my family stupid and that we were wasting their time. We switched from at&t and all they offered us was a lie! We were taking care of by a guy that the both on them stated was a thief and got fire for that reason. And now we are being charged for fees and phones that were supposed to be taken care of for us. We went to the store to complaint and jonathan and the manager did nothin about it and called us liars. They insulted us the whole time we were there! Also Frans took care of our refund and we never got the amount he stated we were going to get, when we confronted him, he said that he didn't know the right amount.
